Hi all,I booked a Nightjet ticket Munich-Bologna (first time in mini cabins, I am excited!). I might have changed my mind about getting off in Rome instead of Bologna (the train continues to there) because I get home easier like that. Can I do that? 

Hi there, I want to travel from Tallinn to Warsaw with stops in between in Riga, Klaipeda and Vilnius. When I tried to make seat reservations on the LTG Website, everything is sold out, like the train is already completely booked out. Does anyone know how strict they are with the reservations? Maybe I can even buy one on the train? Unfortunately I really need to take those trains because I book hotels and everything already. Thanks for your help! 

Hi, i buy my pass on december 9th 2024. I had to move my travel date to december 2025. If i activate the pass on decemeber (1st or 2nd of the month) it gonna work all december? the pass is a 5 days within a month 

Hey folks, I already planned my trip to Europe, but im curious to know if i need to buy to 2 month pass or if just with 1 im okey; Our trip stars on the 22th of this month and it will be ending by the 11th of august.The app suggest my at least 7 travel days, since we´ll be moving from UK to France, France-Switzerland, and then Switzerland to Rome (final destination)But im not clear if its seven days of travelling within a callendar month or that we have 30 days to use those 7 travel days

Wanted a place to share tips for the summer coming:use a bank card from a bank offering 0% exchange fees, in the UK this might be from Chase, Monzo, Revolut across the EU, N26 in Deutschland, and you should be able to find one for your respective country. pack a microfibre towel with a way to store it outside your suitcase or backpack, I bought carabiner clips so I save space when carrying my backpack for souvenirs. speaking of souvenirs don’t be afraid to mail postcards and mementos home  it’s not every day you get to use a foreign post office and it’s a great skill to have. use an AirTag or equivalent quality tracker, if you store your luggage it gives you peace of mind it’s not on the move from your hostel, hotel, or locker. bring a water bottle you’ll save a lot of money on unnecessary drinks. have fun!would anyone have any other tips they’d like to share?

We are a family of three and we planned our entire trip on the website. We gave the trip a name and bought seat reservations.Now when we added ourselves to the app the trip shows up, but not the seat reservations.I have printed the seat reservations, so we have them on paper (and also digitally as pdf’s on our phones), but why do they not show up on the phone, when they do on the website? This is very confusing.

Hiii, i’m beginning an erasmus in Denmark mid august and I wanted to take advantage of my trip to visit other destinations during my interrail. I have a six days for 6 months type and was thinking of using two days to travel to Denmark and then visiting Berlin on the road but i’m not sure. So I’m asking you what would be a nice itinerary from Belgium to Denmark as a solo traveller (it’s my first solo trip so if you have advice for that too :))

Hi. I am travelling tomorrow tomorrow for our second day of the pass. I can’t add the trip I want as the trip connected to my pass is the first days trip. I need to cancel the first trip and add the second but can’t seem to do that. Any suggestions? thanksgraeme 

I have a seat reservation from Berlin HBF to Paris Est done by Rail Europe. Now the departure time changed from 11:55 to 11:08. My question is will this reservation still be valid. Train Number and date didn’t change only the departure time. I asked rail europe, but the didn’t give me  an answer which is about departure time change only.Horst

It is not a real route, just the journeys I need a train for, so I figured I might as well use Interrail!My plan is the following:Amsterdam - MannheimMannheim - AmsterdamRijeka - LjubljanaLjubljana - AmsterdamNow, I’ve just came to realize that I can only leave & return to Amsterdam (in homecountry) once, so I will probably fix something from Mannheim. ——> But the real question is: Can I make a break in my schedule between Ams & Rijeka (as I am driving there for other reasons) and continue with the travel days from Rijeka? I have bought the passes, created a trip, added all travellers and bought seat reservations for the entire trip, and now I want to add the trip on the devices of the other travellers.How do I do that? As mentioned above all travellers are connected to the trip in my profile (that I haven’t activated yet), but when I add a person to the app on another device, the created trip doesn’t show.I am afraid to active the passes on their phones, as I’m afraid I will lose everything, since the trip doesn’t show on their devices.This system is VERY hard to figure out and not logical at all.

