I plan to do the circuit. Prague, Berlin, Amsterdam, BrusellasyLondres, on different days and by train. What do you advise me to optimize time, cost and pass Eurail do?? TRating to make foot in each railway station of those cities. salutes with distinguished attention. Osvaldo Fatala

Hi,I wonder if anyone knows if it is crucial or probably ok not to list the *exact* right S-Bahn train in Germany for local travel? I will spend the weekend in a city where the S-Bahn is convenient to get to our hotel so will use my pass for that. However there are loads of different S-Bahns going from the Hauptbahnhof every 2-3 minutes, so I’m just wondering how crucial it is that I manage to see if it’s S1 or S2 or S3 or whatever, then log that on my pass and activate it before I enter the train..? Or would any S-Bahn train listed be ok to activate even if I happen to go the two stops on another one..?Thanks for any advice!

Im non European but my kids are European age 4-11 . they also have non -european passports. We all live out of Europea. How can I buy passes for us? interails or eurails? Can I just buy eurail for all of us? Thanks so much for your help!

Hi, I'm in my second day of a 7-day travel pass. The Rail Planner App is not working, the issue is the same that happend to Tarek here https://community.eurail.com/eurail-interrail-passes-41/mobile-pass-disappeared-completely-771 but his solution it's not working for me. I've sent emails to support but anyone is answering. The mobile pass doesn't shows in the app section and that section requests me to add a pass. When I do the proper steps, the app says me that the mobile pass has been added in this phone and I can check it in the app section. It's a loop: when I go back, the pass stills missing. Any idea? 

I'm currently travelling in Slovakia my Interrail pass has suddenly disappeared off app with 3 days travel left , help needed urgently , how do I contact Interrail urgently to get it back on , I've sent a request but it'll take days for a reply , this is ridiculous. Hello All,  I have purchased an interrail global pass to travel from France to Switzerland. with 4 days of travelMy country of residence is France. Please let me know if the following route will be ok for my inbound and outbound limits?Day 1: Paris (France) to Geneva (Swiss)    (outbound)Day 4: Basel (Swiss) to Strasbourg (France) and then Strasbourg (France) to Paris (France)  (inbound) Since I want to go to a specific Train station at Paris which has no direct train from Swiss...I have to First go to Strasbourg (in France) and then take another train from here to Paris.Will these be counted as one inbound journey or two? In other words, will my journey from Strasbourg to Paris be included in the pass? Thank you in advance for the answer!

Hi. Although I've seen a number of questions and answers about this promotion I want some help in clarifying the earliest and latest dates I can use for a Rail journey. My pass needs to be activated by 01 June. The pass is for 10 days in 2 months. I want to make my first rail journey on 09 June and the rest of the journeys between 25 June and 08 July. Is my first journey on 09 June acceptable for this pass.Appreciate any help the community can offer.

Hello! Any advice for someone who's trying to get from Split to Florence to Athens? Is there a need for reservations? What is the best plan for this trip?Do i need to buy any other ticket other than the Interrail Pass?

I want to take an RJ train from Trento at 9:59 to Munich. On the German Rail Pass brochure it's written that from Italy to Germany it covers only EC trains. But the RJ and the EC have the same stops and take the same time, the only difference is that the first EC is at 13:59, which is too late for me. Can I use the German Rail Pass for the RJ as well?

Wir wollen von Österreich nach Polen mit dem Zug und das Fahrrad mitnehmen. Wir können aber weder auf der ÖBB noch auf der Polnischen Seite ein Ticket mit Fahrradmitnahme buchen. Hat hier wer Erfahrungen wie wir das buchen können. Hätten  auch vor uns ein Global Ticket zu kaufen. Danke

