Dear Hive Mind,We had Eurail tickets booked from Bologna to Munich (3rd July) on FR 8502, but this train is now not running because of the closure of the line from Bologna to Padua.We then tried to book from Bologna to Munich on RJ 88 via Verona and Trento but for some reason the Eurail site is not allowing this booking to proceed. It currently says ‘there’s a technical error on our end and please check later’. Any solutions please? Thank you.

Hello everyone, on 9th july i have a train from sweden to germany. The first train is around 4pm, the second 8pm, the last 11pm just before midnight, and i arrive 7am 10th july in berlin. Am i using one travel day or two? Confused

Hello, I had a discover EU ticket last year, but this year I have an interrail ticket. When I want to make seat reservations, I have to select a journey, but the only journeys that are shown to me, are the ones that are on my discover eu app. But the journey that is connected to my valid interrail pass is not shown, so when I make a reservation, how do I know if it is connected to my pass, if the journey is not connected to it?Plus, my girlfriend has a discover EU ticket. Can we book seats that are next to each other because she can‘t add my pass to her reservation and it says we have different pass conditions, but I could connect her pass to my reserstion. Maybe this is because when I want to connect, it does not connect to my interrail pass but my discover EU pass from last year that is invalid.Does anyone have an idea on what to do?Or is there another option to book seats in france, like on the sncf-website?I hope someone can understand my problem. Thank you!

Ik wil graag een leuke plek om te overnachten in Berlijn voor mij alleen. Misschien zelfs een plek waar meer solo reizigers zijn om samen wat leuks te doen. Liefst niet te duur. 

Kia ora folks, I was wondering if anyone has previously taken the replacement bus from Lupoglav to Rijeka. I’m just asking because the trip planner has the journey taking 40 minutes, yet Google says it’s a 60 minute drive between these two places. Does anyone have an experience of how long this bus trip takes? Ideally I would take the bus, but if does take 60 minutes then I will miss my connection out of Rijeka :(

Volevo sapere se con il pass di 4 o 5 giorni, potevo fare queste tappe:Partenza da Pescara a Trento. Ripartire il giorno dopo da Trento per Günzburg.Dopo un paio di giorni a Günzburg, ripartire per Peschiera del Garda. Sostare ed il giorno dopo ripartire e rientrare a Pescara. grazie mille a chi risponderà. 

Hello !Does anyone have an axperience about travelling with a dog and an interrail pass ?We want to travel in France and Italy with our dog next week ( 29 march-6 april). We havn't buy the interrail pass yet because we can't find a clear information about how to buy him his ticket.Indeed, we can buy a ticket for a dog in the website if we buy an adult ticket. But with interail we dont buy an adult ticket. So how to buy the dog ticket ? We already called trenitalia and they dont have an answer. So we are a bit blocked.Thanks a lot !

My wife and I have senior interrail passes and we are travelling out from St Pancras International on 23rd July at 11.30 for Paris.  We’ve then allowed a two hour gap to get us onto the train for Chambery at Paris Lyon and the following day travel to Torino and finally Rome.   We each have four day passes - thereby allowing us 2 days travel out and 2 days travel back and are away for 9 days in total.  I am keeping a check on the number of cancellations that are happening on Eurostar and I am starting to get anxious.  We live relatively close to London and the fare for both of us to get there is about £40.  I’m currently minded to buy tickets to London on the day we are scheduled to travel out rather than commit to using that as our travel day out of our own country.  And instead only activate our passes when we get to St Pancras just in case of a late cancellation.   I am being silly being this cautious?  We also had a nasty experience two years ago when we were travelling with passes

Traveling from Hungary to Slovenia and this popped up (“Sorry, we can't deliver your paper tickets to this address on time. Please try another address or book at a main station.” ) The program  will not let me complete my transaction. I read that it is not a good idea to have tickets sent to the hotel. How can I receive paper or electronic tickets? It does not give me this option. I will be traveling in 3 weeks. Thank you to anyone willing to share their knowledge with me : )

I was making seat reservations and it came up as 2- 1st class rail pass-plus, does the plus indicate the space assigned?

I have a problem with seat reservations. I have the discoverEU app and the Rail Planner app. Now I want to make a seat reservation for the trip on the Rail Planner app, but only the trip from the DiscoverEU app is displayed. If I click on "Is a trip not displayed? Create trip", a new trip is created on the DiscoverEU app.But I need a seat reservation for my trip on the Rail Planner app.

Hello. can I plan our trip on my laptop on the website? Want to make sure if I plan trip that it will load up onto my phone app. OR do I need to do it all thru my phone app. Thanks

Bonjour, J’ai juste un doute !! J’ai réservé 2 sièges pour 2 trains (oslo -> trondheim et trondheim -> norveges) directement sur leur site. J’ai suivi les recommandations j’ai eu une réduction avec le pass interail et j’ai donc payé 50kr soit 4.49€. Mais ça ne m’a pas enlevé de crédit. Et donc, ma question est : est ce que ce voyage a besoin de crédit et il y a donc une "latence" du prélèvement suite à la réservation directement sur leur site ? Ou est ce que ce voyage n’a juste pas besoin de crédit ? 

Al intentar reservar un tren París- Amsterdam para el 7 de julio para 4 personas, con un pase FÍSICO Interrail, me sale este mensaje: “Uno o más pases no cubren este viaje. Seleccione a los viajeros con pases válidos para este viaje para reservar asientos.”Desconozco si hay algún problema con los pases (los he revisado y no encuentro datos erróneos), si me he saltado algún paso o es que no hay asientos disponibles en ninguno de los trenes. ¿Alguien me puede ayudar con este tema, por favor? Deutsche Bahn has changed timing of some trains which I have booked.  Do I need to update my mobile pass for the new timings or will this happen automatically?  Train numbers are unchanged - only the timings.

Could I get an update from you regarding when you will be paying me back for this?

My friend has lost her passport and so had to get a new one, which means all the details changed. However I had already activated the tickets and booked the seat reservations. Does anyone know how I can change her passport details without getting rid of the seating reservations?

Hi there, I am considering booking a seat reservation on the TGV from Lausanne to Avignon TGV on Sunday, the 20th of July, for 7:52 am.I have to book it on the Interrail web page, as I won my pass with DiscoverEU, and this year they are providing 4 free seat reservation credits only through the Interrail seat reservation page.Does anyone know why the seat reservation appears unavailable (see image below) on the Interrail page yet available to purchase for €29 on RailEurope?The DiscoverEU person I was dealing with was not able to help me. They advised me to choose a different route/departure, or if I wanted the seat reservation, I would have to pay for it on Rail Europe.The problem is that this direct train saves over an hour compared to taking a different departure/route and only goes once a day. I have to travel on Sunday.Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated.  

Hello everyone,I have a question. I have used 5 of my 6 Interrail days and I plan to travel back to my home destination in Germany. I plan to travel as follows:I will board an overnight train at 23:55 in Stockholm using a regular paid ticket from Stockholm to Norrköping. I will remain on the same train. Before arriving in Norrköping at 00:56, I intend to activate a travel day on my Interrail Pass. From Norrköping onwards, I would like to continue the same train journey using my Interrail Pass. Travelling the whole day with different trains back to Germany.Does this work? Is it “allowed”?
