Hello! I am trying to make reservations from Paris to Barcelona on Tuesday 7th June (eventually ending up in Lisbon) and we’re now struggling to find ways to make seat reservations. Is it very risky to book in person at the station on the same day or the day before or have people generally had much more success with this rather than reserving online? It’s my first time using a Global Pass and we thought this would be smooth and easy to use when we were looking this last couple of months… but now we’ve bought the pass it feels a lot more stressful and unavailable than we initially thought! 🥺
What does "6/7 left" means on the app? Does the app inform the number of travel days planned for my Trip?
First Interrail (7 days within 1 month). I’ve build my trip on the app, and I don’t understand what does “Travel days: 6/7 left” at the top means. Also it is possible to know the number of travel days my Trip will take, so I can do a better planning? Thanks.Jorge Domingos
Hi, I bought a 3month interrail ticket on Saturday evening on my mobile. When booking I saw there’s both a youth and an adult ticket but thought it’s because of some system stuff so didn’t think much about it. Today I realised I basically spend an additional €340 because I didn’t click things correctly. Does anyone know if there’s any way of contacting Interrail directly to figure something out or no chance? :(
I have a 3 day out of a month German pass and want to add my train from venice to munich however when I go to reserve the train journey it says that one of the countries is not valid despite the trip being included in the german rail pass. Does anyone know why this is happening? Already booked my venice hostel!
Can't book reservtions Regensburg to Vienna- ''one of the legs can't be booked''. Can I catch the train without reservations?
I have a eurail pass. When I try to book the reservation the message says “one of the legs of your journey can not be booked- look for alternate connection. I am thinking the reserved seats are fully booked.my question is can I just catch the train without a reservation
Hello there! It is my first time visiting Europe and I am unsure of how the One country pass works. Would really appreciate if anyone could provide me advice so that I can plan accordingly and buy the right tickets.My itinerary for Italy is as follow:15 August: Travelling from Domodossola to Milano Centrale. Then travel from Milano Centrale to Venezia S. Lucia (considered as 1 travel day) 16 August: Travelling from Venezia S. Lucia to La Spezia (considered as 1 travel day) 18 August: Travelling from La Spezia to Roma Termini (considered as 1 travel day) 19 August: Travelling from Roma Termini to Naples Central station (for a day trip to Pompeii). Then travel from Naples Central station back to Roma Termini (considered as 1 travel day) 20 August: Travelling from Rome Termini to Fiumicino International Airport (considered as 1 travel day) As long as within the day itself, and within 24hours (ending at midnight), I will be able to take unlimited trains with the One country pass? Hey all, just did a bologna - munichmunich - bologna reservation for 6 euros total through ÖBBAfter getting my reservation on email, I went on Interrail app Went to My Trip Added return to my tripMy question is, is this all I have to do? After activating my pass, do i just show him my interrail pass and reservation pdf? Because on the journey, it still says “seat reservations required” so decided to ask is this all I have to do after booking seats and wondering if there is a guide for this. Thanks in advance
I read the instructions, and help with FAQ to change travel day: I start in 2 weeks. I first had first travel day on 15th, but I can only start the 16th, and I need all of my travel days at the end of the journey. I cannot find where to change this date, on both mobile app and on website.
Hello,I booked a reservation from London to Paris via Lille. According to my reservation the train leaves at 11.04 but when i look for the train on the website I cannot find it to add to my trip. I now understand that the app is offline so times may not match but I thought the website would be correct - also does it matter if the time in my trips is different from the reservation.Sorry if this is a bit basic but I am a newby.
Is there any reason why this keeps happening? I have activated the pas because it’s been scanned multiple times throughout my journey but now it says no journeys have been added? This has been done for a couple of my travel days but still says that I have 1 less travel day than I should have?!
Hello, I am in Romania and I want to book the train for Tuesday June 7 which goes from Brasov to Budapest. the ticket is a paper ticket, On your site you indicate a maximum of six working days so I am on time. But when I want to book this ticket on the booking tool, I am told that I am too late because the date of arrival of the ticket by post is June 19. Should I trust this arrival date of June 19 or the 6 working days indicated in your FAQ on the site? Thank you for your reply Gaspard Noisy
Hello! I’m travelling from Mexico with my bike, and I see some trains have space for a fully assembled bike for 10 euro. I have my Eurail pass but can’t add the bike space to the reservation in Eurail.com. The problem with the SNFC is that I can’t add my pass. I’m travelling from Strasburg to Lyon on July 7th. Please Help
I bought a Global Pass, then choose the Mobile option instead of the “paper” one. Then, I also bought seat reservations. After that, in the Rail Planner app I added and activated the pass. Now, I am trying to link the seat reservations I bought to the Pass in the Rail Planner app. Any luck yet.What I am trying to avoid is to print all the seat reservations, that is why I originally decided to use the Mobile app. Is the a way to do this?

I don't see the ticket available in the page, and i was wondering if i can buy it online or if i can buy that same rute in the Bled station in the same day. The ticket that i want to bay goes from 17:51 to 20:46, and it is a direct rute.
Hello, I have a question about seat reservations in France. I want to travel from Lyon Part Dieu to Barcelona Sants on the 30th august. (RSC 9734). I can book the reservation via Interrail, but since it is a Paper ticket, it will be delivered on the 29th august to Austria (where I live), so this is the day when I plan to start the journey. Is there a way to buy the seat reservation now and pick up the ticket at the railway station in Lyon? Or do you have a recommendation? I only have one hour waiting time in Lyon, is it possible to buy the ticket there? Or are chances high that the time is not sufficient to buy the seat reservations locally or even worse, that tickets are not availabe any more?If anyone could help me, this would be really great, I am really frustrated :D! Hi,I am trying to find the postal address that I should send my interrail paper pass to when requesting a refund. I live in the UK.I have gone through the process online and received a Return number and told to quote this when returning the pass, but there was no address given as to where to send my pass to!Is it the same address that I would send a completed pass to - ie ‘3503 WB UTRECHT, NETHERLANDS or is it the address in Co Kildare in Ireland where it was sent from or perhaps even the address in Frankfurt! Obviously I want to send it to the correct address but I cannot find this information any where on the interrail website. Please help me, I need to send it back in the next few days. Thank you.Alma

My date of birth is wrong by one day on my mobile pass and I need this to be changed, because I’m going to have to use it in 3 days, so on june 1st. I’ve already contacted the costumer service and it’s been over a week. I’ve resent an email yesterday and no response. I’ve tried to contact eurail on facebook saying it’s urgent, but it keeps making me send an email.
