I am a UK citizen. Can I travel from my home in Manchester to Luxembourg using just one of my Global Pass 10 day in 2 month tickets , I want to travel to London and then get Eurostar via Brussels to Luxembourg? I know I have to get a reservation for Eurostar and this is an additional cost.I want to use my final ticket from Reims to Manchester going via Paris to London on Eurostar and then on to Manchester in one day?
Following problem: I bought the mobile pass (as I have in the past) and did not realise my Iphone 6 is no longer supported by the app ( what I find highly annoying is that the app itself still runs perfectly on my phone, it is only when I want to add a new pass that it asks me to update the app - super misleading!). long story short, interrail refuses to give me a full refund despite me being unable to use the product I bought, so I was wondering whether it might be feasible to activate the pass on another person’s phone and let them add the trips I need, and then just have them send the screenshot of the ticket to me?
Hi, i’ll be headed for europe this February and as i’m about to purchase my tickets for a Disneyland pass, it seems like the ticket is unavailable for purchase via the Veltra website https://feature.veltra.com/en/promotion/europe/paris/disneyland-paris/. Does anyone know where i can book my tickets at a discounted price since i’m a global eurail pass holder? Thanks

Its wird, because they App also Shows that there are a Trip left, but i can Not add trips I am really in hurry an have to Take the next train. What can i do? Hello, I have a question about seat reservations in France. I want to travel from Lyon Part Dieu to Barcelona Sants on the 30th august. (RSC 9734). I can book the reservation via Interrail, but since it is a Paper ticket, it will be delivered on the 29th august to Austria (where I live), so this is the day when I plan to start the journey. Is there a way to buy the seat reservation now and pick up the ticket at the railway station in Lyon? Or do you have a recommendation? I only have one hour waiting time in Lyon, is it possible to buy the ticket there? Or are chances high that the time is not sufficient to buy the seat reservations locally or even worse, that tickets are not availabe any more?If anyone could help me, this would be really great, I am really frustrated :D! My family of 4 (incl 2 teens) are taking the train across borders in Western Europe for the first time in November. So far, a couple of the journeys we’re researching indicate that 1 or 2 train changes are needed. Some of the routes indicate that we have just 15 mins to change trains at a certain station. These include :(i) Munich - Lucerne (8 or 12 mins at Zurich)(ii) Lucerne - Dijon (14 or 16mins at Mulhouse Ville) Qn 1 : What is a good buffer we should give ourselves to change trains ? Qn 2 : When encountering such routes, what are the alternatives without prolonging the journey too much ?Qn 3 : What is the most important thing to do (to keep to our schedule closely) if there is a missed connection using (i) the EURail pass, or (ii) single journey ticket ? Is the reservation for the IC from Kopenhagen to Hamburg on June 23d at 23:54 mandatory? The interrail app says no, the Deutsche Bahn app says yes for the journey from Padborg to Flensburg. And if yes - where can I geht the reservation? The Deutsche Bahn app tells me everytime that an error occurred.Thank you!
I will be traveling in the next weeks in Austria (I am from Canada, dont realy know how trains work). I want to know if I need to book train tickets right now or just a few days before travelling is ok. Also do I need to reserve seats ? I find information online that it should not be required but it is all pre-covid and I want to make sure it’s still valid. I will be doing Wien to Schladming 13 of July, Schladming to Innsbruck 16 of july and Innsbruck to Langem am Arlberg 18 of july. Thanks !
THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE.Passes were bought erroneously on my credit card. I contacted this HORRIBLE company within minutes to get it refunded. AND THEY REFUSE to give me a full refund.Not only will they STEAL from you. They will explain to you that their website is made so poorly that you cant even tell if you can get a seat on a train before you buy a pass. So you buy the pass only to find out it wont work for ANY train you need. DO NO, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER DEALT WITH.
I am in USA and want to make a train reservation for a part of my trip. By time I get to Spain the train will probably be full or have no Eurail seats left. I see that I cannot make the reservation from the Eurail website or app. I saw somewhere that I can reserve directly with TGV using a cover pass number but when I go to the TGV website I don’t see how to do that. Has anyone done this?

Hi there! It is my first time travelling to Europe. With the current covid restrictions in place, can I still use Eurail to get between countries in Europe, or can it only be used within a single country?I am triple vaccinated and therefore will be able to obtain a vaccine certificate. I understand that different countries have slightly different rules regarding entry criteria. Therefore I’m wondering how the trains are operating at the moment to uphold these rules. For example, would I still be able to catch a train from Greece to Croatia if I met all the correct requirements for each country? I.e vaccine certificate, and negative covid test. Here is my situation:I bought my Global Pass for 4 days for the 2nd class seats. I planned out my trip in the app with all of the trains that I would need. None of the trains show available seats and are all sold out. Is it possible to pay an extra fee for 1st class tickets to still get on the trains with my 2nd class ticket? Hello everyone, I'm planning to go on visit Europe by train, I'd like to go from Paris to Dublin taking a ferry. The ferry from Cherbourg (France) should dock in Rosslare's port (Irland), but then I can't find a train to Dublin from there in the rail planner app. I've never done this kind of trip and I'd really like to visit Ireland, but I can't figure out how to do it, pleasecan somebody be so kind to help?
I don't know if member's are aware, that if you book Amsterdam to London. Eurail have no direct trains, but you have to book 2 separate trains, one from Amsterdam to Brussels either IC or Thalys, change in Brussels and go through security, before boarding Eurostar.I got caught out by the website and finished up with a Brussels to London ticket. I have to now book at extra cost Amsterdam to Brussels with all the hassle of security in Brussels, and making sure my train arrives early enough. But I can't do this until 90 days before.I have tried to cancel or reschedule my trip through both Eurail and Eurostar to no avail, they just don't want to know.I reckon they take your money then abandon you.Be careful with booking on the Eurail website.

Hello,In 2020 I won 2 interrail tickets. Unfortunately I got diagnosed with cancer shortly after. Treatment was long, and the consequences quite bad. So we still did not get a chance to use them.Now I have simplified a travel route, because with my phisical dissability and all the cancer treatments, I cant do a lot anymore. The plan was to fly to Malaga from NL on the 5th of March. Then 3 nights there, then the train to Barcelona on March 8th, 5 nights, and then the train from Barcelona to Paris on the 13th of March. And then back to NL. Ive read we can only book when we are on the station. Will 3 nights before be enough for Malaga -Barcelona and 8 nights before enough for Barcelona - Paris?Due to my condition, its not really possible to be flexible. So I kinda have to know if we will get seats on those trains. I really cant find anything that can tell me its going to be ok. If not, we will have to cancel these plans once again.
