Hi!I have a interrail global flexi pass and have a question regarding my last inbound journey back home to my country of residence (Germany).I am planning on taking a train from Copenhagen to Stuttgart. The train in Copenhagen leaves at 10.43 p.m. on Sunday, there will be a transit in Hamburg again at 5.31 a.m. on Monday. Then, I plan to take the last train at 5.46 a.m. from Hamburg to Stuttgart (final destination).I do realize that this will count as 2 travel days, as I make the last transit in Hamburg after midnight. However, as this will be my inbound journey, will my pass cover the Hamburg to Stuttgart journey, or will I need to pay an additional ticket? As I understand, I am allowed one inbound journey back to my home country, but are multiple transits in my home country included here? Also, I am unsure about the ruling regarding the midnight rule, as my inbound journey starts the day before and ends one day later.Would greatly appreciate any helpful comments!
What date is my inbound journey, when I use the Nighttrain Snalltaget from Malmö to Berlin on July, 2nd (departure in Malmön at 22:10 and arrival in Berlin at 08:58 next day) and I have to change the train in Berlin on July, 3rd, to come to my finally station (Bamberg)? The last station outside of Germany is Kopenhagen on July, 2nd at 23:06. Can I use the inbound journey for July, 3rd (its a 15 days in 2 months paper pass)?
Basically my order seems to have disappeared from the system! My partner and I bought the interrail and the eural pass respectively, and while one has been received, there is no menrion about mine ever being shipped or being on delivery. Yesterday, when I checked there wasn't even an order on my account corresponding to mine. After I made a custom request for help, it appeared on the website, saying it has been shipped already but I have not received it!
I’m looking to travel to CZ this summer by train as its more environmentally friendly.How does the pass work? I buy pass then what? I have to plan my journey using rail planner. Do I have to pay for the tickets that the journey needs or everything is covered by pass?Rail planner can show very cheap journeys is that the extra I have to pay ? It could end up being a very expensive trip to buy a global pass for 4 days travel and extra tickets and seat reservations.
My daughter and I are planning an Interrail trip this summer - our third such adventure! She will turn 12 in July. As an eleven year old, she travels with me for free. As a 12 year old, we pay for her, if the trip starts after her birthday. Question that I cannot find an answer to on the website: if our trip starts before her birthday and continues after, is that fine for the Child Pass for the entire duration?
I’ve seen related topics, but as I understant I need help from @nanja to get this done.We are a little family startint our journey around Europe on monday, and one of our phones, with one of our passes got broken today. We’ll get a new one tomorrow, but I’ve read that the pass on the old phone has to be disconnected to be able to put it in the new one. Can you help me please?Thanks a lot!
We just arrived in Lisbon and wanting to travel to Lagos. We’ve noticed they have automatic gates/barriers at the train station and don’t know how to get past them using our mobile passes? Does anyone know? At the train station we are at (rossio) they don’t have anyone supervising the gates. Any advice is appreciated!
At the beginning of 2021 we bought interrail passes. Unfortunately, our trip could not continue in the summer of 2021 due to the corona restrictions. We were therefore happy that we received an email from interrail on May 6, 2021 that our passes would remain valid until August 2022. Now I want to book trains, but this is refused because the passes seem to be valid until March 2022. Can this validity still be adjusted?
