I am looking to know when are the trains running this june, where can i find a timetable  for eurail?

Hi there,I am new to this platform and was quite frustrated that interrail does not offer customer service over the phone 👎🏻 So hopefully you guys can help me out! I am a Dutch guy currently living in Belgium (Antwerp). My office is located in Breda and therefore I am looking at travelling by train to station Breda-Prinsenbeek (close to my office). The global pass (3 months) could then come in handy as it allows you to travel internationally by train. Here are my questions: Can I go in- and outbound on the same day from BE to NL? In NL I need to transfer from Breda Central Station to Breda-Prinsenbeek station. As BE is currently my country of residence the transfer inside NL will be seen as a journey abroad right, so this does not comprise my in-outbound trips? Does the Global Pass really work as unlimited travel in that sense within Europe? If someone knows the answer I would be very grateful. Extremely bad customer service. No telephone lines, no chatting, just an email line that is slow and the people running it show no understanding. Avoid this company at all costs. It really is going to cost me a lot of money for making the mistake to choose them.

Hi, I am look for some advice or info for a trip from Zurich to Istanbul.Will be staying in Istanbul (and hopefully doing some recommended trips) and then going back to Switzerland. Seems like there is not many itineraries or route suggestions- would love some options of going through Romania and Bulgaria and then maybe back a different way through some more Balkan countries. Thank you!

I am going with family to London, Paris, Spain and Italy in March for 10 days. I bought a 4 day Eurail global pass 1st Class. We will be taking the London Paris train, Paris to Barcelona and Venice to Florence trains. Do I now need to make seat reservations on those and pay extra money even though I have already bought the 1st class pass?

I’m from Chile and this is going to be my first time in Europe, just a few days, but I was wondering if it’s possible to go by this train system from Milan to Switzerland passing through  the wonderful  Swiss Alps. I’m very interested in seeing the beautiful villages, Landwasser Viaduct among other incredible places. I’m traveling last week of March, maybe I have a litlle time to go to Paris or even London, but I also don’t know if going by train is the best alternative.I hope someone could help me, I’m a bit confused. ¡Saludos desde Santiago! 

Hi there, I'm planning for a trip from Frankfurt > Munich > Paris > Lucern > Interlaken > Zermatt > Milan. Will be taking the local trains around in Switzerland for travelling to the tourist spots like Pilatus, Titlis, Grindelwald, Rhein falls etc etc. Kinda confused with do I need to use a Pass Day when travelling in around Switzerland? If yes, do I need a reservation for the trains? And when they say that the local trains are covered by Eurail Global Pass, does it mean that I can board a local train without even when I'm not planning to use it as a Pass Day? Would also like to take the scenic train from Zermatt to Milan if that's possible. Thank you so much in advance! 

Hi there, I am wondering how I would go about interraling in europe (plan to go from london to athens with multiple stops along the way) with a family member who is from australia. Would he need to book using eurail and I (english) with interrail? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Booked on Eurostar from London to Rotterdam in January. Have the paper reservations but not activated my pass on the app. As my end destination is Berlin I've noticed that I would get there earlier if I got off the Eurostar in Brussels rather than going on to Rotterdam. If I did this would it cause an issue upon my arrival in Brussels? Thanks

I made a couple of reservation already but I’m having trouble with my most important one as I need to make it from Monaco to Barcelona and I can’t make the reservation. any help would be greatly appreciated. on the side note, for the train that don't require a reservation do i only show them my pass ? Hello. This is our first post on the community. My wife and I will travel to Europe in mid 2024. We have travelled internationally for business, and are now retired and seek the assistance of the community. We will travel from Australia. We have looked at the senior options for the 15 days in 2 months vs the 2 months in a row. We are also looking at first vs second class. I read on the community that if you depart at 11pm and arrive the following morning, that may count as 2 days travel. Is that the case? Should we consider first over second class? For two seniors, the cost for 15 days in 2 months is $2072 AUD for first class vs 2 months in a row $2438 AUD for second class. Our plan is to travel through France, Switzerland and Portugal. Maybe some side trips along the way. We would appreciate your advice and input.

Hey, I have a global Interrailpass for 4 days. I travel into and out of Poland with it on two days. But now I want to use the other 2 days in Germany. I have the app, but it says I can’t. Why is that?

Night train routes to Paris to Barcelona are not found on other sites such as omio. However, in the Rail Planner app, routes exist.I'm planning to purchase Eurail Pass. Should I follow the line of RailPlanner?I'm a beginner in traveling. I'm asking because I'm afraid it's a route that's not registered incorrectly on the app.

Trying to reserve seats on Newcastle to Inverness on 12 Apr but no seats available. Seats are available if you  buy a ticket (just not reservation only). Family of 4, should we just chance it with no reservations? I need to go home on this date. . Are they likely to release more seats for reservations for interrail users before the date?

I may not have the opportunity to activate the promotional ticket I bought until June 1. I do not want my ticket to be cancelled. How do you think I should go about this, should I get the ticket refunded or does anyone have any other advice? Thank you in advance for your interest.

Hello,Yesterday I recieved the Email from DiscoverEU, that I won a Interrail Travel Pass, I decided for the Flexible Travel Pass.I haven’t understand one thing: With the flexible Travel Pass from Discover EU, how many train can I take during the 7 days where I can travel? On the website is written about 273.50€, but I dont know if this means that I can take as much trains for free, if I do not spend more than 273.50€. If I want to take ten trains for example, do I have to pay only the seat reservations if necessary with my money?Does this 273.50€ refeer to the maximum value of money that I can spend on train tickets?

Hi, we want to take a train from Gare de Lyon to Nice Ville, 6:34AM, 15/01/24. We already have our eurail pass and we have to reserve our seat on this website. However I heard that rail planner app isn`t correct sometimes, so i checked SNCF website that the train is available. But we can`t find that train on SNCF website, although we can find that train on this website. In this case, is that train REALLY EXIST..? I mean if we reserve our seat on eurail website and pay, is there any problem boarding the train unless we can`t find that train on SNCF website? PLEASE HELP.

I reserved a place on Eurail for an OBB Nightjet train but due to strikes my train ticket was cancelled. I ended up paying for a hotel and a flight from Berlin to Paris (my original train went from Berlin to Offenburg, then I reserved a ticket from Offenburg to Paris on TGV, all this was done on Eurail). Where do I submit my applications for a refund to, the ticket that Eurail gave me didn’t have a booking number that was valid on the DB website which I tried to apply for a compensation on.

C’è per caso la possibilità di cambiare in qualche modo o, se qualcuno di voi ha già avuto esperienze di questo tipo, è sicuro salire su un treno di cui non si ha il biglietto ma lo si ha per quello successivo (la distanza è 1 ora tra i due biglietti) ? Sapete se la compagnia treni spagnola sia particolarmente rigida in questi casi? se incontrassimo un controllore è molto probabile che ci faccia una multa? Grazie a tutti in anticipo
