Can I book ferries with “Blue Star Ferries” before the arrival of my Greek Island pass to secure my trip?

Can I book ferries with “blue star ferries” before the arrival of my Greek Island pass? The estimate delivery day is 5 weeks from now, but I want to book the ferries ASAP to secure my trip. My pass was activated in checkout (for 15 sep) but there’s no mobile version for the Greek pass as I understand. What can I do?

My connection it's ok but my app Rail Planner doesn't working!!! Message: "It looks like you're offline. Please go online so you can update your tickets and Passes." Help me!!! I'm going travel in 2 hours!!!

Does the One Country Greece Pass (not greek islands pass) include the journey from mykonos to mainland (ideally athens)? Will there be an additional fee for using the ferry?

I will be flying into Mykonos and would like to explore Greece using the Interrail pass. I want to get from Mykonos to mainland Greece, ideally Athens but not wedded to it. Eventually, I would like to get to Thessaloniki and spend a few days. After this I want to go to Skopja, North Macedonia.

Can’t add mobile pass to railplanner app

Hello,I was scheduled to take the train this morning, but cannot because of a problem with the rail planner app. I am trying to add my pass to the app (I have double checked to make sure the pass number is correct), but the app tells me “Something went wrong”. The app is also updated to the newest version. Any help is much appreciated, it’s a pretty urgent problem.  Thanks!

Interrail Global Pass Promo Youth - Cannot activate mobile pass ''soomething went wrong''

Hello people,Any help or suggestions welcomed. I brought a promo global pass and am unable to add my mobile pass to the rail planner app.When I do try add the pass it says ‘Something went wrong’. Ive tried and couldnt previously activate my pass  and the validation period is for 1 month and it runs out today. Slightly worried as I am supposed to be travelling from Paris to Amsterdam on Saturday and need to reserve seats! I also don’t want to lose my money!  any help welcome, thank you, Marcus

I am a US Citizen living in the Uk on a spousal visa, which rail card do i need? And would both cover starting my journey from the UK, i.e getting the tunnel from London to Paris etc?

(Please Help!) Need guidance to use Eurail/Interrail.

Hi guys,  I already purchase the 4 days interrail global pass and ready to go to our trip this week. But I have some questions:I plan to use three day pass to go for my 1st trip (13 - 19 August ) and plan to use the remaining 1 day pass to travel to Sweden on 27 August. Is it possible? What should I do on the app to make sure that wont lose the remaining one? I plan to take a direct train that will depart around 5 am arrive on 00.01 the next day. It is counted as 1 day or 2 days? Is it better for me to take the train that arrive earlier? Can we use all trains/metro in Amsterdam and Paris? Or only train that we can find the route on rail planner apps?  Last, what are your tips/advices for a smooth travel with family on current condition?Thanks very much for your kind reply!  Best regards,Ana

I have bought the 50 anniversary Interrail ticket 3 weeks ago, But I filled in my residence wrong and didn’t realise it until 4 days ago, please help me to reach the customer service because i arranged my reservations and i should start start my travel soon I have submitted my request, I worry so much now, anybody can help me to flag my request? thank you so much!

Wrong residence on the Pass

Hello Interrail Community! My name is Minaa, and I bought a continuous interrail ticket a few weeks ago. While filling in my details, I put in my parent's adress in Switzerland (my Nationality is also Swiss) but I am actually living in the Netherlands since 2 years already. So my initial outbound journey is from - and my final inbound journey is to the Netherlands. I will be travelling really soon, so I contacted the customer service 2 weeks ago, but I still don't have an answer (and the pass has not been activated yet). Will it be possible to change this soon? Thanks a looot in advance!

Exchange pass and lost emails

Hi! I bought a 7 day in 1 month pass a few months ago for my Europe trip, but now plans have changes and I only need 4 days. So after reading the FAQs I bought the 4 day pass so that the 7 day can be refunded. However, after purchasing,I have not received the email for the pass number so I can’t start the refund process. I did an email to customer service but still waiting to hear back after 48hours. Hoping someone can help me with my two problems:)

"Something went wrong" Error when trying to add my pass to Rail Planner

Hi, I tried to add my pass to Rail Planner but didn't work. Also tried to restart my phone, re-installing the app. I had an iPhone some months ago and I thought that maybe on that device will works, but neither this. I don't know what to try more and technically I’ll travel within 6 days, on 16 August.

Dit staat in de FAQ: Je kunt de reis die aan je Pas is gekoppeld nog wijzigen totdat je je Pas activeert. Als je Pas eenmaal is geactiveerd, kun je je reis niet meer ontkoppelen of een andere reis koppelen.Nu heb ik voor de Global pass voor 2 maanden 7 verschillende trips gepland. Ik neem aan dat ik weer een nieuwe trip kan koppelen als de datum van de voorgaande trips is verlopen. Geldt dat ook voor twee opvolgende reizen in dezelfde trip bij 1e op 1/9 de 2e op 2/9?

Hello everyone, I have sent this email to the three support emails of Interrail, and I was wondering if this situation also happened to another person, because I´m worried this is not normal… Hi, my name is Lara and I have won a #DiscoverEU travel ticket.After submitting my booking form, I have received an email byhello@start-discover.eu (on 01/06/2022) saying that they had verifiedmy identity successfully, but i did not receive any furtherinformations on my DiscoverEU travel ticket, or the account thatwould've been created for me, as it is said after submitting thebooking form:"Within the hour, you will receive via e-mail your flex pass. Theemail has as a subject “Your order is confirmed – here’s what’s next”and is sent from the email address “customerservice@interrail.eu”."I have already checked my spam, looked everywhere in my email, andnothing. I heard that when you book an outbound journey, you also need to book an inbound journey. But we are traveling one-way. Only need an outbound.  Is this possible?

Can‘t book my last day on global pass

Hello, I have a digital Interrail pass  with 4 flexible trips within a month and wanted to book my last ticket for August 12th from Basel to Berlin in the Railplanner app (i.e. back to my country of residence). It was only possible to set the current day, August 2nd, das of the booking and I could no longer delete it. Now the app shows me that I had already used this day, 2.8., as the last day of travel, even though I had not booked a trip there at all. But I have to go from Basel to Berlin on August 12th. I already asked for help at the Station desk and capable Friends, Bus no Solution of the Problem. So, does  anyone here has an idea? Would be great :)

Changing the country of residence

Hello all!I’m planning to start travelling at the beginning of August but I have the wrrong country of residence on my pass. Is it possible to change it? I have contacted the support team but they haven’t responded in a long time. The residence on my pass is currently Germany but its wring and I would like to travel through it - I’ll use more than the inbound/outbound journeys.Thank you!Roman

Eurostar seats reserved. But time table not yet updated.

Eurail time table was not updated. But I was able to reserve the seats for this journey. Is this normal in Eurail pass?

Can I use the pass on spain high speed trains and holland trains?

I am flying  to Madrid from London on Thursday and would like to get the train to Valencia from Madrid on the Friday. Is the eurail valid for spain high speed trains ?also I am then flying to Amsterdam on the following week. Can I use the pass to get from Amsterdam to emmen ?

Notification saying i havent connected my journey to my pass

I travel tomorrow morning and today I got a notification saying I hadn't connected my journey to my pass. I checked rhe website to see how to do it and I've already done everything it said. My tickets show on my pass on the app so I'm not sure why I've got this notification? Has anyone else experienced this?
