I made a purchase for the pass to the greek islands and today i received a e-mail saying that the order has been shipped and our pass cover number to make the reservations.I tried to do the seat reservations through the Hellenic seaways site and there is a box where you have to fill in your discount details and I give the pass numbers of our activated greek islands pass. However, when I get to the point when I want the payment to go through, a box flashes up saying that “The document number is not valid”, but i’m using the number they gave me in the e-mailWho can I solve this?

Hello, The Interrail website states that Interrail Global Pass holders do not pay the regular fare for certain ferry crossings from Bari to Patras, but are charged surcharges, taxes etc. Is that correct? Has anyone done this crossing before and know how much it costs with the Global Pass?Thank you!

what is the easiest way to book paris gard de lyon to bellegarde with a global pass?

I would like to travel from Dusseldorf to Warsawa and back for 3-4 days. What kind of pass do I need? 

I see on Eurail timetable that there is an overnight train from Basel SBB to Amsterdam it departs at 23:13 and arrives in Amsterdam at 09:58.  My questions are:Is there a sleeper on this train? I looked on Cheap Train Tickets | Timetables for Germany & Europe - Deutsche Bahn website and I see an icon that shows a sleeper, but I want to confirm that it is the case. Also how do I book the sleeper using Eurail global pass? Hey,I'm currently planning an interrail trip in Scandinavia in March and I'd really like to go doing some hiking in Norway. Is there someone experienced with hiking in Norway, especially during winter-season (March). I am booking a train from Paris Lyon to Chamonix-Mont-Blanc14:59 Wed 17 May 2023and cannot figure out where to put in the Eurorail global pass number?  So frustrating.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there, I’ve booked two sleeper cabins on the OBB Nightjet from Brussels to Vienna at the end of July, for my family and me. We’re arriving into Brussels Midi on the Eurostar from London at around 16.00. I didn’t realise but I’ve booked the OBB Nightjet to Vienna from Brussels Nord, when it does actually start from Brussels Midi.  Do you think I should try to change the booking so we get on at Midi or just leave it that we get on at Nord??It departs Nord at approx 19.43, we arrive into Midi at approx 16.00. Many thanks for you help!

I want to travel from Lithuania to Lisbon (Portugal) , clean travel time is 42h so its like two days? Or make it simpler, if you travel 2 countries in 1 day, thats still 1 day in pass? Thanx guys

Hi, trying to book from Barcelona to Montpellier. Done everything right on the app but it falls over when paying by credit card—also tries PayPal. This also occurred in France and ended up going to the train station. But Barcelona station cannot help—-they just say go on line. I want to leave this Sunday. Also we have many trips across Europe and I would like to use the app and website rather than going to the station all the time.. The message says—-something went wrong please refresh—/but this did not work. Cheers jeff

Our trip to Italy and France will be broken up by a two-week Mediterranean cruise. Is it advisable to purchase two 15-day passes, (15 days before the cruise, and 15 days after), or another pass option?

 I have added some journeys to the Eurail app on my phone.  Some of these journeys did not require a reservation so I have no other evidence.  But when i go to “Show Ticket” there is no ticket showing. I find this worrying and had Ive have known the whole process was so complicated I would have flown.  At least with an airline you can see your ticket in advance.

Hi, can we use our 50th anniversary flash sale tickets to travel from our home town of Worcester to Paddington, stay overnight with our daughter then catch Eurostar to Paris using our pass for both rail journeys? Is this allowed in terms of the one journeys out and one journey in rules? Thanks, cannot find clear answers elsewhere John

I will be activating my 30 day pass on April 7. I have inadvertently purchased tickets for a time period after my pass will expire. I’m assuming I won’t be able to use those tickets? 

I want to take a night train from Munich to Venezia.It leaves at 23pm and arrives 8am next day, so I would need to take this one because of the way I’m managing my travel days. However, when I try to purchase the seat reservation it shows me an information like in the picture below.once I cannot buy the ticket, I was wondering if I could just take the train without seat reservation, once I have no other way to make this trip

Have Istanbul to Sofia all sorted but in the app Im having to go hopping from Sofia - Vidin - Arad - Budapest - Zagreb. When I could really do with going through Belgrade or Sarajevo, cutting down several hours on my trip to Zagreb. All help appreciated! Also still no trains out of Greece? Have accepted needing to fly from Thessaloniki to Istanbul but confirmation welcome!

So i can’t reservate my seat until the pass arives?

Hi there,I need a seat reservation for a SNCF train within france. I have read that it should be possible at b-europe with the pass cover number.But on their website there is only a form for Thalys and Eurostar trains. Therefore I can’t choose my connection. How can i do this?Thank you
