Hi,How do I add train trips that don´t need a seat reservation to my pass? I´m planning to travel from Amsterdam to Epernay in one day without seat reservations.

Hi, I have a pass for the next summer and I want to change my email. Is it possible?

First question - if I catch a direct Night train at 00:07 on a night train from the 10th-11th, arrriving in the morning, will only the 11th counts as a travel day?Second question - If I bought a trip starting before midnight, but opt to enter on the next station after midnight, it ONLY counts as 1 travel day because inbn fact I enter the train after midnight? Or does the previous day count also due to the ticket itself?It is a Nightjet train.Thanks!

Hello,I was in Milan earlier this week and I forgot my hat there. I'm looking for someone to bring it back to me.I will be in Vienna until Sunday then in Paris.Is anyone planning to travel from Milan to Vienna or Paris ? Hello I really need some help - i’m travelling in a few hours (early tomorrow morning) and can’t get the pass sorted.I have activated my pass to start tomorrow - I’m travelling very early tomorrow morning. i have already paid for and reserved trains - they all appear in ‘my bookings’ under ‘seat reservations’I cannot see where the Interrail pass QR code is? any idea where I find that? I am chatting to a person from interrail over email and they tell that I cannot add my reservations to my pass - they are separate.  that I must add my journeys to the Pass for the QR code to be generated.if i try to add a journey then I need to book and pay for seats all over again. should I use the option for the travel days of ‘interrail pass network only’? Looking forward to some answers and help. i don’t want to get to the station tomorrow without a pass ticket/QR code to show…  thanks🙏🙏☀️   

I have reserved two seats on tgv Charles de Gaulle to Bordeaux but can't seem to find the actual seats stated anywhere. Do I need to book those separately?  Please be gentle with the replies as I'm sure I'm missing something. Cheers

We are a Canadian family of 3 travelling in Germany and France on a Eurail pass. Our base is Karlsruhe, where we have family. Today, we are on a little day trip to Paris.We have activated our Eurail pass for today. Since the train requires reservations, we bought reservations for two ICE trains, one from Karlsruhe to Paris in the morning, and another ICE from Paris back to Karlsruhe in the evening. The reservations were bought through the DB Navigator app.Everything worked fine inside Germany, but after the border to France there was another ticket check and the person told us that DB reservations are not valid in combination with the Eurail pass. He said he would exceptionally accept it since we were already on the train, but that we would be denied boarding on the way back. He told us to book a reservation through Eurail - but there are no more reservations available on the app and I’m now freaking out about being stranded in Paris with 4 year old tonight.I find this so confusing, be

Hello. will I have a problem getting seat reservations during busy season if I wait until the 90days before. I could reserve direct but just want to make sure I can get seats if a book close to the 90 days. Thanks

Hello, my husband and I want to do the World War II sites and we wanted to do it by train. I had found some kind of itinerary a while back on eurail, but I can’t find it now. I’m just wondering if someone has already done this by train, the one that I had started from Paris.

I have a pass on my app that is already activated, but want to use it on another device. Would it be possible to transfer it and then afterwards get it back on the initial device to use it with that device again? I saw the new feature of transferring the pass. It does not say anything about a limit on the transfers to another device on the website (second image). Although somewhere else they say you need to contact customer service if you want to transfer it more than once. However this might be old info? And i am fine with contacting them? Im just not sure if i could do this? Can i not just log into my app at another device and add my pass, without transferring it? I also saw another thread about this but that was 3 years ago and to be honest i dont really understand it. Thanks a lot in advance!! 

Ho acquistato un global pass 15gg per la prima volta ma ho dei dubbi:Io creo il viaggio e mi arriva il QR code da validare in ogni treno che prendo, ma fino a quando è possibile modificare per esigenze il viaggio per esempio ora prenoto per il 1 agosto milano -vienna -budapest se volessi cambiare la data di partenza è possibile farlo?E se durante il viaggio volessi cambiare meta invece che milano-vienna-budapest vado a milano-vienna-varsavia e possibile modificare durante il viaggio?Spero di essermi spiegatoGrazie

I’ve encountered many links from eurail info sites that only lead to an error message saying simply : Forbidden. I recently received a starter pack to help navigate the app and the top two links were dysfunctional leading to this error message. It’s happened multiple times before too. as there is no phone service for support and the bots only categorize preselected questions, I don’t know how to get help with this. any suggestions?

I am trying to purchase train tickets for me and some people who are coming on this trip. when booking a train i can add members from my trip. they have all sent me money but i am unsure of the process. after purchasing the tickets do the tickets get distributed and sent to the members of the trip i have selected or do they all get sent to me?

When I'm logged in on my Rail Planner app and choose a trip that has multiple train or bus changes and choose to book through EuRail it's not showing I'm purchasing the whole trip unless a seat reservation is required.  For example, I am trying to book a trip from Venice, Italy to Zermatt, Switzerland. There are 4 changes total, so 5 different vessels of transportation we will be in. Within this trip, it has 3 trains that offer open seating, a bus that has seating required, and 1 train that has seating reservations. I can select a seating preference for the train that has required seating, but I can't select anything for the bus. Once, I scroll to the bottom and try to add the whole trip to my EuRail cart, it only shows that I'm purchasing the one train ticket for the required seating, not the entire trip which includes 5 total means of transportation.  I have one more situation that is just like this, and I can't book anything until I know it's for the entire trip from point A to poin

I’m using the global pass plus but I’m getting a lot of reservation fees. Is this common?

I am looking to travel from Ljubljana to Split in July, I have the ticket on the Eurail app but when I try to reserve a seat it says that “No price results were found. Pass holder reservations may be sold out for this connection, but there are other ways to check for available seats—more info below our timetable.”  and that I can’t get on the train without a reservation for any of the times/days. I have tried looking on other websites to make the reservation but none are coming up. Any ideas on how to look into it? Reservations only opened up yesterday and I need to get that train as my flight back home is from Split.

Hi, For my trip from Munich to Bologna, there is a replacement bus from Innsbruck to Bolzano. I can book seats from Munich to Innsbruck, but I can't book seats on the bus. Is that possible, and if not can we be sure to get a seat on the bus in july? /Karina 

Can anyone advise why it isn’t possible to book a train from Lulea in Sweden to Oulu, Finland? Its clear that there are trains running, but not bookable on inter rail app!
