Croatia

Suppose I am going to Croatia with my 6 friends, what would be the cheapest route that doesn’t take too long? We will start in Brussels, then go to Zagreb and stay there for a few days. Then we will continue our trip to Split. To go back to Belgium we will be going from Split to Brussels in one go. We are all under 26 if thats important for the prices.

Annecy to Geneva

The Eurail Planning app says there are half a dozen trains from Annecy France to Geneva Switzerland on Sunday. However, when I check the French Oui-scnf app, it shows no trains Trainline also shows no trains at all. A local fellow says there are no trains or not dependable, and recommends the bus. But the Eurail app still shows these train trips - they are TER (SCNF) trains with numbers and stops listed out.  Can anyone explain what is going on? Is the planning app wrong, or is SCNF wrong? I am not sure if the train office will be open on a Sunday to ask them.

Adding a trip with a transfer manually

I was planning my trip on the app, but one trip that I found with the trip planner online does not appear in the app. So I wanted to add it manually, but I was wondering how I should fill it in with a trip that has a transfer. Do I add the different trains individually or just from the beginning city to the last city? Thankyou :)

How do we PCR test as we travel through Europe?

Hi everyone, My friend and I were thinking of using our pass in the new year and was wondering how we can send our PCRs in advance to countries to prove that we are negative? Or were wondering how it would be possible at all to travel at this time considering the need for PCR testing in almost every country? Thanks, Ben

I am a vaccinated danish citizen, and i’am planning an interrail trip through germany, ending in Amsterdam, Holland. Should i be worried or get tested on the trip or is it enough being fully vaccinated.thanks

US vaccinated citizen, travel between UK, France, back to UK. What covid requirements do I need to prepare for?

I am a US fully vaccinated citizen.  I will be in the UK this November 2021 traveling to France then back to the UK via train.What if any coivd testing requirements do I need to have. to enter France from UK and re-enter UK from France?

If i want to go to Brussels from Paris at 6 am and return at 11 pm (arriving at Paris 1 am of  the next day), counts as 2 trip days?

About visa date

HelloI want to ask a question. I am a erasmus student in budapest. I have a valid session from the immigration office until the end of january but I have a visa in my passport until the 8th of February. Will I have any problems if I stay in Budapest until the date on my passport?

Interrailing as a vegan! Help!

Hi! In a few weeks I will start my journey from Stockholm to Amsterdam by trains. I think Im finally getting a hang of when to book a reservation, and when its not necessarily needed. Are there any fellow travelers who are vegan? Im wondering if the trains have any vegan options available, or should I prepare myself with lots of snacks? :) Also, can anyone say what is a good amount of time between trains?

General Strike Warnings

I wanted to open a Thread with Strike announcements on companies that my affect your  Eurail and Interrail Experience actual and in the Future :/ For example from 11th August 02am till 13rd  August there will be a strike in Germany and this means that there run significant less trains than usual means the few trains that operate will be full :/

Luggage storage in trains

HI! I’m gonna be starting my first interrail trip in about week and I have a question about the luggage storage possibilities in trains. I’m going to be travelling with a bigger suitcase and was wondering if there are usually some sorts of separate luggage storage spaces in trains? Also how have you managed to keep an eye on your luggage while travelling by train so that it doesn’t get stolen? Thank you for your help!

can you be fined at a border if you have no negative corona test?

Hallo,I cannot find it online so here is my question. I was wondering if you can be fined at the border for not having a negative corona test if you're not vaccinated. Especially if you want to cross the border in Bulgaria. Thanks a lot!

DB Streik Fahrt verfallen?!

Hey zusammen, unser erster Reisetag (03.09) war leider auch Streik Tag der GDL und somit ist der Zug von Berlin nach Warschau nicht gefahren (sind FlixBus gefahren...).  Da 2 von unserer Gruppe aber diese Strecke nicht aus dem Pass genommen haben, können sie nicht die letzte Strecke (die wir eigentlich mit dem Bus fahren wollten...) nicht mehr nutzen.  Der Service funktioniert nicht, Mail beantwortet seit ner Woche niemand, DB Oebb usw können nicht helfen.  Können wir uns übermorgen einfach in den ICE München Berlin setzen?? Oder könnte das richtig Ärger geben, auch wenn man denen das erklärt und belegen kann….  danke!!

If we have flown into Germany and spend a couple of days, then continue by train to Amsterdam does anyone know if we are required to get covid tested before getting on our cruise boat. We will only be in Amsterdam less than 12 hours

Traveling from Oslo to the UK. Help needed.

Hi. I am currently in Norway and am intentending on going to the UK by the end of this week. I am from the UK and was wanting to get back using rail travel instead of flying. This is so i can see a few places and explore along the way. I’m thinking of getting the train from Oslo, through Sweden into Denmark and then onto Germany. I would like to then go through the Netherlands and/or Belgium before taking the Eurostar back to the UK. I was wondering on if this was feasible considering Corona restrictions. I have done research into it and am finding information not particularly clear for me to process.To note I am fully vacinated and have not been outside of Norway in the last 2 weeks. Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated. :)-Harry

Travelling to Amsterdam from UK via Paris

Hello So this is my travel plan: London to Paris (Staying in Paris for 48 hours)Paris to Amsterdam (Staying upto 24 hours)Amsterdam to Brussel (Staying upto 24 hours) and finally Brussel to London I wanted to ask regarding covid-19 or any other travel restriction I should be aware of, currently UK is in very high risk country in Amsterdam, but I will be travelling from Paris so will that cause an issue?
