I may have left it too late to book Eurostar reservations for early June returning from Paris to London: the reservations page says 'no information'. Is it possible to buy last minute reservations at the station in Paris, maybe as a result of passenger cancellations?
Hi Interrailers! I have a question about two seat reservations between Lyon-Barcelona and Barcelona-Valencia - I can see that other travellers had similar problems with seat reservations on these routes.I called RENFE (Spanish Train Operator) and they told me that it is not possible to make seat reservations for these trains online (wtf) and that you HAVE to reserve seats at a physical train station. That is problematic because I have a 6 hour train ride beforehand from Zürich to Lyon, and it would be stupid to show up in Lyon if the train is fully booked - and again stupid to show up in Barcelona later that day if that is fully booked(: Do you know a way around to reserve online? Or do you know if I can reserve seats from an Austrian train station? Or if my friend in Spain can make the seat reservation for me and then send me the reservation with email?Stay safe! Allan
I want to book a paper ticket from Valence TGV to Barcelona on 21st of August. If I want to try it, I receive a notification that the ticket will not arrive in time and that I have to go to an European train station. I went to Amsterdam Centraal and they said at the international office that they do not sell tickets from France to Spain. I've added the notification in Dutch below. How can I still make the reservation for this trip? Interesting to note is that I ordered another paper ticket and I received this within a week. So if this is the average speed of the delivery of the paper tickets, my ticket would still be arriving in time before I will leave… However, the website does not allow me to take the risk and order the paper ticket anyway.
Hello everyone,I've bought an Interrail Global Pass for 3 July - 10 July. I want to travel from Amsterdam to Prague and later from Prague to Munich, and from Munich back to Amsterdam.However, there is one thing i don't understand. The website of the Deutsche Bahn says a reservation is required for every high speed rail as well as night trains. The travel plan of the Interrail website tells me i do not need to book a reservation, but that it is possible to do so.However, i cannot add any train journey to the cart. The ‘add to cart’ button is not clickable: Am i too late for booking? I have not received my pass yet, but i will get it within two weeks. Thank you in advance, Kind regards
While booking train reservations for my Global Pass, the ‘continue to traveler details’ button does not work at all, even after I filled in all the information required. I think the button is broken. Can anyone help? This is a Milan Centrale - Venezia S. Lucia journey.
Family of 6 traveling through France and Italy in July. We purchased Eurail Global Mobile Passes. We are unable to reserve seats without our Pass Cover Numbers. If anyone could be of assistance, as my emails have gone unanswered, we would greatly appreciate it! Thank you in advance.
Hi, My friend and I have booked some trains for our trip. When booking, for example, we clicked on one for 7am. I’ve just looked at the e-tickets and it says 6am. I understand there are different time zones however, these countries are an hour ahead of the UK so why has it gone back an hour? Just very confused. Thank you

My partner and I have had to cancel a Spanish Interrail trip and rebook other European destinations, due to the dishonesty of EU Rail. Booking seat reservations in Spain is ridiculously complicated (you either have to be in the country at a specific station, or try to navigate the phone system to order a paper ticket ).Also, we calculated that seat reservations for a first class pass are extremely expensive -almost equivalent to buying news passes each! And the fact that many RENFE staff apparently DON’T recognise the EUrail mobile pass is worrying.WHY are RENFE even still part of EU Rail, when you can’t book seat reservations by email and they are disinterested in EURail customers?What is the point in using a fist class EU rail pass, where seat reservations are an added, extra financial cost?We are extremely unhappy, as we were looking forward to visiting Spain, but the apathy of EURail and RENFE have crushed this dream.
Hi there,I have just purchased a One-Month global continuous pass. I am looking to do a ferry trip from Valencia - Ibiza however when I am on the Direct Ferry website, I am unable to locate anywhere to input my interrail pass of which the website states that it covers ferrys or at least discounts them. If you would be able to give me some feedback would be much appreciated as need to keep costs down.If anyone knows how to make these reservations with the pass?And roughly how much this would cost? Hi! I recently purchased a Eurail pass and I was planning to make several overnight trips. However, I am quite confused wrt to making seat reservations on the OBB website. I have quite a bit of confusion regarding “one-way tickets” vs “seat only”. I have already purchased seat reservations for all legs of the journey for 3Euros each, apart from the Nightjet train(which I could not make a seat reservation) but I am unsure if I need a one-way ticket instead. There is a journey I want to take that can’t be found in the Rail Planner app, so I need to add it manually. I am traveling with my family and adding all trips to all five of our passes. The manual trips either don’t appear at all or appear for a short time and then disappear. I’ve also had another journey that wasn’t added manually disappear from the passes of two of my daughters. It seems I am unable to add any journeys at all for the two of them for May 9. We have two month global passes and they have been activated but we haven’t taken our first travel day yet. We are using iOS version 23.1.0 on an iPhone. Thank you!
