Hi,I’ve been trying to reserve seats on the overnight train from Krakow Glowny to Budapest Nyugati on Eurail but it just says:“Prices unavailableNo price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out…”I’m trying to book for the end of June. Could someone advise me on what to do please. :)
Hello dear interrailers.i am trying to book seats for the Train from Frankfurt oder to warsaw the 8 july 10:45. I cant Seem to get to make Seat reservations for this trip, the app says not possible and i dont get what i am supposed to do. does anyone have an advice? BR Nicklas
Hi, I have bought my paper copy from a Central Station and I have tried to book a ferry through blue star ferries webpage. They are asking me for the pass cover number. I assume that is the number right below the QR code.When I put this number in the reservation form though I get a message that it is incorrect. Since I bought the ticket two days ago does the number need to be activated somehow?Also, can someone that has used a greek islands pass confirm what number they have put in the form? Thank you,Xen
Hi so I would like to book a ferry ticket, for the 4. Of August. And I thought I would get a discount, but I don't know where to put my interrail ticket on the website. The ferrie would go from Copenhagen to Oslo, do you now where I should by the ticket so that I could get i discount.Thank you Hanna
I bought 5 adults passes one free child pass but would not let me proceed with 3 year old pass as you have to enter the date of birth - it comes up with an error message saying child passes are only available to those 4-11 on the date that the pass starts so I had to remove the 3 year old pass to let me proceed to buy the other 5 - this is very frustrating - we will need to make reservations on some trains that are long/overnight journeys and cant for the 3 year old. Customer Services have not replied even though I marked it urgent as we plan to travel before the end of June
I bought online eurail pass boucher for 5 days yesrterday. Now I’m trying to book a train ticket from ‘Innsbruck Hbf’ to ‘Venezia Mestre’ on 23 Jun 2022(departure time 13:24). However, at the end of the booking, I got a message of ‘Ticket Type is changed to paper ticket.’ How should I do to book that train ticket? Thanks, Yuna Hong.
Seat reservation train Madrid to San Sebastian. Is there another way than to book a the station/self service machine?
Hello! I purchased the global pass for 3 months. I have to take a train from Madrid to San Sebastian on july 21. When I searched for it in the eurail app, I found one train but with seat reservations requiered. It says that the reservations in Spain must be in ticket office or self service machine...is there another way to reserve? I cannot miss that train :(Thank you!

Hello, I would like to ask a question about buying an Interrail pass. I would like to go to Italy from Monday to Thursday and travel around cities in there. I will be starting my trip in Czech Republic and then I won’t go back there by train because I will fly on my way back. So I would like to ask, if it is necessary to buy an INTERRAIL GLOBAL PASS when I will be just starting in Czech and then I will be travelling only in Italy or if I can buy only ONE COUNTRY PASS for Italy. I'm not sure that I won't get into trouble after that if I travel from the Czech Republic, then I'll only be in Italy, but the start is in another country. Thank you. I’m concerned I’ll miss my connection in Villach HBF as it’s only 16 minutes to change and so far I’ve had lots of delays whilst travelling this month. I’d like to know if there is an Interrail/Eurail office in Villach HBF as I have seat reservations and hope they can help if I don’t make the connection. If not, what would you advise?
Hello, my friends and I purchased some Eurail France passes, and we have been trying to book seat reservations on a train for this Sunday to travel from Paris to Bordeaux. Almost every reservation I can find has the error:“Prices unavailable. No price results were found for this connection.”I can’t figure out what’s going on.Our trip is coming up really soon, so any help would be great. Does anyone have ideas on what I could do? Hi everyone, first of all sorry for my bad english. I am traveling to Europe in August, and I want to go to different countries (England, Scotland, Ireland, France, Italy, Belgium, Germany, and others). In that matter, I want to know if it’s better to purchase an eurail pass, or if it’s more suitable to buy individual tickets each time. I want to visit a lot of cities in each country, and also do long travels (like from England to Scotland). We are 3 adults, one of them with intelectual dissabilities. When I try to activate my pass on the mobile app, it tells me that it is activated on another device, but I don't remember having activated my pass on another device. What should I do ? I'm leaving in less than a week and I don't know what to do if I buy another one or what.Thanks
Hey Eurail friends!Does anyone know if it is possible to exchange a pass type, without first purchasing the 2nd pass type that you wish to hold?My partner and I purchased 5-day Global passes, & as soon as we did, we went to book all our trains that we planned to take, and they were all completely booked up! (For some reason it only shows you actual availability on reserved trains after you buy your pass?) So we had to get flights around europe so we could meet up with our hotel bookings. We would like to instead get a One-Country 3 day pass, since we’ll still be able to use it when we get to Italy and train around. Problem is, I don’t have enough money available on my Credit Card currently to pay for both passes (eurail says their pass exchange works in a way where you have to first purchase the new pass that you want, and they’ll refund you the difference, with a 15euro service fee per pass)Does anyone know any way around this? I feel so stuck. I emailed them last week to inquire
Hello,I’ll start my first interrail in a few weeks, but I don’t quite understand how can I make reservations through interrail’s website. I am asked to choose a trip to which the reservation will be added, but the only trip shown is an empty one, which was created (I presume automatically) when I bought the pass. The actual trip that I am planning is in my rail planner app and I cannot see how I could access it when I log in to the website. Therefore, my question is how can I add a reservation made through interrail’s website to my trip in the rail planner app?
