Hello! I’m travelling from Mexico with my bike, and I see some trains have space for a fully assembled bike for 10 euro. I have my Eurail pass but can’t add the bike space to the reservation in Eurail.com. The problem with the SNFC is that I can’t add my pass. I’m travelling from Strasburg to Lyon on July 7th. Please Help
I bought a Global Pass, then choose the Mobile option instead of the “paper” one. Then, I also bought seat reservations. After that, in the Rail Planner app I added and activated the pass. Now, I am trying to link the seat reservations I bought to the Pass in the Rail Planner app. Any luck yet.What I am trying to avoid is to print all the seat reservations, that is why I originally decided to use the Mobile app. Is the a way to do this?
Hi there,I'm trying to submit the Delay Compensation form but it just doesn't work.Every time after I clicked submit, the browser automatically cleared all the information I put in and I didn't get any submission confirmation.I have changed browsers and even laptops, it didn't help.I cannot find any email to contact regarding this issue either.Please help!Many thanks!
Hello! I want to know if i can buy two tickets from Lesce Bled to Zagreb Glavni Kolod station for june 13. I don't see the ticket available in the page, and i was wondering if i can buy it online or if i can buy that same rute in the Bled station in the same day. The ticket that i want to bay goes from 17:51 to 20:46, and it is a direct rute.
Hello, I have a question about seat reservations in France. I want to travel from Lyon Part Dieu to Barcelona Sants on the 30th august. (RSC 9734). I can book the reservation via Interrail, but since it is a Paper ticket, it will be delivered on the 29th august to Austria (where I live), so this is the day when I plan to start the journey. Is there a way to buy the seat reservation now and pick up the ticket at the railway station in Lyon? Or do you have a recommendation? I only have one hour waiting time in Lyon, is it possible to buy the ticket there? Or are chances high that the time is not sufficient to buy the seat reservations locally or even worse, that tickets are not availabe any more?If anyone could help me, this would be really great, I am really frustrated :D! Hi,I am trying to find the postal address that I should send my interrail paper pass to when requesting a refund. I live in the UK.I have gone through the process online and received a Return number and told to quote this when returning the pass, but there was no address given as to where to send my pass to!Is it the same address that I would send a completed pass to - ie ‘3503 WB UTRECHT, NETHERLANDS or is it the address in Co Kildare in Ireland where it was sent from or perhaps even the address in Frankfurt! Obviously I want to send it to the correct address but I cannot find this information any where on the interrail website. Please help me, I need to send it back in the next few days. Thank you.Alma

My date of birth is wrong by one day on my mobile pass and I need this to be changed, because I’m going to have to use it in 3 days, so on june 1st. I’ve already contacted the costumer service and it’s been over a week. I’ve resent an email yesterday and no response. I’ve tried to contact eurail on facebook saying it’s urgent, but it keeps making me send an email.

I know there are 2 options for making a - compulsory! - reservation for a domestic medium or long-distance train in Spain. As I'll be in Spain a little over 6 weeks from now, both options (in person or calling which only gets me a 72-hour reservation) aren't possible now.Anyone who knows what the chances are that trains are fully booked when I arrive in Spain and want to make a reservation? I'm talking about Bilbao-Salamanca with a change in Miranda de Ebro, as shown on Renfe's own website (little less than 6 hours, while the DB app shows one of 8+ hours and the Railplanner app tells me it takes more than a day).Renfe - Train list
I am not sure what I am doing wrong but hope someone can help. Looking to book From Amsterdam Centraal to London on 23 June 2022 with seat reservations on my pass. The morning trains (ideally 10:15) are showing no seat reservations available. However, on the Eurostar site it is showing availability on all trains. Can anyone help?
A friend has shared with me his travel plan but in the application it says "Not connected to a mobile Pass". When I click edit it only lets me select the option "Connect a Pass to this trip" I only have the option "Paper Pass" available.How can i fix this?Thank you.
Hi am a first timer with eurail and am really looking forward to travelling by same. I have activated a mobile pass which is valid for 4 rides, now the thing is I want to travel from Paris CDG airport to Amsterdam central, Netherlands and when I entered the date of travel and time and everything I am not able to see any trains …….how do I resolve the same.if anyone could kindly share their experience to sort this out Pls
Both mobile passen are installed on different devices. Using “share as link” works fine and the whole trip is transferred to the other device. However the sequence of journeys is mixed! Do you have to select all journeys for a particular day in order to produce the correct QR code for inspection?
Hello!On the trip from Prague to Budapest it is mandatory to reserve a seat. When I go to make the reservation, it appears that it is mandatory to pay these €9 apart from the €6 for the seat. Can someone explain to me why these €9 are mandatory and what they are for? Once I pay and reserve the seat, how will I receive the reservation ticket and the seat number?Thank you!

Hello fellow travellers,I´m planing a few trips in the new future and a few trips require a seat reservation. Now to my problem:I bought a mobile pass and I´m using the Interrail Planner app. If i now want to book reservations i have to enter the country I want to travel within and make a reservation. So far so good. Right under the search bar the app asks me to choose wether I have a mobile or paper pass when I choos the mobile pass option and enter a country like the netherlands i get a few options for the major railway companies like DB or DSB but not for the official Interrail website. If I then enter France I only get the option to do the reservation in person but if I choose the paper Pass option I can use the online booking function with Interrail. Can I ignore this differntiation between paper and mobile pass and just book all reservations via the Interrail website or do I have to book all the seats in person? Thanks in advance!
Hello!I am traveling from Ljubljana - Split 16.08.2022.I am going to book a bunk for me to sleep in but as i understand it only let’s me book the sleeping compartment between Ljubljana - Zagreb (1Hours something that takes), where i will be switching trains.As you can see it says the sleeping compartment is only between Ljubljana and Zagreb, which is not worth 160€, i wonder if the next train i will be taking from Zagreb - Split have any bed compartments and in that case does the “Bed reservation” from Ljubljana - Zagreb train cover this train also?As you can see here it only says “Ticket not available” So my question is does this train have beds and is that covered from the previous train or do i have to book this train somehow or what?Thank you!
Reservation payment issue - When completing the "traveller details'' the "review your order" button isn't working to take me to the next session.
I'm trying to pay for reservations for a trip, I have added them all to a cart, but when I complete the "traveller details the "review your order" button isn't working to take me to the next session. I have using a new browser and re adding them all to my basket. Any help?
