Mont St Michel from Paris - Round trip using only 1 pass

Hey! I'm planning my next trip, our idea is to do a 1-day trip (round trip) to Mont Saint Michel from Paris. I know it's not ideal, but for time reasons we will have to do it this way. On the trip planning page, I can add Mont St Michel, but when I go to find which train takes the route, it doesn't show me options, which makes me doubt whether I can actually use the Eurail Pass for this trip. Can I use it? How should I proceed?! I already understand that reservations are not made for this train... Another question that arose, I go and return on the same day, which should only be used for 1 pass (I bought the 15 pass for 2 months), how can I put it in the diary that doesn't tell me 2 passes?! Thank you very much

Suiza Bernina Express

Good afternoon, my husband and I are about to travel to Switzerland in November with the Eurail Pass. It will be 4 nights, three and a half days (including the day of arrival). But I have a lot of doubts because I can't understand the Bernina website, among other things…. We will stay in Zurich. My intention was to take a day trip back to Bern and go to Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen, and on the last day take the Bernina Express to Tirano (with luggage) and continue to Milan. It's viable? Would it be the best alternative? Would it be possible to take another scenic tour besides the Bernina Express? Can I make reservations now? How do I make reservations and pay for seats?! Anyone who can help me, give me tips, I would be super grateful!!!!

I have inadvertently set up an account (with no transactions so far) that has a wrong email address. It won’t let me edit the address. I assume I need to delete the account and start over. How do I do that?

delete a Journey from my trip

I have read on this forum that to delete a journey you can long tap the journey you want and a pop-up should come up with the option to delete. I have tried this several times, holding it down for varying lengths of time, but all it does is open the details of the journey. Any thoughts?

Train from Brussel to Paris via IC

Hi,I have a confussion when planning my trip from Brussel Midi to Paris Nord.in rail planner apps it will show Thalys and i need to reservea a seat. However, when i turn on the ‘No seat reservation’ filter, the apps will propose IC train without seat reservation.i tried to find the IC train schedule in Google Map and other EU train apps and website but could not find any of it. Only can see Thalys schedule  i am worried if i proceed to save the journey in my trip via IC, the schedule might be false and no more seat available for Thalys can be booked on that day.  Please help me. TIA

Is it possible to move a mobile pass to another phone before activation?

We haven't activitated our mobile passes yet and both our details (pass reference etc) are on theRail Planner app, on my phone. We were thinking it may be best to have each person’s pass on their own phone when we activate. Does anyone know if this is possible and if so, how to do it? (Appreciate this can’t be done once the pass is activated, and also that it may be simple to do but don’t want to mess things up.) Advice much appreciated!

How to use Interrail pass on Zuerich suburban SBB network

First time Interrailer here - so please excuse what may seem like a really dumb question.We are staying in Zuerich for a few days and want to be able to use a spare Interrail day on SBB’s suburban routes in the area. So:a) Can the pass be used on Zuerich’s SBB trams?b) If not, can I use it on SBB trains in the suburbs?If yes, in either case, do I have to find the actual train/tram journey in the timetable and add it manually, every time we use the train? (This seems like a bit of a pain given that trains run every 5 - 10 minutes in places.) Alternatively is it possible to use the SBB app with its really easy swipe on swipe off feature when you get on and off trains. Maybe I’m missing something…?

SNCF modified train station

Hello and thanks to this community for helping customers !I made some seat reservation for train tickets from Stuttgart for Paris. This reservation is for 15/10/2023I received the tickets from interrail mail.Later I received a mail from SNCF : the departure from Stuttgart was cancelled, due to modernization works on rails. The train now departs from Karlsruhe.I’m sort of okay with this updated option anyway. However, I need to check the updated information for my ticket.The SNCF mail invited me to perform a cancellation or modification of this travel trough their website. However, I am not interested in cancelling the ticket, I simply need to get the updated ticket.Furthermore, the reference for this travel is not recognized on any of their website (neither sncf-connect or dossier.sncf-voyageurs)I am a bit at a loss here :/Please rememeber, I just need to get and check the updated information (date, hour and precise departure station) for this new ticket. Were will I get this informati

Paris-Milan disruption

We’re affected by the cancellation until November of the Paris-Milan service due to a landslide.  Do we contact SNCF directly for a refund or go through InterRail (or will it happen automatically)?We’ve re-routed via Nice but (while fortunate to have a first class pass) only second class InterRail reservations were available Paris-Nice. As it’s a special trip, it would be nice to go first and first class seats are still available on the SNCF website.  Is there a way of doing this? (My understanding is that under EU law, SNCF have an obligation to re-route as close as possible to the original booking.)

Hola, quiero viajar de Barcelona a Paris, Londres, Ámsterdam, Suiza y retornar a Barcelona. Aún no decido el orden, ya que trato de ver cuál sería la mejor organización. Am i entitled to compensation for delayed train

I got the 19:10 CFR train from Budapest to bucharest supposed to be arrive 11:19 local time. It's now 15:40 and will probably be arriving within the hour. That's a delay of around 5 hours and with no explanation why. We left on time and as we went on progressively became more and more behind schedule.

General Questions about some advice from the community

Hello everyone,I have a few questions regarding some advice people have given here:Why is it unwise to activate travel days or my pass itself in advance, if I can always deactivate it before the day starts?  Why is it unwise to plan your whole trip in advance? AnnaB said in another post “If you travel right now, the only journeys connected to your pass should be those for today and previous days.” But why? Can’t I always remove or add trains to my pass/trip if needed, even if the day is already activated? I don’t really see the disadvantage here. Just for absolute clarification and inner peace: I have a 4-day Flexi-Pass and I also am 100% sure on which days my pass needs to be active. So if I don’t mess up the activation days, is there really anything I can do wrong or have to be careful about?Thank you very much in advance!  :)
