Dear Friends,I am planning to travel from Rome to Venice when i searched in the rai planner the fast train service is not shown up for booking.Is the Frecciarossa train from rome to venice (which takes only 3:48 minutes) included in the Eurail Global Pass and if yes how do we do the reservation (Which website).Kindly guide me.Thank you all for your support and time.
Hello, We took a One country pass for Austria with my girlfriend. We leave Paris for Salzburg and then go to Vienna and finally return to Paris from Vienna. To go to Salzburg we go through Mannheim and at each reservation whatever the time we can't book the tickets, it's written "Not available for some travallers" we have the same problem for the return (Vienna->Paris). I don't understand because It is written on the website that we have the right to leave our country of residence and return to it with the One country pass. What is the problem and how to solve it? Hey I have an Interrail GB pass,first of all, of course, I have to come to great Britain from Hamburg i have been confirmed by staff and other sources that I can travel through France with this passport and use the Eurostar for my outward and return journey. The Interrail site which is the only one I can book my reservations on says "Not available for some travellers". what should I do?
Hi,I have a Interrail GlobalPass and am currently in Austria. I would like to book the Budapest-Bucharest night journey but on the Hungarian site, despite the addition of the pass, the fares are much higher than expected, perhaps they contain the seat + the ticket and I can't find a way to separate them. On the Romanian site, it is impossible to put a form of discount/pass in the entry data. Finally, on the OBB site, the ticket is indicated as not available. Do I have to wait until I'm at the station to take these tickets? I also want to book the Bucharest-Sofia but on neither site is it possible to select these departure and arrival points. How should I do ? Finally, on the Sofia Istanbul, I guess it is only possible to pick it up at the station. Is it possible to still get a seat by booking at the last minute ? Thank you in advance,
I will be traveling from Paris to Interlaken in a couple weeks and the reservation fees are over $222 for three people! And we have passes that are good for first class.Your website says that the fees are usually somewhere between 10-30euro.Is this correct?I have already paid hundreds of dollars for our passes; this seems exorbitant or wrong.Please advise, thank you!
As from today it is possible to make Interrail/Eurail reservations for both seats, beds in sleeper and chouchette on the SJ Euronight between Stockholm and Hamburg Altona. For dates after the 10th of December, reservations can only be made at sj.se .According to the information I have reservations will not be possible through ÖBB as there are problems with the communication between the ÖBB and SJ reservation systems.
Hi, we just made a seat reservation for Thalys on 5/1 and want to change tot 6/1. It seems that this should be possible. Eurrail says response time can be up to 2 weeks. Is this really the case? In two weeks time the alternative seats are most likely already taken.

I feel truly scammed here, not necessarily by Interrail, but by Renfe. Please state this clearly on the Interrail website for everyone to see before they buy an Interrail pass in order to travel in Spain. You need a reservation with your name for most trains in Spain. However, most of the time you can only get it if you go personally to a big-city-station, where you might have to pay up to 40€ to get a paper ticket that you can only use in paper form. No web option, no phone option. Like in the XIX century. If you’re not near a big city in Spain, you basically have no chance (unless you know someone who is willing to go to the station for you and then send you the paper ticket via snail mail). I can’t count the time, the money and the energy I have spent on this issue.

Hello! I plan to go in Spain with Interrail, and the organization is almost a nightmare.My departure’s train is from Brussel to Barcelona. I found it easily on the app, but impossible to make a reservation. On the interrail website, it is said that there is no information about the price and the remaining places. On the SNCB website, I can take any trains from Brussels after 8:00 AM but none before (they don’t appear). Those trains are not full : on the Thalys webiste, I can buy tickets for 50€ (it is cheap for the Thalys so really not full). I can see those trains on SNCB with a normal search, but not when I ook with an Interrail pass. I would like to travel from Barcelona to Valencia with EUROMED (16:10 to 18:50) but this train doesn’t exist on Interrail and the SNCB told me that I can’t include this train’s company on my pass. I would like to travel after from Madrid to Santiago de Compostella with ALVIA and from Santiago de Compostella to Zamora (also with ALVIA). Thoses trains do
Hi all,I’m looking to make italian trains on various inland routes (milan-bologna milan-venice, bologna-rome, rome-milan) as well as international (Spiez - Milan), but for some reason I cannot book any at all. Having previously reserved on the milan-venice route, I can’t work out why now I can’t get any reservations. I played around with other routes and it still doesn’t work.
I have a question about planning the trip from Roma to Paris and London to Berlin. there are the long transfer time. Can I stay overnight in the station? For example, I will arrive at Paris at 23:17 from London and the next train will departure in 06:13 next day. Can I wait in the station overnight and there are any facilities I can take a rest in?
I have a train reservation for a train departing in about 10 hours that I received from the train station as the Rail Planner app instructed and I need to add the reservation to my pass on the rail planner mobile app but am unable to do so. Can someone please advise me on this? As an additional aside:Four ticket booth operators spent two hours fidgeting with my phone at the train station where I booked the aforementioned tickets and we’re unable to add the reservation to our journey for the travel day that had been activated. My wife and I have been traveling throughout Europe for the past month, we booked 3 reservations through the rail planner website and only one of the reservations added itself into our mobile passes the others we had to show the physical reservations and awkwardly explain to the train conductors that our travel days were activated but for some reason the reservations were not showing up on my phone. We have two 1st Class Global Eurail Passes and trying to make seat reservations. We are entering the correct Pass Cover Numbers, (E+8digits), on the Eurail website reservation site, BUT the Eurail website response on both is “Pass Cover Number doesn't look right”…..What is going on? The Pass Cover Numbers are correct...we double checked over and over.Eurail’s customer service is also rather useless…espcially that stupid bot.Is there any other way to reserve seats on TGV train (TGV9210) and THA train (THA9315) I am really finding these very expensive Eurail Passes to be very frustrating.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.ThanksJacqui
Hi! During our journey accross Europe we will be taking the Bernina express from Chur to Tirano over the Alps. We will be arriving in Tirano the 29th of June, and are planning to travel to Milano from there. However, on both the Railplanner app and Trenord's (the operator) website there are no trains on this stretch at this date. On Trenords website the usual schedule with trains several times a day stops the 26th of June. After that there is only one connection which says "not purchasable". Is this simply because they have not yet updated their website with summer timetables? I cannot find any information about construction work on the line. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Hello, I'm the holder of 2 Eurail Pass. The reason why I made an inquiry is because of the seat reservation. I put those seats in my shopping basket to reserve the seats I want.If you enter the shopping basket, there is a button called 'checkout', and you press the button and enter 'Billing details' and 'contact details'. After that, I tried to proceed to the next step by pressing the button 'continue to traveler details', but the button did not work.To solve this problem, I tried various browsers on the computer, tried English, Korean, and Spanish on the Eurail homepage, reduced the number of seats in the shopping cart to two, and tried using my cell phone. But none of them worked.If anyone knows the answer to this question, please answer. Thank you.
Hi there community I would like to ask what is the best way to book train reserve seats1) Will mobile ticket code or qr code work when presenting it at the gate before entering the train for the following Portugal, Spain, Switzerland France and Italy2) I see that train inspector may require me to present the ticket physically on the countries above what should I do to show that I am a passenger 3) what can I do if the train station in the database is not available to book what is the best way to get tickets there Thanking you kindly 😊
