Desde mexico hicimos una reserva en la aplicación de eurorail y fuimos planeando el viaje y reservando . Nos decían que ya en el primer destino que era Madrid debíamos de sacar el boleto y ahí nos asignarían el número de asientos y pagaríamos el extra !! cual fue nuestra sorpresa que al llegar a la ventanilla de renfe en Madrid nos dijero que no había salidas a paris y que nuestras reservan no sirven para nada 👀 entoncess que se hace en esos casos !!!! Así es siempre tienes que llegar al sitio y ver qué tren coger?? O como puedes planear un viaje así ?????? Estoy enojada por la cantidad que pague !! Y por lo que tuve que pagar por irme a paris porque ya tenía la reserva del hotel!!!!alguien sabe que hacer
Hello, I’m trying to order the Interrail 4-Day Greek Islands pass, but it says it will take 2 months to deliver. I’m not sure if this is a bug or what, but I’m leaving in 3 weeks. What can I do? Is there a way to get the mobile pass and enter details digitally? I’m also not that excited that I need to pay for this delivery, plus some kind of a protection. I end up paying 30% more. If there’s a way to get the mobile pass without this paper, please let me know.
Hey! I’m just playing around a bit with my mobile pass to see if I figured everything out. So I activated my pass (deactivated right after) to see if it would creat a ticket. And it did.Do I see it correctly that I only get one ticket per travel day, even though I’m using 3 different trains in 2 different countries?Is it also normal that it shows immediatly ¾ travel days as soon as I add a journey to the the pass, even though that first travel day is still in the future?Thanks!
Eurail showed plenty of tickets available for London-Paris leg before I bought the global pass. Then when I tried to reserve a ticket I had to activate my pass. Since then I do not see any tickets. So I went in through an anonymous window and checked again and it still shows the tickets.This is clearly fradulent advertising. Their rules do not allow me a refund now and the pass is completely useless. I am thinking of taking this to European Consumer Court.See the attached images for screenshots of this fraudulent behavior.

Hi everyone! This summer I’m traveling through east/south Europe by train for the first time. I’ve planned every train already, but I’m confused about the night trains. Are they included in the interrail pass or not? I have a pass for 21 days. For example, the train from Zurrich to Utrecht - in my trip it says I have to pay, but when I search it’s included (see pictures). Thanks in advance for your help!- Robin

Before we started it turned out that I have covid, so we did not go.Is there any chance to cancel the activation? We already wrote the support but I think it will take some time till we get an answer. Do you think, they will be accommodating in this case?Thank youNina
I bought an Interrail Global Flash Sale Pass Senior during the 50% discount offer. I went the whole hog and chose the First Class 3 months continuous variety. Having no firm travel plans at the time of purchase I randomly selected validity start date of 3rd September. I understand that I can alter that at any time within the 11 months from the date I purchased the pass.I now want to take flight from the UK to Paris for a swing around France for a few weeks, travelling by train of course, to visit friends and relatives resident there - probably for just three or four weeks - before returning to the UK either by Eurostar or more likely by air (I live near Scotland so the cost of train from London to home is not much less than a flight home from Paris to my local airport).Here is my question. Since my pass is a 3 month continuous one but I’ve used three or four weeks of it, will I be able to use up the days remaining on it on another holiday in Europe at a later date before the expiry of
Mi pase interraíl móvil fue activado en abril, y activé también después todos los trenes que utilizaré en mi viaje. Hace unos días entré en la app y todos mis viajes habían sido borrados y mi pase desactivado. Volví a activarlo todo, pero un par de trenes no me aparecían ya como disponibles, así que los entré manualmente. ¿Hay algún problema con activar trenes de forma manual?
Hi,I wanted to travel out of the country with my NS Weekend Vrij Subscription Card, instead of using the outbound day.Had a long discussion about whether I had to use the outbound journey or not. The conductor said I had to use the outbound first, before using other tickets. So he actually forced me to use the outbound journey. He filled it in himself on my ticket, without asking me.As far as I know you can use the outbound day at any time, and choose to use other tickets instead. who was right here? I think it was unfair. I wanted to keep my outbound journey for another time, when my weekend subscription card is not valid.

We are 4 passengers travelling to Paris tomorrow 22nd June via the Eurostar. We are unable to reserve our seats as it is asking for Pass Cover Number which we don’t have as we have mobile passes. Urgently need 4 pass cover numbers so we can reserve our seats immediately. Please help.
I installed the Interrail Rail Planner App, added my pass and tickets but now it refuses to open: my mobile is always shutting down, when opening it. What can I do?The customer service’s advice wasn´t helpful. The prior condition was always a started app e.g. for error logging and so on. But as I wrote: The mobile (Iphone SE (2016) IOS 13.1.2), is shutting down after starting the app before I can do anything.
Hello all,I wonder if somebody can help me. We went to board the glacier express on May 12, 2022 and I tried to add the trip to my pass and I was unable to do it in the app. However, I was successful to add the rest of my trip. I bought the Global pass for 7 days travel within 21 days. I tried asking for help with 2 OBB offices one in Bern, Switzerland and one in Brigs before hopping into the Glacier express. Both had told me that the glacier express should be covered by the Eurail pass. When we board the train I explained to the conductor my issue. The conductor proceeded that if I’m not able to produce a ticket that he has to charge me and to sort the issue with Eurail. He charged me 1,165.00 swiss francs for the 5 of us. He gave me the receipt and stating that I could not activate the train tickets in the app. I e-mailed Eurail right away that day and attached the receipt and the issue. 1 month later I got an e-mail from Eurail and stated that there will be no refund will be issued
Hello! My train pass (7 days within 1 month) was purchase 16 June, 2022. I am hoping to travel next summer (May or June 2023). I know I have to activate my pass by 11 months after receiving it (so 16 May, 2023). Does this mean all of my travel dates must be before 16 May, 2023? Or can I activate it on 15 May and travel through the end of May and into June?
I asked customer service eurail b.v. the “passcover numbers” of our mobile interrail passes. I didn't get it because I didn't mention a specific reservation. I see in the forum that many request this under time pressure. I also know that it is only necessary with a limited type of reservations. To avoid that stress, I already requested the passcover numbers for our three-month interrail passes, which we will probably use in a few months. That you need a specific reservation question to get these numbers: is that new or has it always been the case?
