On the 2022 Interrail map (found on this page), some lines around Barcelona run by FGC are shown as "Railways with discount”. It refers to the pass benefits section in the rail planner app for details, but it has no mention of these rail services. I also checked the benefits portal but nothing there either (interestingly, the website lists 26 benefits for Spain, the app 25).The FGC website does not mention Interrail or Eurail anywhere.So is this still accurate? I have also asked FGC via their Facebook page.
I have not received my pass number or the pass itself. I filled in the form correctly but I have not received anything. I didn't realise until now because I hadn't started to organise the trip yet. I don't know what I can do or if the problem is mine or a mistake of discover eu, I think I did it right :(

Hello,First time with the pass (with my familiy of 4). I followed the instructions. We wanted to travel on Monday the 8th of August (date I set on the App) and then when looking for time table we realized that one of the trains requires seat reservation (Hamburg-Copenhagen). When trying to do this seat reservation, we found out that all the trains on Monday 8th were fully booked and the only way was to postpone of one day. I now have booked the seats for the following day, with the Eurorail App, but my first day of travel is still set on Monday 8th of August on the App. I really dont know and dont understand how to change this first day of travel (i have a pass with only 4 days of travel for one Month). If I cancel my pass and set again a new date, I am afraid this will mess up with my seat reservations…..Please help me. As you can see below, the app says I have only two days left for traveling (out of 4).
Hi,When buying the interrail pass on the last day of the discount, I gave the wrong country of residence. My first travel day will be Sunday 05/06/22 (in 5 days). How can I get this residence changed ASAP. Thankyou!
When I have a 2 months Global Pass and I activated allready, could I add every new day a new trip into my Trip List? And incase that I cant travelling a trip in a day, can I add the same trip at the next day, because an exist trip are not to cancel?
Hi Everyone,first time Interrail User here. I’m based in Berlin and my first trip is supposed to go to France. Due to the relatively long distance I was planning to make it a 2-day trip. First Berlin > Frankfurt, stay for a night and then do Frankfurt > Paris the next morning.Now with a global Pass I’ve got one inbound and one outbound ticket included. My question is if the Frankfurt > Paris trip counts as the “outbound” one or if I can use the Berlin > Frankfurt trip for it instead? Thanks in advance! Best, M
I paid for my pass that was on the sale, I got a confirmation email and then in the next one I didn’t get a pass number the section was blank. And the Monet isn’t in my account so I have paid. I have emailed support. But I was wondering if anyone knew what was going on. :)
Hi, we bought the 7 travel days in one month pass but we realize we only need the 5 travel days pass. If we do an exchange by paying the 30 euros fees, are we getting the refund for the 7 travel days in one month and we only need to pay the 5 travel days in one month pass price? Unfortunately, I made a mistake while filling out the form and booked the pass with the wrong country of residence. I am from Turkey and my permanent residence is in Turkey too. When booking the pass I chose Germany by mistake. Could you please change my country to Turkey as soon as possible? I want to use my ticket in a few days. Dear all,First of all, let me tell you that I’ve already tried to contact the customer service through the chat twice two weeks ago, they were supposed to contact me within 48 hours but nothing happened. I then received a notification apologising for the delay and telling me that I will be contacted soon. That was one week ago, and I still haven’t heard anything from the team. I am French and I live in Germany for 9 years. I bought the global pass on the last day of the -50% promotion and, unfortunately, in the hurry I put France as my country of residence. I noticed my mistake right away and I directly tried to get my pass reimbursed to buy a new one with the right country of residence, however it was impossible to do that (probably because it was the promotion). So I thought I will contact the customer service, but I still haven’t got any answer from them. How can I change my country of residence without losing the promotion? Hi, I had a question since tomorrow I start my trip in interrail and I have made the reservations through the application. I bought the 10-day pass, I wanted to know if someone can confirm if with the reservation of the mobile without paying a plus and obtaining the qr is enough to confirm the reservation. I did it all from mobile nothing from the web. Another question in the event that I lost my mobile, is there any possibility of carrying backup bills? Thanks u so much.
Hello,I am a bit confused about the inbound/outbound rules. I have a FlexiPass with 4 days in one month. I planned to go from Germany (country of residence) to the Netherlands, stay there a few days and then come back to Germany. After that I am also planning to go from Germany to France, stay there for a few days and come back to Germany. If I try to add these trips to my pass, I can only add the way to and from the Netherlands and the App tells me, I’ve used up my inbound/outbound days. Does that mean I have to buy seperate tickets for my travels to France and back? Thank you in advance from Mimi :)

Hi, I have a Global Pass. I lost my phone and cant get my hands on a new one right away. Im already travelling. Now i try to get to show my pass through my interrail account online, but that doesnt seem to be possible. Then i tried adding my pass on another mobile phone of a friend, but it said that my pass is already activated on another device. But that device is lost, so I really dont know what to do... even if get a new phone, my pass is already added to another device (my lost phone). I feel im really out of options... Im very far from home and dont seem to be able to acces my pass, even though i have my account and pass number. What should i do? I am a French citizen but who moved to Switzerland to live. France is entered as my residence country on my mobile pass, and I should be travelling by the end odf the week. I would like to change the residence country as Switzerland. I haven’t had an answer from the customer service. Can anybody help me or does anybody know what I can do ? Thank you so much !

Hi there,I booked an interrail pass during the flashsale yesterday and have the following problem now: I was going to buy two passes, one for my friend (the one-month pass) and one for myself (the-two months pass). Apparently I was too excited and accidentally booked the one-month pass for myself instead of my friend. I am aware that sale passes are non-refundable, otherwise I would have just cancelled and bought both passes with the correct names.But I have read that customer service can change incorrect information on the pass before activation so I assume this includes the name? Does anyone have experience with this? I’ve been waiting for an answer from customer service about this and have no idea how long this will take. It’s a little urgent as the sale ends in a couple of days and now I have been waiting to book the two-months because I first wanted to be sure that I can get the name changed on the pass I already booked.Please help!:D

Mi pregunta es que si con el Global Pass y saliendo desde Barcelona me contaría como día de viaje o contaría como viaje de entrada y salida. Es decir, si el trayecto: Barcelona- Milán- Florencia- Roma- Milán- Barcelona, contaría como 6 días de viaje?