Hello!I’m going to Italy with my aunt. I’m in Switzerland, and she lives in France. She’s coming to Switzerland by plane on Monday 29 April. We’re starting our trip from Switzerland, Wednesday 8 May. I bought her a global senior pass for 4 days.My question is: Can she use her Interrail after landing in Geneva on Monday and coming to Lausanne (so it’ll be her 1st day with her pass).  And then, two days later, we’ll go to Napoli, Italy. (2nd day of her pass).  We’ll leave Napoli Sunday 12 May (3rd day of her pass).  And she’ll take her plane back to France on Monday, 13 May. So she’ll take again the train from Lausanne to Geneva, which are again 2 cities in Switzerland (4th day of pass?).➡️ Is it okay to use her 4 days of global pass like this ?Or does she need to buy the round trip train tickets for Geneva-Lausanne ?I asked 3 different people at the train station, but they gave me 3 different answe

Hello Everyone! Please excuse some of my dumb questions that I may be asking as I am completely new to this and have been doing some research on the Eurail the past few days and some features on the website.  I am planning my honeymoon and look forward to visiting a country I really only could have dreamed about ever doing while growing up. We are planning to visit all of the places we read about growing up and have seen all over. We are flying into Naples and then going to Sorrento, then to Rome→ Venice→ Lake Como → Milan to go back to America.  I understand I need to buy a pass and then add on reservations but when I fill out the “plan a trip” it suggests I pick up for 4 days. I was wondering really how many days we actually needed, and what may be our best cost based option.  I was also wondering does the Eurail only include the bullet trains or does it include local? Trying to book reservation from Munich to Florence on May 30th.  It appears there is not a 2 berth available, but 4 berth is.  I get everything typed in including discount (eurail global) and it kicks me off.  Thoughts?

I am a New Zealander with a Eurail pass and my travelling companion is Danish with an interail pass.i am trying to reserve seats for us both on trains in  France, Spain and Portugal but finding it very difficult.can someone please give me step by step instructions so that we are both booked on the same train and seated together.thanks so much in advance!

I am planning on using 2 travel days in Switzerland and France, and then flying to Greece for the Greek Islands. Do I need to buy a Global Pass in order to also buy the Greek Islands Pass? If so, I assume the travel days do not double-count, is that correct?

Hello all, Myself and my partner are looking to travel between the following: Rome - Isle of Giglio - Pisa - Lake Como - Zurich (and then whilst in Zurich: a day trip out to Lichtenstein and a day trip out to Bern). As you can imagine, these train prices will all quickly add up, as they are mostly hours long in duration. With this in mind, I thought an EU Rail pass might be a better option, however we are struggling to find where we can check/search journeys between cities that would be included within the pass. Does anyone have any insights either a) on whether these journeys would be allowed/included? b) where to check? Thanks in advance x

I'm going on to the UK/EU from June 10th to July 10th and got the Eurail global pass 2nd class as I'm visiting nine locations (there are two pairs of locations in the same country). I think I've figured out everything that I need to know to make seat reservations but there's still a bit of confusion. I know Eurail is not truly up to date with their timetables, so I'm trying to figure out how to make a seat reservation when Eurail's timetable doesn't match the official train operator's website. For example, I'm going from Glasgow to London on June 15th, but the timetable for that date won't be available until April 24th, yet, Eurail is showing times for that date. What should I do? Wait until the official tran operator releases their timetable or just book it through Eurail?Many people say don't book through Eurail to get seat reservations and go directly through the train operator. I’m trying to make my first journey since using my pass for my outbound journey, so I know the app works. I can see my planned journey and have got the little yellow icons showing. It says that it’s been saved to my pass, but when I open it there’s nothing there. Any idea what’s going on?

HiI have never bought an interrail pass before, and before I do I want to ask, can I travel out from London to Europe? We are looking at starting and ending our trip in London, and travelling to Austria with stops mid journey there and back, in August.I checked the journey planner on the web site and it only gives me the option to travel to other places in the UK if I start in London. I don’t know whether I need a different kind of ticket to travel from London to European countries, so want to make sure I’m doing the right thing before I buy a very expensive ticket!ThanksSian
