Ciao, io e la mia compagna di viaggio non riusciamo a prenotare la tratta Copenaghen - Berlino per 11/07/2026, neanche cambiando il treno. Ci sono tanti treni disponibili ma non ce li fa prenotare quando arriviamo al pagamento…È successo a qualcun'altro? Come si può risolvere questo problema? 

Hello, I have a question. I’m going on an Interrail trip for about two weeks, and most of the trains I’ll be taking require seat reservations. I was wondering whether it’s worth booking (as it can be quite expensive) or whether it’s possible to board a train without a reservation (even if it says that booking is compulsory)? Thanks in advance!

We are so confused! Our booking of the night train through Rail Europe as suggested but it seems we paid the full price? And they aren’t showing on the bookings on the interrail passes we purchased. What do we do? We are also trying to book our train in the UK through interrail but that says not available to book and is asking us to book through ACP rail (but how will that be on the trip in Interrail too?) The only reservations showing at the moment are the eurostar ones. can someone please explain this - it all seems very unclear and convoluted. Should we just cancel the interrail pass and buy tickets separately? Thank you.

I am going on my first trip with the Senior Interrail Global Pass (electronic) with 5 travel days, and I am a bit nervous about whether I have installed the pass correctly. What makes me especially nervous is that I cannot see any QR code for my tickets, but maybe they are only activated when I start the journey?I have planned my trip, and I can also find it when I click on "My trip." On the "My pass" page, there is a yellow bar with the text "Add a journey." When I click on it, I am taken to the "My trip" page. Next to each trip, there is a button on the right that I can activate. My first trip is called Aarhus H – Hamburg Hbf. When I activate the button, the stages of the trip appear: Aarhus H – Fredericia and Fredericia – Hamburg Hbf. Next to these stages, there is again a button I can activate. When I activate the button for the first stage (Aarhus H – Fredericia), I am asked: "Use a new travel day? – You will have 4 travel days left," and at the bottom, there is a yellow bar with

Ik hoop maar dat een vraag hier ook in het Nederlands gesteld kan worden. Het gaat om de volgende kwestie:Op 26 mei op pad gegaan voor een trip naar Italië met een 7-daagse Interrailpas, maar al vrij kort na vertrek bleek in Duisburg dat het treinverkeer in Noordrijn-Westfalen totaal ontregeld was, met grote vertragingen en onzekerheid of er überhaupt nog iets zou gaan rijden en wanneer dan. Na ruim vier uur gewacht te hebben om te kijken of het nog mogelijk was een doorgaande trein te nemen richting Italië zonder dat er dienaangaande duidelijkheid kwam, weer terug naar huis gereisd.Daarbij is dus een Outbound journey (en een reisdag) gebruikt. De vraag luidt nu: is het mogelijk om binnenkort met een regulier treinticket naar Antwerpen te gaan en vanaf daar dan door te reizen richting Frankrijk, gebruikmakend van de resterende zes reisdagen van de 7-daagse Interrailpas? Alvast bedankt voor het antwoord.

I am helping a partially sighted friend order a paper pass. Delivery date is shown as 23 June. Does the confirmation email at time of order show the paper pass number ? He needs the pass number to make the Eurostar reservation , and would like to do this today, once the pass is orrdered. Thanking you, David.

Hello, I’m planning an Interrail trip in two to three weeks and I’d like to know if you have any advice. I’m setting off from Geneva and will be visiting several places: Slovenia (about 3 days), Austria (about 3 days), Hungary (about 2 days), Romania (about 3 days), Turkey (about 4 days), Greece (just one stop), then I’ll take the ferry to Ancona or Venice to return to Geneva. First question: has anyone taken the ferry (Greece–Italy) before? Specifically, the Attic Group, which has very poor reviews, and Minoan Lines. Another question: most of my journeys are about 10 hours long (I plan to travel overnight). Do you have any thoughts on this (I’m worried I’ll get tired from the journeys)? And also, if you have any general recommendations for my route, that would be great! If you have any accommodation to recommend (hostels), I’d love to hear them!! Thanks in advance for your help! 

