Hi I purchased the eurail pass 10 days in 1 month ticket recently and I was wondering for overnight trains does it utilise 1 or 2 days out of my 10 days?For example I will be departing Switzerland on the 3/6/22 at around 9pm and I will be arriving in Amsterdam on 4/6/22 at around 8 am. Does that count as 1 or 2 days out of my 10 days? Would gladly appreciate any answers, thanks !

We will be traveling from Vienna to Poland overnight tomorrow and need to make reservations. Our train gets to Vienna at nearly midnight tonight so I know that the ticket office will be closed. I tried to make reservations in Italy but they said they couldn’t do it. I realize the cars sell out but I have no way to do it early. Is there a way to make these reservations at a kiosk once we arrive? We have mobile global Eurail passesthank you 

My husband and I will be visiting Italy June 10-22. Is it too early to make seat reservations and get train tickets to the places we will be traveling?

Hello:) I would like to download the mobile pass to several smartphones. The FAQ was quite unspecific on whether that is possible. Does anyone know if there is a limit to the number of smartphones you can connect THE SAME mobile pass to? best regards

I’m thinking about getting a Global Pass for two months.But I want to travel like a week, go back to Germany (my home country)  travel another two weeks, go back to Germany and so on. Do you know if that’s possible? And also if I can travel inside Germany with the two month Global Pass?Thanks for your help!

I won an interrail pass with discover EU but my friend (with whom I registered) ha dont received it because her address has been hacked…..How can I contact The organisers quickly to claim thé pass? Have you ever experienced this situation? thank you very much. 

Hi I’m new to interrailing and trying to work out the limits of travel in my country of residence (UK). I’m planning to get a month long pass and plan to make a trip from Amsterdam (NL) to Edinburgh (UK) midway through and then travel back to mainland Europe after.Would the journey from Amsterdam (NL) - London (UK) - Edinburgh (UK) all be covered by interrail if done over one day? On the way back I’d like to stop in Bristol for a few days, before going to London and then Paris: Edinburgh (UK) - Bristol (UK) - London (UK) - Paris (FR).Am I correct in thinking that the interrail would only cover Edinburgh (UK) to Bristol (UK)? And would I also be able to use it to cover Bristol (UK) - London (UK) - Paris (FR) (done in one day) instead?  Thanks.

Hello, I have booked a reservation for two people on a train from Prague to Vienna, and I’ve received the ticket with only one of the names. It says ‘2 seats’, but one of the passengers’ name is not printed on it.is that normal? or shall I make another reservation? Thanks 

Hi everyone,the route Belfast-Londonderry/Derry is included on Trains in Ireland | Ireland by Rail | Interrail.eu and is also displayed on the map, but when I try to find Londonderry/Derry via the app or with the web search, I can’t find the station or any other station on this route. Does anybody know more? Is the route still included and it’s just a bug or is there something I have missed?

Hi, two friends and I and going to travel around Germany in July for two weeks and are looking at the different interrail passes. We'd like a mobile one as it will be alot more convenient for us, so the obvious choice was the Germany 10 days travel in a month pass which says it's a mobile pass, however now there's a sale on the continuous passes it makes more sense to go for the 1 month continuous pass as it is cheaper and offers more flexibility but it doesn't say if it's a mobile pass, can anyone help?

I have quite the problem. Yesterday, I didn't travel. Today I traveled from UK to France. Today I noticed, that interrail booked me a travel day yesterday, without ever warning me. That means today is day 4/4 in the app, where in fact it is day 3/4.Problem: I need to continue tomorrow to Spain. That should my day 4/4, but it's already used up. Now I can't reach anyone and get no response from interrail. I don't know what to do. How can I travel tomorrow? Will interrail refund me, if I buy a ticket?It's a shame that trying to travel more climate friendly is always such a massive hassle. I'm really driving crazy, no long distance train travel goes without problems 😭Thanks and best, Daniel

We have made several reservations for an upcoming interrail trip (consisting of several different legs) this summer, but the «proceed to payment»-button is inactive. Is this a common issue, and are there ways to solve it? Will this button become active at some point?We have accepted all terms, conditions etc.  

I plan to travel next spring when I'll be 60 in March. As there is a 50% discount if booked by 10th May, I was wondering if I could book the sale ticket for a senior, even if I'm not yet that. The sale tickets are to be used within 11 months, so would cover my preferred travel period. Any suggestions?

I am new to Eurail and the Rail Planner app. I bought Eurail passes for me and my husband online at eurail.com and downloaded the Rsil Planner app to my iPhone, which is running iOS 15.  I have added both eurail passes to the app and connected each of them to a trip, but I have not yet activated the eurail passes because I am not yet sure of the first date of travel.  l have been successful in searching for train ticket itineraries and adding them to My Trip. But I cannot use the app to make and purchase seat reservations on trains that require them. l have managed to use computer’s web browser to login to my account at eurail.com to buy reservations on a NightJet train that is critically important for our trip. An e-ticket was emailed with instructions to print it out on A4 paper, which is not available here in the US. But these reservations do not show up in the app anywhere that I can find.  When I try to make reservations using the app I have no way home to do it no matter where I

Hi.  My family is visiting Italy this summer.  We purchased a 1st Class, 3-Day pass before COVID hit and you all have been great about making sure the trip still happened two years later.  I was reading that the Leonardo Express into Rome was free with a 1st Class Pass.  If my family used the passes to ride the Leonardo Express, would it count as one of the travel days on the pass?Thank you for you time.

Hello I wanted to ask several questions before I download the rail planner app and buy my interrail pass. 1- I am a US citizen, however I have been in Turkey since July 31st 2021. Which means that I have been in Turkey for more than six months. would that mean that I am elligible for Interrail or Eurail? How can I demonstrate my Turkish residence while buying my pass?2- Can I have day trips using my interrail pass during my journey. For example can I visit Leipzig for a few hours from Berlin and return to Berlin on the same day during my travels?3- In my trip I plan on visiting Magdeburg and Wuppertal. However I was not able to see nor list them to my itinerary. When I get my pass and download the app, will I be able to visit said destinations? Or will I have to pay another railway company to be able to react said destinations?4- Do I need an internet connection in order to use my app to get on the train. Hello, I am looking to purchase an Interail global pass. I live in the Netherlands at the moment but only as a traveller at this stage (90 days) I hold a New Zealand passport but my partner who I am living with has a Dutch passport. I have 2 questions regarding this. 1. Will I be able to use this pass with no issues, given I do not hold an NL Passport? and 2. Can this be used within the Netherlands for the general trains, or just the international ones?

I’ve bought 2 Benelux pass. I cannot make a seat reservation from my home country to Amsterdam. It says “not available for some travellers”. What can I do ?
