Who is still selling paper Eurailpasses? In particular Benelux and Rhine Pass.

How long does it take for Eurail Customer service to provide Pass Cover Number for mobile pass?First time novice holidaying in France.  Bought 2 Eurail Mobile Pass hoping to use for the Paris - Avignon trip planned in late May.  I’m having problem reserving seats using the Eurail App or the Interrail.eu web site, or the RailEurope web site.There is just no price listed to proceed with the seat reservation.  See screen shot below from Eurail. In reading various posts in the forum, it appears having a Pass Cover Number may help to allow to reserve seats.  I emailed Eurail Customer Service some 2.5 days ago, also sent a request through this forum, for 2x PassCoverNumber for our 2x Mobile Pass, but so far, haven’t received any info from Eurail, apart from the (not helpful) generic acknowledgement email that “we’ve got your email”…If there is Eurail customer service rep on this forum who could provide me Pass Cover Number, that’d be go

How can i get a PassCoverNumber? So i can book a reservation.

Hi everyone,My bag with my passport got stolen on the Zurich-Ljubljana night train.I have contacted my embassy for an emergency passport to travel, but then the number on my passport won't match with the number on my global pass in the app.Will this be a big problem? And if so, how can I solve it? I have contacted customer support but haven't received an answer yet.Thanks in advance!

Hi everybody, I have made seat reservations mid august for my train ride 25th of September. I have paid but i can not find the seat reservations online and i haven't received a paper ticket at my home as well. Hello!My partner recently purchased a eurail travel pass through Klook.She purchased a pass for x2 adults (herself and me).Klook send a voucher with both of our details and passcodes.She download app and created a trip. She had no issue adding a traveller with her pass details but when we try to add another traveller with my details it say the details do not match..We made sure we picked the mobile tickets but still no luck. Any help would be appreciated thanks!

I am currently travelling in Italy. My pass has been working fine up till now (I've been travelling for 2 weeks) As of today, when I try to display the QR code of the pass it will not open. Can anyone help?

My greatest fear in preparing for my 2 month Interrail journey with my wife is the loss of my phone which has both our passes on it.Suppose my phone is lost but I have 2 reservations for a train sent to me by email which I have forwarded to my wife and which we can show the conductor BUT I have NO PASSES/PHONE.Is there anything I could have saved by email ( forwarded to my wife) or screenshot (also forwarded to my wife) which would be accepted by the conductor?Finally how do I contact Interrail to get our passes transferred to my wifes phone. Can I ring them or twitter or whatsapp or email?Many thanks.

Hi everyone, My boyfriend and I are from Belgium and we bought a global pass to do two trips (4 travel days) in one month. We already went to Italy and back. We had to use our inbound and outbound trips because the app recognized it like that. Tomorrow we want to leave for France with a TGV and we already made the reservations. We don’t have an outbound/inbound journey left and I want to buy a ticket separately, but does this mean that I have to buy another ticket for the TGV until Paris? Because then we have to make an extra reservation on the train and that is quite expensive. Is there anyone with the same experience? Thanks a lot for your help! 

Newbie. Not used mobile pass yet.I have read Interrail APP train time is not always correct/uptodate.If I plan a trip say paris to berlin and then on day of trip i convert the trip to a journey (i’m not sure exactly how this is done but it seems i just hit a button on the trip to convert it??)  what happens if the interrail app has the train time wrong.How do i put in the correct time/train if the interrail app has NOT got those details.Many thanks for your patience.

-I have a Interrail One Country Pass Germany.-I am both resident in, and official citizen of The Netherlands.I want to plan a trip from Hengelo (NL) To Berlin (GE) on September 14th. But when I try to make a ticket with the app’s QR slider button, it says “Your pass isn’t valid in some of these countries”How can I solve this issue? I’ve read you should be able to travel in your home country. My ID number which i entered in the app is from The Netherlands.The only clue I have is that the ID number is blank on the Order overview of the website. I haven’t found an option to add this, but my ID number DOES show up in the mobile app when i go to my pass details.Also, I logged in on the website with my Google account on which I bought the pass. I couldn’t log in with google at community.eurail.com so im here with my Facebook account. Might be relevant.

Mi primera impresión de la aplicación de interrail fue que me encontré ante un nuevo lenguaje: "Mi pase, mi viaje, planner, vincular tu pase, reserva de trenes, crear tu carpeta de viaje, pase interrail global, pase de un país, pase móvil, pase impreso etc…”. En el fondo es un lenguaje muy sencillo pero si nadie te lo explica te surgen dudas a la hora de interpretarlo. En este blog intento traducírtelo de la forma más sencilla y amena posible. If travelling as a couple is it easier to have both mobile passes on 1 phone or would you advise 1 on each?  I know it's not possible to have them both on 2 phones as back up unfortunately.  What problems have other couples travelling together encountered? Any advice gratefully accepted.

I won't be traveling for 18 days, my 22 day global pass is from valid  27 Sep to 18 Oct. Today is 10 September.   I was practicing entering trips in railplanner cause i was not able to generate qr code.  finally figured it out and to confirm I knew, put in one more trip and got “no travel days left” notification.  How do I fix this?

If I plan a trip today (24 July), which start on 5 August. Does my pass activate today? Or on 5 august?

Hello,I know you cannot return a ticket that has been already started . However, I got sick on the trip and can not continue it. I have a 2 month global pass with continuous travel days. The ticket would be valid until 22.09.2022. Would it still be possible to get some of the money back with a medical certificate? Because the ticket was not cheap and my illness prevents me from traveling further. It would be a real pity for the money.Best regardsCarlotta Piest 

We activated phone eurail app using my ID but it doesn’t show my wife who is on the same ticket ?   So she activated app on her phone with her ID and created trip reservations but it doesn’t show me.  We purchased eurail ticket together, which shows both of us on the purchase receipt with separate ID. We cannot reach anyone with eurail to explain this… Thank you 

Hi everyone. I leave tomorrow Switzerland so I am finally ready to activate my pass. I went to go activate it and it asked for my passport ID number. When I put it in, it keeps telling me that something went wrong. I leave tomorrow morning and I’ve already made all my reservations. Please help! I am desperate I don’t know what it’s not working. 

Hi, I'm trying to get into my rail planner- app, I haven't had any issues before but since it has just updated it won't let me past the privacy policy page. I check the box to agree, but then it says something went wrong. I need to get into the app but don't know how. Any suggestions?  

My number pass cover is wrong it’s began with IN.. and i have to travel this night  Can someone please help us i have the number of the pass  And an other question because i didn’t receive my pass yet, can we travel with a scan of it ?? thanks 

Hi, I would buy a 4 days in one month pass but I have a doubt: I wouldn’t pass nights in these cities so I’d go somewhere and the same day I’d go back home. Could I go to 4 cities taking 8 trains (milano-home; napoli-home…) or have I to visit 2 cities taking four trains overall? thank you all in advance :)

Is the monthly pass valid for a calendar month? So if we activate our one month pass to start travel tomorrow 5th Sept, is our last travel day 4th October - 30 days? But if travelling in October, we'd have 31 days? Is that how it works?
