Date of birth information is wrong by one day for both travelers.
Hello! I have a mobile Eurail Global pass for myself and my roommate. Both of our birthdays are incorrect (by one day). I have reached out to customer service yet have heard nothing back and it has been more than 3 days. I would like to have this fixed so that it does not get in the way of our travel. Travel day cancellation
Hi, I have an Interrail pass with 4 days. My pass reference is LKS8FY. I am currently in Amsterdam and need to go to London through Brussels. I am now at the train station and I was told there is an issue with the train traffic and will not be able to take a train to Brussels today. Therefore, I am stuck in Amsterdam and have to take the train first thing in the morning. Unfortunately, I had already finalized the ticket. I have a travel day left for the train tomorrow to Brussels and london. From london I need to go back to Munich, and since I had a travel day assigned today, I would be out of travel days. Would there please be a way for me to remove todays travel day and change it for Tuesday the 12th? I am terribly sorry for this inconvenience. Thank you so much in advance for your time! 5 days in one month pass. What does it mean exactly?
Hi! I am trying to understand the Interrail system. I would like to understand clearly what the 5 days in one month pass allows me to do. What does it mean exactly? Does it mean that I can travel during a month (or less) and that during this time I am allowed to have 5 days during wish I can take unlimited trains? Does it include the first train I'll take leaving my country (Brussels Belgium) and the travel back home?
seat reservation unavalable
i purchased this 10 days ticket for the first time. But now i have trouble using it. I am trying to reserve a seat from Munich to Milan on 21 st of April (depart the evening of 21 st to arrive early on 20 th) but there was no seat to reserve. then i need one from berlin to Venice on 11 th of April, still no luck. please help guys.

I have bought two Interrail-passes on the first of April and have just put in a request for a refund. My ordernumber is IN30465750.I am trying to reach Interrail-support because I think you owe me a 100% refund, not just 85%.Before I bought the passes I looked at the trip Amsterdam/Girona with highspeed trains on your website and everything I tried was shown as possible to book, this was on the 31th of March. On the first of April I bought passes and tried to make the actual reservations but found that this isn't possible. I always get a message 'bookingsystem not available, try again in a few hours'. I even get this message when I try to book months into the future. It appears that your bookingsystem does not work.I tried to reach Interrail-support to find out what is going on but found that it is not possible to contact your organization. Eurail App, Booking seat reservations
I bought the global Eurail pass. It’s the Mobile version. I knew some trains required reservations (didn’t realize nearly all do). I’m uncertain how to book these and don’t want to pay more than I need to. I can see my pass and I have “my journey” saved. There’s a button on the top right of each leg I can click to turn on. I’m not sure what exactly this is though as it doesn’t buy a ticket or reserve a seat, so what’s the purpose? I also am seeing different times/routes on different sights. For example, I saw a London to Amsterdam on May 2nd at 11am on one site, but can’t find it on the Eurail App. I’m not sure if there’s different trains or what? I also notice there is 1st comfort and 1st class premium? I also see some tickets they mail to you?? If seats are selling out, I’d like to buy them in advance (do have 1 overnight train). However, I was also hoping to be as flexible as possible. For example, if I wanted to leave somewhere a day or two early to explore somewhere

Hello :) 2 years ago I had to shorten my trip cause Corona arrived!!! I remember receiving a message that if I used it 4 or less days I could get a new interrail pass when the situation would calm down! Now is the time :))) but I don’t find that mail back. How should I ask a new pass in refund of mine? I kind of wanna travel next week already (last minute request of a friend to go with her cause it s finished with her boyfriend) sooo It would be amazing to get an answer quick;) but no worries if you need time ;)

I would like to cancel my order of my pass - trains no longer available
Hello, I would like to cancel my order of my pass. I checked BEFORE ordering whether the relevant trains were available for reservation (yes they were). Then I bought the pass and all of a sudden they are no longer available.I feel slightly ripped off and hoped for a cancellation as a gesture of goodwill.There is no possiblity beside of chatting with a bot...very bad support.Any ideas?
What is a pass, what is a trip and what is a journey?
Hello, I want to travel from Finland to Germany. I am intending to buy a four-day in one month global travel pass. Two days for the ride to Germany and two days for the ride back to Finland. Researching about the interrail mobile pass opens up questions about some terminology.At one point it says:Can I change the trip connected to my Pass?You can change the trip your Pass is connected to up until you activate your Pass. Once your Pass is activated, you can’t disconnect a trip or connect a different trip. And at another point they sayWhat does it mean to add a journey to my Pass?Adding a journey to your Pass means it will appear on your ticket ready for inspection on that travel day. You need to add all your journeys to your Pass as you travel so you have a valid ticket for every journey. How to remove the inbound/outbound trip due to an unavailable connection?
Hello! I have messaged support but not sure if they will get back in time. My girlfriend and I live in Sweden. We are currently on the train going home from the UK and are on the Hamburg to Copenhagen leg where we are planning on staying overnight. Tomorrow (4 April) we are planning to take an SJ train to Stockholm via Malmö. We have already booked seat reservations for the trains tomorrow. The InterRail app thinks that we are using an inbound today (3 April) despite ending in Copenhagen. I believe this is because we originally planned to go to Stockholm today but had to change as SJ has no available seats for reservation. When trying to add trips for tomorrow (and yes, we have anothe travel day) it comes up with the error that we have no outbound/inbound journies left. This is despite neither the My Trip nor My Plan section having any inbound trips selected or refering to Sweden. So now we are not sure how long we will be in Copenhagen for and whether we will be able to take the train

Hello, i would like to use overnight trains to travel from Lisbon (Portugal) to (Leipzig). I wanted to use the interrailpass where yiu have for days in a month. Since i want to travel over nigth. My question is: Does an overnight train count as two or one day of travveling in the pass?
Cancelling an inbound trip the same day because of train problems
Hi community,I am using my last inbound/outbound trip to go back to Germany from the Netherlands today but, unfortunately, a problem has stopped all train traffic in the Netherlands. I know I can't cancel that specific trip the same day but if I had no choice but to go tomorrow, how would it work ?Thanks for your answers
