I want to take the Intercity train on 14 or 15/9 at 10.12. the only options I have are routes with lots and lots of connections.what is going on?

How Can I chance day reservation? I make a mistake at the date.

Hello! I have an eurail pass for my family of 6 and now in the process of making the seat reservations required. I am having trouble booking the train from Torino to Roma Tiburtina (FR 9583) on August 15 2022. There is a “Prices temporarily unavailable” message and I can not make my reservation. What does it mean? Is it sold out? Is it too early? What can I do in this particular case?.The same happens in alternative routes for this day, and in most of our 5 days of plan trips during 1 month. Thanks in advance for your tips!!

Hallo zusammen, ich habe folgende Fragen:1. Eine Freundin von mir möchte mit dem One country Pass Frankreich fahren. Dabei muss sie in Offenburg starten und dann nach Paris fahren. Kann sie dann irgendwie von Deutschland aus nach Straßburg kommen? Nein oder? Sie muss dann ein extra Ticket kaufen? 2. Wir wollen dann zusammen von Paris nach Offenburg zusammen fahren. Wie können wir es so einrichten, dass wir zusammen im TGV nebeneinander sitzen. Wir brauchen eine Sitzplatzreservierung. Aber wir müssen beide Pässe auf unterschiedlichen Smartphones haben. Man kann anscheinend beim Sitzplatz Menü bei der passenden Webseite einen Pass hinzufügen. Aber unsicher, ob das die richtige weise ist dafür. 3. Ich möchte dann von Straßburg nach Offenburg fahren. Für die letzte Station vor der deutschen Grenze habe ich das Interrail Global Ticket und nach der Grenze ab der nächsten ersten deutschen Station das 9 Euro Ticket. Was ist mit dem Weg zwischen den beiden Grenzst

Hello,I wanted yo know if reservations are required to travel form Sofia to Bucarest, in the web site is confusing.We are 4 friends that are planning to travel 26 august form Sofia to Bucarest, and we don’t know if we need reservations or if we can enter to the train with our pass.Also, I’ve read some opinions that say the train station in Sofia is a mess an it is difficult to know where you have to go or what train you have to take.If someone that has done this journey and can explain me how and answer me some questions I will be very grateful.  Lucia

I’ve tried several times now to book a reservation for a train from Hamburg to Copenhagen on 8th-9th August, leaving just before midnight and arriving just before 7am. The seat is showing up on the search results unlike fully booked seats on other trains where there’s a message that the price is unavailable. I can add the seat to my cart, but at the last page before payment I get an error message. Why can’t I book the seat? Is this a problem with the Interrail website or have all the seats been fully booked? Thank you if someone can help!  

Just for advice:We plan to travel from Nuremberg to Brussels 26 August 1st class. Although reservations are not compulsory I thought I would check availability on DBbahn. I was amazed that the journey was showing as high demand so decided to see how many seats available. The ICE from Nuremberg was already about 70% booked and the ICE from Frankfurt was about 80% booked and few pairs of seats available. 11.80 euros later we have reserved seats on both.Alternative later trains showed low demand so I guess it is only peak trains that may be full, but always worth checking.

HiI just exchanged my ticket. Are the seat reservations that I booked on the interrail site still valid or do I need to somehow change the pass numbers?TIAMartin

Hello ! I am trying to book a train from Sofia to Bucharest in September but the Interrail site says the seat reservations are unavailable. Do these reservations need to be booked on a separate website or in person at the station in Sofia?Also, if anybody has taken this train before do you have any advice on how much this reservation might cost? Thanks!

Bonjour, j’aimerais réserver une place pour le train entre Berlin et Poznan, le 19 août à 9h32.Sur le site interrail les réservations se font par courrier or je pars le 11 août donc c’est impossible. Est il possible de les faire en format E Billet sur un autre site. Sur le site polonais dans la rubrique interrail on ne peut que poser une question mais je ne trouve pas où faire ma réservation. Je me suis rendu en gare de Bordeaux en France et eux il n’avais accès que au tarif normal …Je devais passer 4 jours en PologneMerci d’avance pour votre aide

Hi.My interrail global pass is for 2nd class seats and we reserved our seat on multiple Trenitalia trains for 2nd class and our interrail email receipt says 2nd class under all the reservations but when we checked the tickets for the trains that we need to print out it says the service is 1° Business.When I looked on google it looks like business class is first class but our pass can only be used for 2nd class.What do we do can we still use the tickets??? 

