Hi :)Ich habe eine Frage bezüglich der Nachtzüge. Wenn ich einen Nachtzug zb Prag - Kopenhagen nehme der von ca 16:00- 07:00 fährt benötige ich nur einen Reisetag, weil ich nach Mitternacht nicht mehr umsteige, oder?  Was ist aber wenn ich zb von Paris nach Barcelona mit dem Nachtzug gehe der ca von 22:00 - 10:00 fährt und ich dann umsteigen muss  und nochmals 3Stunden fahren muss? gilt dass dann als 2 Reisetage, weil ich nach Mitternacht umgestiegen bin? Oder nur als 1 weil es als eine Verbindung angezeigt wird?  eine schnelle Antwort wäre super! Danke Hi :) I have a question regarding night trains. If I take a night train e.g. Prague - Copenhagen which runs from 16:00 - 07:00 I only need one travel day because I don't change trains after midnight, right?  But what if I take the night train from Paris to Barcelona that runs from about 22:00 - 10:00 and then I have to change trains and travel another 3 hours? does that count as 2 travel days because I changed trains after midnight? ENGL - FRHi guys, My friends and I bought a global pass and I have 2 different questionsFirst, I see that for some trains in Germany reservations are OPTIONAL but not COMPULSORY. What do we risk by not buying reservations ?  Second, for some trains in Italia we need to take reservations (ex : train Venizia - Verona). However the reservation via interrail cost 12€/person while buying a normal ticket without interrail on trenitalia.com costs 9€/ person. How is it possible that a standard ticket is cheaper than a reservation ? Hello, I bought a global pass with 7 days travel in one month, but I would like to add one day of travel. how can I do, to add it ? Do I have to cancelled my pass and ask for the repayment with more day ?

J’aimerais m’y rendre en train donc de la Belgique à la Suisse et voyager au sein de la Suisse avant de rentrer.Etant donné que j’aimerais m’y rendre en train, dois-je prendre un pass Global puisqu’il s’agit d’un voyage entre deux pays différents (pas que au sein du pays que je souhaiterais visiter) ou un Pass un pays est-il sufffisant?Un tout grand merci ! Lexi

Bonjour, Je voudrais effectuer une réservation entre Budapest et Brasov, et par la suite entre plusieurs villes de Roumanie. L’application mentionne, quel que soit le trajet “indisponible” et la réservation n’est pas possible. Que dois-je faire?Je vous remercie Hélène

Hi, i’m about to take my interrail pass but i’m wondering,when the journey is very long like Budapest to Split ( in Croatia) and we have like 4 changes and 13 hours of train, it still count as 1 trip for the Global Pass or for 2 when it’s starts one day and end the next. Thanks for your help, i just want to be sure before taking the right ticket !

So my friends and I have bought the Interrail Pass separately. We have to make some reservation however we would like to sit together but do not know how to reserve a seat together. We all have our Interrail Pass on our separate devices…

Hello,I am totally new here, I am trying to buy the 7days of trip in a month global paper pass, but when I fill all the info just before paying, they ask to choose for the 1st day of trip. Howerver I don’t know it yet (it just know i want to travel during this august). Is it possible not to choose it yet or can I just put a random day and change it later ? Hello! I have a question about a global pass. On a travel day how much of a detour can I take from one destination to another? For example: I want to travel from The Hague to Rotterdam, can I take a detour through Amsterdam? Thank you for your answer in advance.

HiI am planning to travel a few countries in Europe in August. My goal is to do everything by train. However, I was not able to figure out how it works when crossing multiple borders. When I travel from Germany through Denmark to Sweden, does my crossing of Denmark count as an entry and therefore I have to comply with all the COVID rules there? Meaning they will check for certificate, and In case the measures change again and borders close I could not travel through Denmark by train and would have to take a plane?Thanks a lot for your feedback if anybody has insight on this!

Hi,I got an Italy pass to go to Rome from Amsterdam. When planning my trip in the app, it says some of the countries we would be traveling through/via, are not included in the pass. It does not say which countries and how to fix this. Does anybody know what to do?Kind regards,Martijn

I tried to register our trip and passes. For both me and my husband, it says “invalid pass cover no.”  On line, it says that the expiration date is extended (original one; November, 2020; now should be November, 2021.) What do I do? 

In the Eurail train times, I see NT3731 for Paris to Portbou, but I can’t find NT3730 for Portbou, Spain to Paris.  Does NT3730 exists and if so how do I find the schedule and reserve a seat?

Hi, I am planning to go to Camaret-sur-mer in France, however the only way to get there is by taking bus from Brest, which is the last train stop on my way. The bus (no 34) is operated by SNCF. Do you think it would be covered by railpass or not?Thanks in advance… Petr

Want to purchase the Global Pass for 5 days in one month to visit 4 countries.  We arrive 27/07/22 and depart 08/08/22, which extends into August.   Do I have to purchase the “Two Months” pass?  

Hallo, vllt kann mir jemand helfen.Habe ein interrail promotional pass gekauft.Dieses kann ich jedoch nicht in die App integrieren, um beim TGV einen Platz zu buchen-passnummer wäre falsch 😑Wie kann ich trotzdem einen Platz im tgv buchen?Wie kann ich mein Ticket mit der App nutzen? 

We booked a interrail Global pass for July.We want to go from Belgium tot Italy.Is is possible to take the Centovaliilijn from Switserland to Italy with the global pass?

I have an resident permit / Aufenthaltstitel in Germany, am I eligible to use Interrail? I saw on the condition that I have to be a permanent resident of EU to use Interrail but in another condition it only says ‘resident of EU’. Can I use the Aufenthaltstitel as my proof of residence? 

Hi everyone,I am planning on travelling to Italy soon and going to the major cities (Milan, Venice, Florence, Rome, Naples + the Cinque Terre coast). Does anyone know if the Eurail pass allows me to get on high speed trains between cites? I don’t want to sit on a train for 5+ hours! Haha

Does somebody know the reason for why it’s no longer possible to order the Paper Pass? A week ago when I first tried to get the Pass it was still an option, but back then I didn’t have enough money on my credit card.. I really don’t want to rely on the battery of my phone to have a valid rail ticket when I’m traveling!I also find it weird that the eurail team doesn’t seem to have a proper Contact Address for these kinds of issues. They didn’t answer to my facebook message.

Hi,I want to make some reservations for the TGV from Luxembourg to Paris and the Intercité de Nuit from Paris to Nice, but it seems they've removed the Interrail feature from their website.Is there any other way (besides the expensive Interrail service) to make reservations for these trains?

We are looking to buy the German one-country pass.  I saw that the pass can be used on the S-Bahn, but I’m wondering if using it there will use up a travel day of the pass?  Also, our travel dates start in one month and end in the next (total of 6 days).  Does the 4-days in one month pass have to be used in one calendar month or can it overlap months?
