Hi, just checking my understanding re a 7 days in a month ticket - if my outbound trip starts with an overnighter and then I complete it with a second leg starting in the morning, does that use up 2 days travel? I expect it does!  Thanks

I have two Interrail passes and made a booking for a Eurostar using the wrong pass.Is there anyway to change the pass number for this reservation? Or is it not necessary?Thanks for your suggestions and help!Sibylle

Hello i m planning to purchase 10 days pass SPRING SALE: Get 10% off Passes until March 21. but my traveling dates are from 2nd May..  is it fine if i can purchase the Eurail pass now and can use it from 2nd pay onwards? 

I am worried my flight will late, should I reave the seat ? Or waiting until arrive the destination then go to reservation?

HiI’m leaving for a trip on Friday. It is the first time I will use an Eurorail Pass. I could use a little help to understand how I will be able to activate my pass/trip. Because I never did this before and also because unfortunately, my phone got damaged, so I had to get a new one. On the new phone, I got the app. I also got my passes (from me and my son) - I could move them to the app on the new phone. But I can not see the seat reservations that I made and paid. I have the seat reservations on paper. But I have no idea how to activate a pass without seat reservations in my app.Looking forward to some advice, thanks in advance!Marion  

Hello dear community,the question came up a few times, but I still need help.In Summer, I am on tour with our scout group to Sweden and want to book reservation for Swedish trains. But for most of the stuff I get the above-mentioned message.This happens for example for Koeln to Uppsala on the 18.07 or the 25.07. etc.I also can only use the interrail site, because I ordered paper passes (we try to use our smartphone not, if possible in our scout group), but since they haven’t arrived yet, I do not know the number of the passes.Is there any possibility to fix this issue or get the pass numbers early?Thank you :) 

How can I book a seat ticket for wheelchair users in France? I can't find a site on the web where I can do this. Is there a phone number I can use where they speak English?

Hi guys :)My dad and I are travelling through Europe from the 2nd June. I heard it’s recommended to book train rides up to 12 weeks beforehand. How can I do this without activating the passes yet? When I look up train rides theres only an option to save to journey but not actually book them. Or do we not have to book train rides that don’t require seat reservations? Can you not book without activating pass online? I’m a bit confused.Also we are travelling from Naples to Pisa at one point and when I look up that trip on that date there is no trains at all? Is that normal or is it too early?

Hello Eurail Experts,I am planning to travel from Rome to Venice. I already reserved the seats for Rome to Venice. As a plan B, I would like to visit Pisa and board the same train from Florence. Is this allowed in Trenitalia FRECCIAROSSA. Will my seat reservations still valid if I board at Florence instead of Rome?Thanks in advance! 

Hi travellers, To my interrail trip i was going to go from venezia S. Lucia to Vienna Centrale, but when i go to buy the seat reservations it tells me it inst available, i also have seen for some other days but it happens all the  time, if someone could help figure it out I would very much appreciate it. The day I was planing to go from venezia S.Lucia to vienna Centrale was on the 14 of august and the time of departure was at 21:05 and arrival time at 06:05. Thanks :)

We are planning to travel on the overnight train from Amsterdam to Zurich on the 9th August.  I would like to reserve seats but it says ‘no seat reservation required, you can buy a seat reservation if you like but it’s not required’.  How do we reserve a seat?  When you click on the message, nothing happens.

However, I will be grateful if anyone kindly clarify the following aspects related to seat reservation:Can I do reservation online? If so, what is that link and how to do that and get the reservation confirmation? Can I do the reservation from any station? I mean for example, I need the reservations for MILAN to INTERLAKEN for 10th APRIL. Now can I do the reservation from Roma Termini station on 8th/9th April by going there physically? I need another reservation for ZURICH to PARIS for 12th April. Now can I do that reservation from ZURICH HB station on 11th April by going there physically? Suppose, I have done the reservation for a particular train on a particular time table. However, if I miss that time and want to catch up another train on the same destination on the same day on a different time table, will my previously purchased reservations will do? Or I need to purchase again? If I need to pur

Hi there,When I search ÖBB for seats from Venice S. L. to  Bari 17.7. I can see the different options (I couldn't a few days ago), but when I choose ticket and day ticket I just get a no journey found message. Why is that? Still to early or they can't be booked at ÖBB /Karina 

Hello, I am planning on traveling from Interlaken to Grindelwald and then Grindelwald to Lauterbrunnen and then Lauterbrunnen back to Interlaken. I am aware that the Eurail Global Pass offers a 25% discount when traveling from Interlaken to Grindelwald, but will it offer the discount for my trips from Grindelwald to Lauterbrunnen and then Lauterbrunnen back to Interlaken?I think I know the answer, but I just wanted to be careful extra as a first-time visitor to Europe.  Thank you very much! 

Hi interailI am going to get some vaccinations done a couple days before my trip. I was worried if I get sick due to this what would happen if I can’t take the train out of the uk during my reserved train journey, can I take a train another day even if a reservation has been made but the journey was not completed?As I have heard you are only allowed 2 travel days in your own country.Thanks for any help,Angel

Hello, I am traveling to Switzerland and Italy this upcoming summer. I am a Canadian citizen. I plan on taking the EC311 Venezia S.Lucia ItaliaRail train from Zurich HB to Venice (Stazione di Venezia Santa Lucia). Does the Eurail Global Pass include this train ride? Thank you very much. 

Hi2nd year of rail pass travel with my son so we’re much more organised this year, however the delay in being able to book the last seat reservations for a key step in our journey back home is causing me some worry.we need to book on the 13:34 TGV Zurich to Paris on 10th August but bookings are still only open till around mid June, 3 months till pass reservations open I believe.However the price of the reservations with the pass is around 74 euros, no choice of seat location and risk I don’t get in quick enough due to limited pass seats.Whereas I can book that train now, via a few places but say the rail europe site for 77 euros (plus booking fee) and be able to chose an upstairs seat (obviously!) and rest easy.The few euros difference for peace of mind and an upstairs seat seems worthwhile or am I missing a trick.What would you do?Thanks

My family will travel in Spain this July - from France to Barcelona to Mallorca, then Seville. I am trying to reserve tickets on Eurail ahead, but they don't let you do that in Spain for some strange reason. We will be stay in Barcelona for 3 days then fly to Mallorca and back then down to Seville. We need to do the Mallorca to Seville trip in one day.  But I can't find anything listed about times in Spain. I need to know so I know when to book the Mallorca flight. Please help me.
