Hello everyone,I'm spontanously planning an Interrail-Trip beginning on Monday, 2nd August. I’m planning to visit Pilsen first and I would like to hopp on the train to Pilsen in Regensburg (Train-ID in the DB App ALX RE25 - departure 10:14). The train is provided by the Länderbahn GmbH which should be part of the Interrail network. However the railplanner App says, that this train is not part of the network. Is this a bug and is there a way, I can take this train?Best wishes

My husband and I will be travelling for 19 days in the Spring. How many days of a global pass do we need to do the complete trip by train? Do we use the pass for the trains within the cities as well as from country to country? Our tentative itinerary is:London to Paris  to Stuttgart to Vienna to Berlin to Copenhagen to Oslo Is this still 19 days of pass travel since we will be using inter country/city trains daily or 7? We have been getting conflicting info. 

Hi there! I am trying to see if train schedules from London to Brugge and Paris are available for my trip on April 2023, but I get the following answer: “we can’t find any trains that match your search”. Is this because schedules haven’t been released yet? I appreciate your help! 

I would like to book trains as per above destinations using EURAIL PASS without Reservation. I have already paid enough for the Tickets itself. Since this is unavoidable, i wouldn’t mind booking the slower regional trains.From Bruges to Paris - which train? We want to go skiing by train come february 18 tot 25 and want to book the TGV Inoui from Lille Europe to Aime La Plagne. We are a family of 4 from Belgium Will we be able to use the Interrail pass one country and also WHEN Will we be able to book?Thank you! 

My phone needed to be reset and although I backed up my phone the app has not retained the pass. I am in the middle of a trip how do I reset the pass....

I've confused about Eurail single country (France). It's writen that the pass allow to travel 2 days in 1 month. Is it flexible or consecutive? I plan to use the pass on 27 and 29 Dec.

Ich habe den Zug heute zurück ins Herkunftsland verpasst. Ich kann erst morgen einen nächsten Zug bekommen, weil alle Reservierungen ausverkauft sind. Kann ich die Rückfahrt ins Herkunftsland irgendwie auf morgen umbuchen? Stornieren kann ich die Karte von heute nicht mehr. Ich habe aber noch zwei Reisetag übrig. 

I know from Searching on here there is no train Patra to Athens.  I know you have to take a bus that is covered by Eurail to Kiato and then the train from there.  My question is about the reservation on the bus.  I can’t seem to make that online.  There is 4 of us looking to go on the morning of Nov 3rd.  Anyone know how I make a reservation for this?

Hello, I have a questionregarding the age limitof the ticket. On 20.December 2022 I will be 28 years old.If I start my Interrail tripon December 1, can I still use the ticket after my 28th birthday? Greetings

I bought a global pass and we have changed our plans and will no longer be taking train travel between countries. I wanted to get them refunded but I’m not able to have the option to refund them on the app or the desktop website. I’ve tried to activate the password on mobile app but it won’t let me enter passport number. I’m running out of ideas to show my pass on my account so I can get it refunded. Please help!!

Hello,I would like to travel between Lyon (France) and Bodo (Norway) with a 4 days pass for 1 month (185€).The trip we were thinking is the following: - Lyon - Copenhagen : 21h30 of trip, leaving one day and arriving the next (2 days of pass taken into account or only 1 ? because the journey is less than 24h)- Copenhagen - Oslo : 8h30 of trip, on one day (1 day pass)- Oslo - Bodo : 19h of trip, leaving one day and arriving the next (2 days of pass taken into account or only 1 ? because the journey is less than 24h). Also, the first and second train leave both on the same date (but the second arrive the next day in the end).So the question is: does the 4 day pass over a month work?Thanks for your help !

Hi,I am planning a trip in January next year which will go roughly. Germany-Austria-Hungary-Romania and then ideally back to the UK by a more southerly route. I have a couple of questions.The train times search on interrail.eu seems to only show certain trains - for example Vienna to Budapest only shows a train departing at 19:42 each evening but the OBB and Deutsche Bahn websites show multiple trains through the day. Is the pass only valid on the 19:42 or is this a problem with the website?Second does anyone know of any onward options from Romania? Whatever timetables I look at seem to show that I can go as far as Sofia in Bulgaria and no further. Otherwise from either Bulgaria or Romania the only option appears to be to retrace my steps to Budapest. Do any trains run west to Serbia or North Macedonia? 

Hello. One question. I want to buy a pass online to use it on my mobile.  What happens if I buy the pass and when I arrive in a country I don't have an internet connection?  Can I use the pass offline?  Can my pass be viewed validly?  Thank you very much.

I am preparing myself for travel across Spain to Portugal in the busy Christmas period by looking at the RENFE and Rail Europe apps to judge ticket availability, particularly on the San Sebastian - Madrid route. Just as an example, yesterday RENFE was showing ALL trains for TODAY as FULL whereas Rail Europe was showing availability on ALL trains. Same goes now for tomorrow’s 9.02am train.This baffles me - but the key question is what would the ticket office in San Sebastian be showing now? Would they have a reservation to sell me because in fact the Rail Europe app is showing a truer position than Renfe?Thanks, Scott

Hi friends!I decided to extend my trip in Saint Malo by two days instead of staying overnight in Mont St. Michel.I’m seeing a few Railplanner options from Gare Saint Malo to Mont Saint Michel but the way back looks pretty meager. Also can’t find the routes on SNCF or DB or Trainline app.I know the Railplanner is only updated once a month but wondering if i’m missing something or if I just need to call it quits. I’d like to go tomorrow 28/10 and I am heading to Lille on 29/10 and it’s surprisingly faster and more direct to go to Lille from St. Malo than Rouen (capital of Normandy and halfway to Lille!). So shocked.Can anyone please help me figure out if this plan is feasible? I’d really like to do a day trip to visit Normandy and be able to make it back to St Malo for my last night in Bretagne. Thanks in advance! Edited to add:the ones i saved in railplanner are:10:30 - 12:14  for under 2 hours.. then the returns are basically a 48 min ride at 13:41 (gives me no time to explore)or 18:47

Is a Eurail pass still available in a paper form?  I do not want a “Mobile” version of a rail pass as my phone will not work in Europe. I do not want to go to the expense and bother to get a phone that would work or to alter my current phone.

Me and my girlfriend are going from Sweden to Italy, with one train change in Münich, Germany. There we need to take an S-train from Münich HBF to Ost, which should be included in our Interrail cards. My question is: do I need to book a seating ticket for this train, or can we just hop on the train with our interrailcards, without any other tickets?

We wanted to book the train from Paris to Strasbourg on December 22nd at 10.51 but its already sold out 😒 Can you still book at the station on the day ??

I’m traveling to Lille from St malo and booked the only seat reservation left from 15:39 29/10 Saturday It’s refundable so I can explore my options.I’m wondering if there are any other train stops that I can look into stopping through so that I can arrive earlier. I tried Versailles and booking individual from Rennes to Paris but no luck. Are there any other stations that I can intentionally stop through to arrive to my final destination earlier? I just don’t know that much about train stations and I’m having a hard time finding that information, but this community has been really helpful in the past with giving me other alternate routes to take. Train strikes When there are train strikes, does that mean we should completely take alternate transit like Uber? on the day I leave London Heathrow, there are train strikes and I believe the metro is also not working that day, 3/11 November 3. I’m travelling to Italy next month with a family of 7. We do have 6 main luggages. Any problem to store inside the Eurail?

I have the German rail pass which advertises that you can go to select cities in Northern Italy as well. I had no issue getting to Austria, but now the app isn't letting me choose any train to Italy.
