I have two one-country interrail passes for 2020.  I need to return them to get replacement passes for 2022.  I am told there is a returns form on the Interrail website.  Can someone tell me where it is or send the link?  Thank you.

I am due to travel on Saturday morning and I have a Global pass with the cancelling option.I had uploaded the app on a phone which is now broken.The app is not letting me uplaod my pass on my new phone.The website is not letting make my reservation.I can not get hold of anyone on the phone after spending two entire days trying to get help, I am in despair !Please someone help me!!Regards,Cecilia

Firstly, when I try reserve trains on a trip with more than just me, there is an error and no prices are shown and I am unable to reserve.Then as I proceed to make my reservation seperately, it won’t let me proceed to pay for them.Can anyone help me with these issues?

Hi! My friend lost her phone and with that, her mobile pass. We tried to upload her pass on one of our phones, but I won't let the pass be on two mobile phones. Tomorrow we'll have a travel day and she really needs her pass for it. What can we do?

What i need to write in the paper pass im from "Stockholm tegelvikshamnen Stadsgården" to "Turku Satama", the name of Stockholm don't enter in paper pass.Thanks.

Hallo,ich wollte eine Reservierung für den Frecciarossa von Rom nach Florenz vornehmen. Leider wird mir für sämtlche Verbindungen “nicht verfügbar” angezeigt. Auf der Seite von Trenitalia sehe ich, dass sehr wohl noch Plätze frei sind, allerdings kann ich ja hier nicht den Interrail Global Pass als Rabatt eingeben und nur die Reservierung buchen. Warum geht das über die Interrail-Seite nicht, was mache ich falsch?

Hey,Some friends and I have booked mobile passes separately and we would like to book our tickets together. We can't merge them, what should we do?

I'm trying to book a 13:30 train from Strasbourg to Nice, fr but when I click the review order button online I repeatedly receive a message saying "one of the legs of your trip could not be booked." I don't understand what is causing this message to appear and why it's preventing me from reserving my spot on the train. Though the train is schedule for later today, its departure time is still more than 3 hours from now, and the website said many open seats were still available. Why is this message appearing? I've tried 3 or 4 other booking too and all gave me the same message.

I wanted to buy the 4 day global pass for the following destinations: Paris - ZurichZurich - La SpeziaLa Spezia - FlorenceFlorence - Zürich In the information the say, that it is only possible to enter and leave the own country once. As I am now in Paris since one month, I would have to enter switzerland twice. Does somebody know if this is possible? Thanks for your help and cheers

Hey! I have the Eurail Global pass, good for 90 days of unlimited train rides. However, I’m about two weeks in and I’m trying to add a trip that spans two days and the app says I have no more travel days left and that I need to purchase a new ticket. Any idea why this is popping up?

The mobile pass won't let me get out of my home country, nor cross the country from and to another country. Nobody answers messenger, email or online form. I already bought reservations independently, prior being confronted to the problem of not being able to activate my traveling days on my pass. I should have used a paper pass! Does anyone found a direct phone number? The only one I found was 0900 300 300, which is not working. Please help me!

Maybe someone can help me out – I was unable to find the answers online.I am based in the Netherlands. I want to go to Berlin, and to France. Unfortunately, I have to be home for 5 days in between for work. So I was thinking to buy a 5 day interrail ticket for my 4 travel days. However, I can only leave and enter NL once. Is it possible for me to use my interrail pass to go to Berlin from the German border, and back (and buy a separate ticket to leave and enter the Netherlands). And then use my return & leave NL trips to go to France and back? Or is that not allowed?For clarification:Week 1: German border town → Berlin. Berlin → German border townWeek 2: NL → France. France → NL.Hopefully someone can help me out. It would be so nice to use the interrail pass to discover these two places this summer and my holiday time is limited, but I am not sure if that is allowed with interrail. Thank you!

Help! My daughter is on a train in Germany, having made reservations and getting on the train without activating her mobile pass.  She now can not find the confirmation email to activiate.  What to do?  Customer service for eurail pass said they will get back to us in 4 business days - but she is on the train now!  Any ideas?

Hi ! I'm wondering if is it possible to join Denmark to Germany by the sea? I don't find trains and ferry in the Rail Planner App.  I was thinking that there may be trains / ferries crossing the sea to connect Rodbyhavn to Puttgarden or Gedser to Rostock. Does anyone made this trip and could give me some information on this ?Thanks ! 

Hello,I cannot add train journeys anymore to my mobile pass. However a travel day has been deducted although it was not used. I am in the middle of my journey. So I had to buy tickets and will have to buy more tickets for the trains. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. But it still does not work. This is very frustrating. Is there a number I can call? I tried contacting Interrail everywhere but everywhere they just ask to wait for 2 to 4 business days.Regards,Anusha

I couldn’t find any train between Sofia and Beograd, no matter on which date i try to book. Isn’t there any connection between those two cities, or is it just not possible to see it on the website ?Thanks for your answers

Hi there!I'm planning to go on a trip through Germany in a couple of weeks. It’ll be my first time using Interrail, so I want to ask about a few things to ensure that my trips goes as smooth as possible. ;)So I'm going to assume that I'll be traveling with a Mobile Ticket (though the paper version probably isn't that much different in this case). As how I understand it, I need to fill in the trainstation where I'm departing from and the destination I'll be travelling to. The app will generate a code/ticket which I can show to a ticket inspector (this also works without internet, right?). Please correct me if I'm wrong!Now my main question: may I leave a train earlier than I wrote down in the app? Example: I'm in Hamburg and want to take a train to Kassel, so that's what I'll write down in the app. However, halfway on my journey I change my mind and want to stop at Hannover (where that same train makes a stop too). Will I be able to change my destination from Kassel to Hannover afterwar
