Good evening!I have 6 spare travel days from my Global pass after a travelled in Norway and I what to use them in late April in a different state, I was thinking about Greece but since a would have only the 30%of discount on the ferries, that would make it less convenient then travelling by plane from Milan.Because I would need to book the train too and the night ferries are quite expensive so I want save up even on the night accomodations...So now I don't feel like that Greece is the most convenient choice in my case.I'm a bit indecise on what to do, and I don't have much time to plan, what are suggestions of the community on this? Is Greece something that can be make or should I take a different approach?
I’m trying to book the Fjordline ferry from Kristiansand to Hirthals using the interrail discount code that is given on the Fjordline site. The site says the code has been redemeed but the ticket price is exactly the same as the price without the discount code. I’m just trying to book the standard economy fare. It even says on the webpage standard economy Eurail price but as I say there is no 30 per cent discount as promised. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!
Hey there,I am trying to book a train from LISBON - SANTA APOLONIA (Portugal) to PORTO - CAMPANHA (Portugal). When I enter the relevant details on the interrail planner I get the following. There is no relevant information on the more information. So I assume I need to book directly from CP - Comboios de Portugal. But when I try and book there, it is full price. I couldn’t see anything that said I just need to reserve a seat. If that is the case, then why do I need a Eurorail pass? I have Eurorail global passMaybe I missed a step, can someone help please? Thanks in advance
Hi Community. We are thinking of taking the night train to Zagreb in late May this year. I have read on this forum that I should book the sleeping car using tickets.oebb.at. Is this the best option? Would appreciate input re Zagreb as we have never been to Croatia. Was thinking of taking the train to Split. Not sure of what to do next. As always, would appreciate your advice.
During my trip to the Greek islands I want to go from Santorini to Heraklion, in the app there is no possibility, but when I book seats on the website yes, will there be any problem afterwards? Or can I only reserve seats on the ferries that appear in the app?
No tickets available for night trains from Bologna to Munich after 8th of june. I can now see the departure in august, but no tickets available. I have checked other days/weeks and still no tickets. It is hard to believe all tickets are sold out, but isn't time to be able to book for beginning of august? Regards Karina
Hello,Looking for some advice on this as we are from the USA and do not have experience with Eurail or Interrail. This coming August we are looking to take our family of 6 people (2 adults and 16, 11, 11, 6) to a UK/France/maybe Belgium trip.If we bought a Eurail Global pass is there a way to get from Central London area to Stafford, UK?? When I enter this on the Eurail planning tool, Stafford does not come up on the tool. Perhaps some of you know how to get around this and book it.Ideally we would want to use this Eurail Global pass to get from London to Stafford, back to London on a later day. Then other travel days from London to Brussels, then to Paris, and maybe then to Versailles and back. Only the Versailles would be the same day there and back and we would be spending overnights in the other destinations. I figure a 4-5 day travel pass should be adequate and probably worth it.Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
Im totally new to this and would appreciate some help! :) Just bought Interrail pass 2nd class for me and my 2 teenagers. I would like to know if anyone knows:Barcelona to Lourdes, 4th of AugustAre their trains on the route I have in the map? What is the most beautiful way to go there by train, interesting nature and mountains? What is the cheapest way to go there by train and only spend 1 day? Is it too early to book tickets for travel in August now? When I search I cant seem to find that many trains, sometimes no at all. But if I search for April/May there is trains. Marseille - Tirano, 9th of AugustCheapest and fastest train to travel this day from Marseille in France to Tirano in Italy? It seems to be difficult when I look. :) Is it possible to do it in one day?
I am trying to book my train from Munich to rome via the interrial app, but it says that the trip is not included in the italy pass. After a bit of looking I also see that I need a supplement. I have been trying to figure out how to get one, but I just dont seem to get it. Can someone please help me figure this out?!
I understand that the German Rail Pass covers trains from Munich to Salzburg, but does it also cover trains from Salzburg to Munich? Sorry if this seems like a dumb question, but the pass only shows trains TO Salzburg from Munich and not the other way round. Thanks!