When I plan a trip, suggestions for train times are given.  Is it possible to increase the transfer time for just one leg of the journey?  I need 90 minutes to check into Eurostar but don’t need a 90 minute transfer for every leg.

I have reserved a seat on a train leaving tomorrow. I activated my travel pass and entered tomorrow as my first travel day but it gives me a later train but does not show the train that I have a reservation for. Do I just get on the first train even though that train does not show as available?

Heey I am Nick, 19 years old and travelling through Norway mostly. I am backpacking with a tent and would like to meet or travel with some other interaillers.

We're travelling from London to the Baltics this July and have been booking seats as they become available. I've been struggling with the Amsterdam to Gdansk leg on july 21st. I booked the Amsterdam to Berlin bit when it released but Berlin to Gdansk originally looked like it was a direct train and from what i can make out it now looks like there will be several changes because of some sort of line disruptions. Am I missing sth? Should I book the new disrupted trip as soon as it's available in case it gets booked up?My second question is about using travel days between the Baltic cities. Last time i looked tickets weren't available through the interrail app and it said to 'book at stations'. I'm concerned that our individual intercity trains will be booked up by people using the Baltic through line and any tips on pre booking Vilnius to Riga and then- a few days later- Riga to Tallinn for the end of July would be really helpful Thank you!

In july i want to travel from Bergen to Oslo. I need a seat reservation. If i want a paper version i can ask to send it to my accomodation. This doesnt seem comfortable to me. I'd like an email reservation and print it out at home or show it on my ipad. Is that possible? Or do i have to pay 9€ extra for shipping?

Hi guys, just checking if anyone has any experience since the introduction of EES whether there are any delays in getting out of the station at Gare du Nord. We have a possible tight connection (40 minutes) or a very long wait in Paris for our next train. 

My trip showing on the map has left a route between two destination even although I have removes that leg from the list in My Trip. Should it not remove the leg on the map automatically? I expect to see a gap. 

Hi there.  I am trying to make seat reservations using a global pass plus for two journeys.  The first is an LNER train from Newcastle to London Kings Cross and the second is the Glacier Express in Switzerland.  I am directed to a different website to make seat reservations for both trains but they are charging a fee.  I understood that seat reservations were included with the global plus pass.  Is this not correct?  Many thanks.

Hello, I’m planning an Interrail trip and want to travel to Istanbul from Bucharest. There’s a night train that goes via Sofia called the Sofya Express. The Turkish transport website states that it can be used with an Interrail pass. However, I can’t find this route on the Interrail app. Has anyone else taken this train before? Thanks in advance for your replies and help!!

I have an Interrail pass for use in June/July with ten travel days. I’ve booked some of the trains directly through the pass on my phone and booked others on my laptop and then added them to the pass. I have all the train tickets in My Pass on the phone - BUT I also want to print out each ticket for backup in case of any last-minute issues with phone power/connections or at worst, having the phone stolen. This is what I always do for peace of mind with travel reservations.For tickets not booked through the pass, I received an email confirmation with a copy of the ticket, and I’ve printed those. But for the other trips, I can’t see how to print out the tickets from the app. They don’t appear in my Interrail account when I log on on my laptop; I can’t share a ticket from the app to my email account; I can’t take a screenshot of a ticket as the screen shows only part of the info and QR at one time; and I can’t see how to get the app itself on the laptop.SO all helpful suggestions very wel

Hello,is the scenery worth on the route from Lübeck to Copenhagen through the ferry Puttgarden - Rødby ? Do you have any suggestion for a nice overnight stop accessible by train in southern Zealand ?I could only find a nearly two hours long bus ride from Lübeck to Puttgarden (no train even for part of the journey). And another bus after the ferry to reach Maribo. Furthermore, I read about the Sydbanen rail works. So I do hesitate to take this route this summer.Thanks for any advice.