Hello everyone,I have bought and already activated my mobile pass for Sweden ( which is valid from 20 June to 19 July 2022) in the rail planner app a few weeks ago, but now with the update of the app my mobile pass got lost and it isn’t possible to add it again ( there is always error if I try it to add it again)Please help me !!!!! Hi,My girlfriend and I have planned a journey from Copenhagen to Zuerich with one stop/change in Neumünster on the 3rd of August. The first train will depart 00:08 in Copenhagen and arrive 5:30 in Neumünster. The next train will depart 07:04 in Neumünster and arrive 16:00 in Zuerich. These trains have been “booked” in our app and added both to “My Trip” and “My Pass” for both of us. So we have tickets for the trains (and we even bought seat reservations for both trains). But when searching for this specific journey in Rail Planner now - the journey isn’t anywhere to be found. Now it is only possible to get from Copenhagen to Neumünster by changing trains 2 times - and it doesn’t look like there is any direct train. Even though we have “booked” that before and have a ticket for that specific train. Can someone please clarify if that means the direct train has been cancelled? Or if it is just a sign of the train being fully booked (and therefore not possible to “book” anymore)? To follo
Dear EurailI have purchased a Eurail pass with Plus 20-Dec-2020 and the order confirmation clearly states "The pass is fully refundable without a fee, however the fee for Plus is non-refundable" (IN30227660).06-May-2021 I received a mail that the activation period was extended until 31 august 2022. Unfortunately, summer plans are so that the travel can't be made this summer and a refund is there necessary.However, when I login to my account - the ability to apply for refund is not available where it should be as per your help information.I have contacted your service department 04-Jun-2022 using your facebook support option to get this error fixed or a refund done - and received confirmation e-mail confirming receipt of the request. I have not heard anything back yet.I don't think > 2 weeks response time for a simple support request like this is reasonable - and the money is needed to pay for the alternative summer vacation!Can you please prioritize getting this service request mana
We are planning to get an interrail pass in June for 2 adults and two kids/ youths. One of the kids 12th birthday is 2 weeks before we plan to leave.We would be buying a 15days in 2 months pass for 2 adukts and 2 youths I have found that if we got 2 month continuous unlimited passes before the kids 12 th birthday it would be a similar price as that ticket would be free. We would have to activate it by taking a trip in our own country and then wait the two weeks before using it from first country we arrive in.Is this ok to do?Or do we need to leave the country as soon as we use the outbound?Obviously we would have to pay our outbound again ourselves.
So far in trying to access a train on April 8th from Florence to Venice, I’m not able to access the 7am train I want nor the Venice Santa Lucia station. Is this normal.I would never have bought the Eurail pass had I known it was so restricted and there’s no way to know that without entering into the app and attempting to make reservations.Are Eurail passes super restricted in Italy on the high speed trains and routes?
Hello, I would like to cancel my order of my pass. I checked BEFORE ordering whether the relevant trains were available for reservation (yes they were). Then I bought the pass and all of a sudden they are no longer available.I feel slightly ripped off and hoped for a cancellation as a gesture of goodwill.There is no possiblity beside of chatting with a bot...very bad support.Any ideas?
I am trying to book my seat reservation for 8th may for my trip from london to paris. There are no available seat reservations showing on my app. When i try to book through B-europe.com - its asking for my pass cover number. I really need to travel on the 8th from london to paris as i have further hotels booked. Can someone help me with seat reservations?
Hello!I will go with my grilfriend to Greece in July and we see the option to buy the Greek Island pass with 4 dans travel. When I do the processos to buy indicades that I will receive on 28th June. I would like to know if I will receive via mail the cover pass number to make the greek ferry's reservations or I have to wait to receive the pass at home (my address). I am a littlr bit worried because if I have to wait for a month, perhaps I don't have available seats for the ferry's desired. Thank you
So I am planning a Trip trough France. While looking for tickets, I found this Interrail ticket, which promises cheap prices and flexible trains. So I decided for Interrail and ended up not buying the tickets upfront and directly. Not knowing what a pain in the a** this Interrail program is. I spend the hole last evening and the hole morning trying to figure out how to buy reservations for the TGV. They tell you to get the reservations up front, because they might be limited. But there is no way of checking for reservations without buying the pass. On Eurail you can't look for tickets until you have bought an Interrail pass. So I ended up buying the pass, and now there are no Reservations available at all. Every reservation has a different error message. What the heck? There is even an App that shows all the possible routes and the reservation prices. Which then don't exist?!Apparently, SNCB took the reservation system out of their Website. There are plenty of options on where to book
Dear community,I have accidentally selected interrail instead of eurail pass. I was unaware of the inbound/outbound limitation.I'm now unable to return to Germany using my interrail pass. I stuck at Basel Sbb at the moment.I'm eligible for eurail pass, as I'm not a European citizen but only a temporary resident.Could you please tell me how to change my interrail to eurail pass as soon as possible?-Adi
Hi!I have an urgent problem. I bought a new phone for my trip, but the mobile pass is on the old one. I have ready contacten the customer service some days ago but no response.
