Lamentablemente se imprimió uno de los pases con el nombre equivocado

My 4-days/1 month pass has to be activated by 3rd June to be valid for the last possible month. It doesn't matter, if I start it on the 7th, my first travel day, if my trip is only one week, not the whole month. Am I correct in my assumption?

J’essaye de réserver mes places assises pour mes trajets mais toujours la même réponse: La recherche de tarifs n'a donné aucun résultat. Les places réservées aux détenteurs du Pass sont probablement épuisées. Que ce soit n’importe quelle destination ou n’importe quel horaire je ne peux pas. Comment faire ? Si vous avez une idée ou si vous avez eu le même problème je suis preneuse ! Je suis vraiment bloqué. Merci beaucoup bonne journée. Romane

I wanted to reserve a seat from Paris to Brest, I got a link http://travel.b-europe.com/Eurail-GE/en/booking-tgv which charges 20+4(service fees) Euro, https://www.raileurope.com/ charges 20+2 Euros, and Interrail app shows 12 Euro I do not know the logic, can I trust the interrail app, will they add any additional cost before final payment? Also, is there any rush to reserve the seat in this route? If I book the seat now, can I cancel the reservation?

I listed my passport as my identification document when I purchased my pass. I’ve since lost my passport. Is my ID card sufficient to prove my identity, even though it’s not the same document listed on my pass ? I have a paper pass, so I can't make any changes. 

I wanted to book a seat using interrail in ICE and TGV but do not find option on DB bahn and SNCF, how can I do it?For ICE train from Mannheim to Paris, do I need a seat reservation?

I'm planning a multi-week Eurail pass trip (First Class) and several of my train segments don't offer seat reservations. I've got my pass loaded, but I'm confused about the practical side of adding trains, booking validation, and baggage.My travel agent's explanation: Load the sector, show your pass to the conductor when they board, sit in any available seat.**But here's what I still don't understand:**1. **How do I load the correct trains?** I have specific train numbers from my booking. When I add a sector to my Eurail Pass (like City A to City B on a specific date), how do I make sure I'm loading the exact train I booked? Can I input the train number, or does the system match it automatically?2. **First Class on non-reserved trains:** If there's no assigned seat, how do I know which compartments are First Class? Will the conductor point me to them, or should I be able to identify them myself?3. **Does the pass need to be "activated" before boarding?** Or do I just load the sector an

App gives me train services but when I try to book seats message is passnot valid

Hello, I am a student from Asia, and this summer I will be in Europe for the first time in my life.I plan to go to Switzerland for a few days, and then take the ÖBB Nightjet (seats only) to Berlin. However, I've tried several times, and it says the seat cannot be booked (see attached pictures for reference).What confuses me is that I chose to purchase the beta pass instead of the normal ones because it stated that no additional reservation fees are required. It also did not clearly mention any limitations with the pass. The train I want to reserve is about three weeks from now, but the system says the reservation must be made in paper form.So, do I need to give up on the Nightjet and find another way to travel to Berlin? 

The Frecciarossa train from Milano to Modane is not included in the interrail pass, thoguh it says it will be soon. I am travelling on august. Do anyone have more information about this? Thank you very much, Adri

Hello. I have a four day Senior First class pass and I want to travel to Paris from Glasgow in December.  Can I use Day 1 to travel to London and then Day 2 to get to Gare du Nord.  I am planning to do Paris to Glasgow in a one-r on the return leg. 

Hi! I'm currently headed to Vienna and I'm planning to travel through the alps with a tent from there. I'm looking for camping spots reachable by train or not too far additionally with bus and preferably smaller ones, does anyone have any recommendations? Anyonelse interrailing with tent? Thanks 😄

I can't log in to my discover EU app. I was logged in yesterday and was planning to travel tomorrow but it won't allow me to log in. Initially the error message said to get the interrail eurail app instead (I think I accidentally made an account but I have since deleted that account) but now the error message says they are having technical difficulties. What should I do? I tried to reset my password and that didn't work and logging in with socials (Google) also doesn't work.  Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am traveling tomorrow ☺️Thanks

Hi! When i try to activate a trip's ticket, it says that this action will last 20 mins and 1 travel day will be used. What I need is a copy of my ticket to send to a specific person and also print out so that i can carry it with me as a paper just in case. How can i access the ticket without using a travel day?

Hi everyone! I’m planning my first trip to Europe (14 days) in late July and would really appreciate advice—especially when it comes to train travel, since I’ve never used trains before.Trip Overview - Flying into Naples and flying out of Zurich. Traveling north through Italy into Switzerland.Places I would like to visit:Amalfi Coast Rome Venice Lake Como Possibly Cinque Terre (still debating) Then heading into Switzerland (not sure where yet)Since I’ve never traveled by train, I’m a bit overwhelmed trying to decide:Should I buy individual train tickets for each leg? Or would it make more sense to get something like a rail pass? If so which one? Are trains easy to navigate for first-timers with luggage?I’m also open to suggestions on:Whether this route makes sense or is too packed Must-see stops I may be missing (especially in Switzerland) Whether Cinque Terre is worth adding or too muchThanks in advance for your help.

I am returning home from interrailing soon and I have an inbound train from Brussels to London (my home country is the UK). Am I able to use my pass on a train from London back to my home city on the same travel day? I know that you aren’t allowed to use trains in your own country but am unsure if this counts on connecting train journeys home/on travel days? Thanks all :) 

Hi, I am getting totally confused, baffles and stressed. and having huge issues   1 layover in Paris and return over 2 days Via ZurichThe App and the website journeys are not matching. The same login shows my passes on the website, My journeys do not show on website.  in the app, the journeys are shown 4 times separate individuals in the app for myself, wife and two children.  The app seems to only allow searches for individuals.  I can’t do a search for a group on the app.  is this correct? Any advice  please as I can’t find my answers

My wife and I have Eurail passes and want to make a journey in Cinque Terra. We are in La Spezia and want to return to La Spezia after a day in Cinque Terra. I can't figure out how with the Eurail app! It's my 1st time using it.
