can't unactivate yesterday's finished trip

Yesterday, my wife and I traveled around the Netherlands using day 1 of our passes. We started and ended at unmanned stations, so simply got on and off the trains. No conductor ever checked our tickets. I did use my mobile “ticket” a couple times to go out of the station through a turnstyle and then back in. Tomorrow morning we have planned a trip to travel to Paris. But when I try to add the appropriate trip to day 2, day 1 trip comes up. The app will allow me to create new trips, but I cannot add any of them to our passes.

Travel to specific locations in Germany and Poland

I am new to the Community and am very much in need of advice with regard to travel by train to certain cities in Germany and Poland as part of a tour I plan for July 2023. American Express no longer helps with train reservations and schedules so frankly I am rather lost. This is to be a World War Two related tour to Berlin, Munich, Nurnberg, Berchtesgaden, Prague, Krakow, and Warsaw. I already have a Polish guide for travel to certain locations by automobile, and have guides set up for Munich, Nurnberg, and Berchtesgaden, and am working on Berlin. But I truly do not know how to even think about arranging for train travel between these destinations never having really traveled by train much in Europe before. I am hoping that someone can help or knows a travel agent with whom I can work that can put together the itinerary for me. Thank you.

Can you backtrack on one travel day?

Can I start from one station, travel to another station a couple of hours away, spend a few hours in that place and then return by train to another station that was on the first route - and do this as one day of travel? And if you can do this , how and when do you load up the two journeys? Thank you.

I was trying to book a seat reservation throw the eurial app for the train from Paris to Amsterdam but I couldn't find any availabilitythen I went throw a website called b _ Europe and booked a seat reservation for a train belongs to thalys And sadly I found our that I booked 15 May instead of 14 May 15 minutes latee When I tried to edit the date it will coaste 264$ And in the euro app I couldn't cancel the trip they said that means that I used 1 travel dayAnd I really don't know what to do

Train Travel in Albania. N Macedonia, Serbia

April 23. VERY frustrating, no trains operate currently in Albania and N Macedonia. Am hoping against hope that one route from.Podgorica in Montenegro to Belgrade might be operative so will.enquire this weekend when we get there Message from me- forget trains, plan your route by bus. Plenty of those but largely demands on the spot sorting out, and finding where to buy tickets and the location of the bus station not obvious.

Franfurst train station night

Hey guys, I’m currently on my Interrail (2month from last years sale) and I’m going from Prague to Alost in Belgium.There’s a transition in Frankfurt Hbf between 2:11 AM - 6:28 AM, does anyone have an idea what to do (ideally where to sleep) in that time? Since I’ve heard it’s forbidden to stay in the train station.I’m probably looking for a train somewhere and back or something like that? Would anyone care to share a helpful advice please? What trains can I use to get from Greece to Croatia?

In June, I and a friend are planning on using Eurail Global passes to get from Athens, Greece to Split, Croatia. Looking at the map on the Eurail website, it looks like the trip is going to be 5 stops, but I can’t find any information about train schedules, additional fees, ride lengths, or participating stations and rail companies. Does anyone have more specific information about the trains or is it simply too far in the future? Do we have to just find out while we’re there?Thanks

[ITALY] 14 Apr - Strike of Trenitalia, Trenitalia TPER and Trenord

Hey, important information for all travellers in Italy on 14 April there will be a strike from 9:01 to 16:59. Trains of Trenitalia, Trenitalia TPER and Trenord can be affected. Some long distance trains and Frecciarossa high speed trains are guaranteed, the others can get cancelled. Trenitalia has stoped to sell tickets for Frecciarossa trains that are not guaranteed. Carry On Bag

Hello people!As my previous question insinuates, I am going on an interrail trip this summer. We start in Dublin, catching a flight to Madrid and ending in Paris. I have just one question for some people(Mostly Irish) about Carry on bag rules. So I have my flights booked that allows me to have a 10kg Carry On and a 20kg Checked bag if I want to, but obviously the horror stories of lost bags in Airports has set me off checking in my bag if I can avoid it as much as possible. As strikes continue in France many trains were cancelled and the only train available to us required seat reservations. We had to get on this train as accommodation was already booked. Are we able to get a refund? If so, how do we do it?

Hello,I have a few questions about seat reservations in the Czech Republic, Portugal and Spain.Can I buy seat reservation on the ceske drahy website, there are no options for Interrail ticket? Other times I buy seat reservation, there was most time an option for Interrail tickets. Is this possible to buy a “only reservation ticket” or is this false.I know I have to buy seat reservations in Portugal and Spain at the station. I want to arrive 1–2 days in Spain before my ride, is this enough time to buy my seat reservations in Spain? Furthermore, I need to take in the most times the exactly same train to arrive.Aside from that, can I buy seat reservation for Portugal in Spain and for Spain in Portugal? Because I arrive in Portugal with the train there where I need the seat reservation.

Hi, I am coming to Italy on 18-April. Have to travel from Florence to Fiumicino airport. My flight is at 10pm. I have time from 10am in the morning at Florence. I thought of exploring Vatican city on the way. I want to drop my luggage in a station (may be Roma termini) before I can explore the city and collect it later while going to airport. What is the cheap and best option to travel and explore the city?

Is the first leg in my home country overnight allowed?

I want to leave my home country Germany from Hamburg to Basel overnight, departing in Hamburg at 20:01, arriving in Basel at 6:20 the next morning with an interruption in Frankfurt for two hours (0:20-2:45). Is this allowed? I‘m holding a Global Pass for 2 month. Thank you for any support.Bernd