Hello,I ordered a Paper Pass but Interrail wrote the wrong address (they missed the door number and yes, I’m sure it was them). The Paper Pass came to Portugal and is returning to the Netherlands and nobody even notified me, neither through phone or email. I have contacted customer service request (#1075051) but since I leave in less than a month I am getting nervous with this.I have all my reservations booked and now the most important part is missing! How long will the pass take to be returned? Do I need to request a refund for THEIR mistake? Even then it will take forever to get a new one! Or can I just simply switch to a mobile pass? (I know I can’t but maybe somebody here knows about something).Honestly I would just like to get the paper pass in my hands without any extra cost and in time for the trip but I know that’s too much to ask…Any help will be greatly appreciated.Guilherme.

Hi: We’re currently trying to book seat reservations for our Interrail journey, as some of the trains we plan to take require them. However, when we search on the Interrail.eu website, we receive the message:"No price results were found. Pass holder reservations may be sold out for this connection, but there are other ways to check for available seats—more info below our timetable."Despite this, when we check other booking sites such as tickets.oebb.at, it shows that there are seats available—so we’re a bit confused.On top of that, it says seat reservations start from €6, but when we go to reserve on these third-party websites, the prices jump to over €60 per person. Also, these third-party websites don’t allow us to use the free DiscoverEU reservations.We are booking our seat reservations now, around two months in advance, because none of the trains allowed us to reserve seats earlier. Please if it has happenned to any of you and can help us, we would be grateful. 

I’m having a difficult time figuring out if my route is affected on July 8th. I’m travelling from Riomaggiore to Milano Centrale via Monterosso I have my trains listed belowRiomaggiore to Monterosso RE12302 - 10.03amMonterosso to Milano Centrale IC666 - 10.33amAre these trains affected? I’ve tried to look at the websites but I’m having a difficult time navigating. I was told by a local that earlier departures from Riomaggiore (7.58am) should not be affected but I cannot seem to change this on my mobile pass. Can I still board an earlier train with my mobile pass? 

I was planning to travel with my child from the UK to Belgium, Germany, France using 7 day passes but every Eurostar I check is sold out of seat reservations and ferries seem to be very expensive.Should I forget just forget travelling by train this July/August?Is there an easier way to check which Eurostar trains do have seats available instead of clicking each individual train departure?Our travel dates are flexible but we have to be able to get from and to the UK!Thanks in advance!

Hello,We've seen the changes to the Lesce-Stuttgart night train, but we wanted to know which replacement trains have been implemented and the associated schedules, as it's not at all clear. I don't understand which train we should take from Lesce to Jesenice and what the schedules are for these new trains, i.e., from Lesce to Jesenice, from Jesenice to Villach, and then from Villach to Schwarzach-St-Veit.The information we received was really insufficient. Please respond and provide us with the requested information, as we needed to book other trains later.We still want a refund for this train because the service really doesn't match the price paid, but we've been waiting for a response from the company for over a week.Sincerely,Louise Furet

Hi. It is my first time travelling with an EUR Rail pass. I would like to have a backup copy of the QR codes in paper, in case the mobile phone gets stolen. Would those copies be valid?

Hi I am trying to travel from Narbonne (France) to Toledo in Spain and do not seem to be able to book with Eurail without it being incredibly complicated or very expensive.  I have tried HappyRail and Renfe and both seem very expensive with Renfe not accepting the Eurail discount.  Any help would be gratefully received.  Thank you.

I've bought my pass yesterday and I intend to use it from the 15.07.2025 but whe I try to reserve seats it says that I can't because my pass is activated by 2026. Why is that possible?

Hi,I have a Eurail mobile pass and I’m trying to book train ALV 4186 (Bilbao-Abando to Madrid-Chamartín, 7:00 AM). However, it’s not available to book at all on the Eurail, RailEurope or Renfe websites:Eurail - ‘no price results were found...’RailEurope - the 7am service doesn’t appear at all Renfe website - error message saying in Spanish, ‘THIS TRAIN IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR SALE AT THIS TIME. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.’I only want this 7am direct train as the other trains are inconvenient with changes, or arrive too late in the evening (10pm!)Thanks!

Hi,I’m trying to reserve a seat for a direct train from Genoa to Pisa using my Eurail Global Pass (mobile), but I can’t seem to book it on the Eurail website or app. The same ‘No price results were found’ message appears:Has anyone had this issue before? Is this route non-reservable, or is there another way to book it?Thanks!

Hiis there a general problem with making reservations? I get an error when trying to pay that the “error is on our side”. Same problem on mobile and PC.