Hello, When I try to search direct train from Brussel to Munich it is showing OBB train which required seat reservation. But when click on reservation using Eurail pass it is not showing price and can’t reserve it even from OBB website as it shows No offers available in OBB website. I tried it to book for 27th Apr. also check for mid of Mar which is next week but it shows same. Please help me to understand why it is showing as reservation required with price as NA and we can’t reserve online?

First time Interrail user here, so be patient!I'm trying to get from Angouleme to Strasbourg by TGV on 25th May, as part of a long journey to Salzburg in Austria. It seems that seat reservations are required but they are showing as unavailable. Looking at other posts on here, it seems that this isn't uncommon for TGVs, and the seats are likely to be released nearer the time. Being only 10 weeks or so away, I'm getting sweaty palms because it's my last day of pass validity and I need to get back to Salzburg that day.My originally planned travel option (from Angouleme to Paris Montparnasse) won't work, because the train I need to catch on that day is not available to pass holders. Any thoughts on whether the reservations will become available before I need to travel, or should I totally review my options? Thanks in advance for any advice.
For this journey on my Global Eurail Pass I get the error message ‘Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later or find another connection. This connection will be removed from your cart.’ Even if I change the date to closer or later I am still getting this message!

¡Hola! I’m from Argentina; I’m traveling to Europe in May and I’m analyzing the convenience of purchasing a railway pass.Day 1) ALVIA 04095 / Madrid - Santiago de Compostela Day 3) ALVIA 04134 / Oviedo - Madrid Day 7) EUROSTAR 9126 / London - Amsterdam Day 9) NS IC145 / Amsterdam - Berlin Day 11) DB IC60408 / Berlin - Zurich Day 12) FFS IC3 / Zurich - Chur // RB IR38 / Chur - St. Moritz Day 13) RB RE9 / St. Moritz - Tirano // Trenord RE8 2827 / Tirano - Milano // Trenitalia FR 8803 / Milano - Ancona Day 14) Trenitalia IC541 / Ancona - Roma Day 15) Trenitalia FR 9503 / Roma - Napoli // Trenitalia FR 9662 / Napoli - RomaI have 3 questions for you:1) I’m seeing that some sections require a seat reservation (from 5 euros in regional to 40 in the Eurostar); others say that a reservation is not required, but it is recommended (for example in Switzerland, 10 euros) and others directly say that a reservation is not needed. In these latter cases, how is travel guaranteed? Is there always a

Hello. Over the past couple of years, I have noticed that Interrail have not advertised their promotional feature that enables travellers to share their photos/videos with Interrail in the hope of being featured on their official Instagram page. It seems like they feature Instagram reels instead of photos. Also, I noticed that Interrail has a TikTok account. It doesn’t look like they use it as much or in the same way as they use their Instagram account. Does anyone know if there is a promotional feature with Interrail via TikTok? Finally, I notice the hashtags #interrail and #createyourownstory that were once promoted by Interrail aren’t promoted anymore. The use of these hashtags and hashtags in general on Instagram posts seems to have majorly declined. What’s your thoughts on this? I’m gearing up for a year of travelling, so it would be good to know what other people think. Thanks. Liam
We bought a 10-days (paper)pass for february and march, but the trip didn’t went as planned, due to the strikes in France. Instead of travelling back in 4 days to Denmark (we had a deadline because of work) from Spain via France and Germany we flew to Berlin and took the train home from there. So now we have 3 days left, but used our in- and outbound travel already.Any suggestions how we can use the last 3 travelling days, without spending a fortune for getting out and in to DK to use the pass in neighbouring countries? If I’m not mistaken, there is no way to get a refund or change of passes. Though it would be really nice, if we could use the rest of the days in DK or at least in and out DK included.Thank you in advance.
the railplanner app and the railplanner on the website does’t seem to know Sant-Malo in france.i used the france name aswel as the bretons name.how can i make a ticket if interrail does't know the city?thank you in advance