Hello,I am a travel agent and booking train travel on behalf of my clients, one of whom uses a wheelchair. They both have Eurail passes, but they want seat reservations on all the trains so they don’t have to do anything themselves. The tickets that are eTickets are fine because I can see the reference number, which I use to go to the individual rail provider websites to change their seats to wheelchair seats. However, on the printed tickets, they will be receiving them, in a month!! I can’t wait that long to make the changes to their seats. How do I figure out what their booking reference is on these tickets??

The reservations are for sure available when I'm not logged into my account. I need a pass cover number but I have a mobile pass, can someone please help me get a pass cover number from my online pass?
Hi there. My partner and I have bought a 4 days in 1 month interrail pass, as we're planning a trip to Brussels and Rotterdam. When I go on the Eurostar & Rail Europe websites and put in the details of our departure (London to Brussels, Friday 27th May) there are trains and seats available.When I try to book the same journey using our passes through the Interrail site, it shows a €0 fee, implying no seats available, and will not let me book. Why is this the case when there are seats available through? Is it an issue with your site?Please let me know asap, as if we can't travel on the 27th using Interrail we will need to cancel our passes, as it's not worth the money if we can't use it for London to Brussels. I need a seat reservation for a trip on the 22th of june from Prague Hlavni Nadrazi to Bratislava Hlavna Stanica. In the app off Rail planner it says there is a train from 9:12-13:54. When I try to make a seat reservation on the official website of the train (I got this link from your website) I can not find this specific train journey. But when I try to book a different one from their site they keep asking me for a In Karta, but I do not know what this is and neither do I think I have it. I am one of the few students who won a DiscoverEU pass so I only need a reservation and not a ticket. Could you help me explain what a In Karta is so I can make a reservation. Greetings Maxine
Hello all, Does anyone know if there are lockers or luggage storage place at the station of Myrdal (Norway) ? I know there is a café, called Rallaren, that offers luggage storage, but it seems to close already at 6pm. I need storage until 7pm. Thanks for anyone who can help! Kind regards
I want to book a reservation from Paris- Barcelona and Barcelona - Marseille. Both can only be delivered by post. I‘m leaving tomorrow so i can’t use my own adress and wanted to use the one of my second hostel. I‘m staying there 06.05-10.05 and the reservations are for 13.05 and 17.05. i filled out the adress and everything but below there was a message that due to their calculations it won’t arrive on time. I don’t know how long the shipping takes but i‘m confused on how to book those reservations. Is my only option at a train station ? It’s still 14 days away so i don’t get why it won’t arrive in time ? Booking at a train station seems risky because what am i gonna do if the train is full for that specific day ?
Hello everyone! It is my first time using the Eurail Global Pass, and I thought that I could book a train from Paris to Barcelona online as I saw it was available. It wasn’t until I activated my pass and tried to book to discover that it is paper pass only, which was not indicated anywhere on the Booking Reservations part of the site. I have read from some other topics that it is basically impossible to get a ticket from Barcelona to Paris the day before for pass holders (I am flying in to Paris on Sunday, May 15), and I am incredibly worried that I will not be able to get there by train. Would anyone be able to provide some advice on the best alternatives to get to Barcelona from Paris in what seems to be an extremely likely event that I will not be able to secure a seat on the high speed train? HiI have an interrail ticket and I want to take a tgv train from paris to basel. I see that I have to get a seat reservation, which I know how to get. But I also see that there is a supplement required and I really don’t find any specific information how to get this supplement. Is it already included if I buy the seat reservation? Hello,I have a Global Pass and I’m trying to make reservations for an overnight train from Paris to Rome on May 8th with sleeping accommodations. The first train reservation from Paris to Turin seems to be available as usual. The second is a nightly train between Turin (Torino Porta Susa) and Rome (Roma Tiburtina) from 20:40 to 05:53. When I try to make a seat reservation through the Eurail website, the reservation shows a message: Prices temporarily unavailable Check back in a few hours to see prices and book this seat reservationThis message has been there for a few days. I have tried the app, it refers me back to the Eurail website.There are instructions on the Eurail website that recommend booking online with ItaliaRail as an alternative. The instructions say that you are able to select “Global Pass” in the offer menu to book reservations only, and that way you do not pay the price of a reservation plus an additional ticket. I'm trying to make a reservation for myself with a global interrail pass and somebody without a interrail pass. How can I make sure we are seated next to each other? The app automatically gives me a seat in a coach that is not available on the Deutsche Bahn website
