we were looking to go from Lithuania (Vilnius or Kaunas) to Krakow Poland by train. Online we saw like 4 or 5 trains going there, but through the app there is none. what could be the problem?

Hi, I just bought my eurail global pass and and I’m trying to figure out how to make a reservation. I’m using my first travel day to go from Barcelona to Marseille on late march, I’m aware it is required to book a seat reservation for an extra fee but here it says “Not available from Eurail.com This seat reservation can’t be booked on our website.” so I need help, does anyone what can I do to book my seat? How can I know which rail company this train belong to so I can access their website?

I would like to book a trip Paris to London and just need to ensure I understand the rules. I have a Eurail 15 day 1st class pass. The way I understand it is that if I need to re-schedule, then the “Minimum 20 EUR per person exchange fee shall be levied for exchanging reservations in Standard Premier class” Is that right?

I am arriving in the evening 10th july in Bari.The next day I take the ferry to Patras. Do I need to put in a travel day on the 11th with the ferry, since I didn't use my interrail pass to get a discount on the ferry? I paid for a cabin without any interrail discount. I will again use a travel day on the 12.th where I arrive in the morning, and travel from Patras to Pireaus. Is that ok? Or does the travel need to be continuous?/Karina  

Hello! I have a Global pass. I live in Germany. Am i able to use that pass for travel within gernmany. For example, can i use it to go from Berlin to Hamburg and back again on the same day? many thanks

What’s needed? Any issues? Do we provide credit card numbers over the phone? Do we need to create any SNCF account? Thank you in advance.

Have a booking for Bernina Express from Tirano to Chur departing at 2:24pm and struggling to find seat reservations on Eurail that would get me to Tirano (from Rome) on time and don’t cost an arm and a leg. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi!  This will be our very first time in Europe. We are trying to plan a couple days prior to our cruise. We are considering  flying into London and staying the night, then hoping over to Paris to quickly see the Eiffel Tower and taking the train from there to Switzerland. We would like to spend Friday & Saturday night there then head to Rome ( I think we need to fly) to board our cruise. After the cruise we planned to take a train to Venice for the day and then fly back to the US from there. We are open to any and all suggestions & tips!I am getting a little confused and nervous about how and when to book the different train rides. At points it seems fairly straightforward but then I really start second guessing and do not want to cause us extra stress and or expense!  Help!! Thank you!!

Hello!  We have purchased 1st Class Eurail Passes for Spain.  My understanding is that this allows you to sit in the first class car of the train.  I’m not sure if there is any other benefit???   I have purchased first class seat reservations, when required, for each train that we’ll be taking.   The seat reservation ticket says Elige Confort.  So, a couple of questions… 1) How will I know what cars of the train are First Class?  2) Are there seat assignments in the First Class car or are we able to sit in any seat of that car?Thank you for any info you can provide.

Purchased Eurail Spain Flexi Pass for 6 days within 1 month beginning April 5.  Passes are in RailPlanner and shows “Ready for Travel”.  I chose the trains we will use for our days of travel and they show up in My Trip. They all require seat reservations but I don’t know how to actually reserve them. When I click on the details of the trip, it shows the train number and states Seat Reservations Required but how do I actually reserve and purchase them?  If I go to My Pass, it states Add a Journey at the bottom of the page. When I click on that, it shows the same train info that’s in My Trip so how do I actually put that info into My Pass? Also, none of my information is on the Eurail website.  How do I connect the two? I thought I could add the information manually, but the train times are different.Thank you for any help you can provide!

Is it possible/ allowed to use my inbound/ outbound just for a 1 day citytrip? I would go from Belgium to the Netherlands in the morning & then back in the evening. Is that allowed?

My wife and I each have a Global pass on our phones.I purchased 2 reserved seats on the Bernina express in June and have a ticket for 2 people on 1 sheet of paper.Do we simply each add that trip to MY PASS in each of our apps and when asked, we each show the trip on our app and I show the paper reservation for 2 people? Or is there more to it?Thank you

Hi,  I would like to add my seat reservation in my shoppingcard. This train in question, can be booked 180 days in advance. Today is 177 day before the train departs. I tried, but I get a error message right away.  

Ich lebe in Deutschland, ich werde im August in mehrere Städte in die Schweiz fahren, meine Frage ist:Wenn ich einen Global Pass kaufe, sind Hin- und Rückfahrkarten mit dem Zug von Deutschland nach Schweiz inbegriffen oder muss ich zwei Pässe kaufen, einen für die Schweiz und einen für Deutschland?Was wäre die günstigste Lösung? Würde es bedeuten, nur den Switzerland Pass zu kaufen und das Hin- und Rückfahrticket für den Zug von Deutschland aus zu bezahlen?Ich habe bei der Deutschen Bahn nachgefragt und die Preise sind viel teurer, aber der Kauf von 2 Pässen ist auch sehr teuer!! :(Vielen lieben Dank

Hi! I’m planning to go to Greece from Marseille with the global pass of 15 days within 2 months. My plan is to do the North of Italy first, then go to Slovenia, Austria, Hungary and then Croatia. I planned to go down the Adriatic coast and join Greece this way but I came to realize that Albania isn’t reachable by train and I was wondering if Bosnia and Montenegro are ? Seems that there are no trains from Croatia to Bosnia. Any advices would be great ! Thanks in advance  

Hi, I am looking at a train I will be getting from Salzburg to Budapest Saturday 27th July.Either 11.07 or 13.07 direct. It confirms free with Interail pass and no seat reservations required. But this pops up when I click on train time, saying  no seat guaranteed? I just want to confirm this is to do with other trains and not mine? Many thanks ☺️