To avoid difficulties obtaining the (expensive) reservation for the high-speed train, I was planning to travel to Barcelona using the regional Rodalies train from Portbou. Interrail passes are valid on these services, I read. Very concretely:Are there ticket gates at Portbou? There are definitely ticket gates in Barcelona. How easy is it to find staff to open these gates for Interrail pass users? Does anyone have experience with this?Thanks!

We made several reservations with the interrail tool. We indicated that we wanted second class seats (non-silence). The interrail system did make the reservations for us, however, most of them are in a silent compartment.This is not the biggest problem because two of our seats are actually business silenzio 1st class reservations. The order confirmation indicates we booked second class, but the actual reservations don't. I have contacted interrail two weeks ago but still don't have a reply.Does anybody have the same issue? How did they solve it?

Sadly, however, we are unable to make the reservation for the train in the Interrail app and we are wondering how one would go about making a reservation for this specific train.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, do you know where can I find the bus or train time table to travel from Patras to Athens/Piraeus. It is imcluded in the 6 days Greek Island Pass. The ferry arrrives 10:30 pm at Patras and the ferry I want to take from Piraeus leaves at 9:00 am the next day.

Hi there! We live in the UK and are travelling in Germany, via Brussels. I already got Eurostar tickets to Brussels and saw that the Germany One Country Pass covers travel between Brussels and Cologne, so I just bought that. But when I try to make a reservation via the timetable, the Brussels to Cologne or Cologne to Brussels part of the journey always says this:Not available for some travellersSome of your travellers' Passes are not valid on this train. Change your selected travellers to book this seat reservation.This doesn’t happen for trips within Germany - only between Brussels and Cologne, but the site explicitly says that that route is included in the Germany pass. Any help appreciated!

Someone please help! We went to the train station in Barcelona to reserve our train to Montpellier for next week.Unfortunately they said that 2nd class was sold out for the time we wanted and only had 1st available. They said it would be 22 Euros per person so we said OK.  We are now second guessing ourselves are not sure what we’ve just purchased will be accepted. Does anyone know if this sound about right??? They saw our passes so surely they would say something if this was not allowed??We have 2nd class passes and are going to be catching the French TVG Train. I’ve heard that they allow you to upgrade but just don’t want to get kicked off or anything. 😬

Hello, I am attempting to book 8 normal 2nd Class seats (not a couchette/sleeper cabin) on the IntercityNotte 774 train from Roma Termini to Venezia Mestre, on July 11th.Where can I book this train?I have tried the interrail booking website and OEBB both which return “tickets/prices not available” when I try and book, even just for one person, and even when varying the date of departure, I can never seem to find tickets available for this train. Many thanks, James

Is the low-cost plane model is coming to a railway near you, to compete with or even replace National operatorsThere are now 2 new competitors to Renfe on main routes in Spain, part operated by Trenitalia and SNCF.SNCF now operate some TGV routes as Second Class only Ouigo brand ( via a shell company I believe).I have read of some trains in Czech Rep (I think) operated by Arriva.Most of us will have seen Italo trains in Italy.And so on…..Many of these are outside the pass network .and offer low cost fares.Many of these are owned at least in part by national operators (SNCF even operate in France as a competitor to itself).Most, if not all, of these do have alternatives in the pass network, but is that enough to keep us interrailing?For Newbies this will cause even more confusion, getting worse not better.For regular interrailers, particularly those who like to go in a free from schedule way, is it an issue that yo

Hello together,my boyfriend and I would like to visit someone in Bergen (Norway) - driving there via the connection Hamburg - Stockholm - Oslo. We tried to make reservations online via the Interrail/Eurail App and the respective railway companies:https://www.sj.se/en/https://www.vy.no/en→ there is no way to make reservations via these portals or the app for the trains we would need. So we went to the Mainstation in Vienna and asked the staff there to make the reservations for us, as suggested on the website of Interrail/Eurail, but they weren’t able to make the reservations either. They also weren’t able to suggest an alternative route that would work for us. How are we able to make the necessary seat reservations, when there are no reservations offe
