Because it's not possible to transfer different mobile passes from one device to amother, I wonder if the QR code of a certain traveltrip can be scanned and sent to another device. Is that the same as a valid pass?

Hi everyone,Is anyone experiencing the same issue?I would like to make a reservation for the train Krakow to Berlin August 20 at 12:04 AM (EN 50456EURO NIGHT). On the Interrail website they indicate that these reservations cannot be booked via their reservation system but via the Polish website https://www.intercity.pl/en/site/for-passengers/offers/oferta-interrail/rezerwacje-miejsc-kompendium- wiedzy.html . This link refers to a step-by-step plan. However, I am unable to enter the discount code (step 3) 'Interrail/Eurail/NRT/EWT/FIP/OSJD - seat reservation (supplement incl.)', because this is not an option. Does somebody know how to reserve these tickets?Thank you!

When i want to make a reservation on the web site, there is a message "no traveller selected" but i dont know how modify that.

Hello everyone ! Mi friend and i we are travelling across Europe this month of August. Our trip brings us to Croatia where i would like to take the InterCity Nagibni from Zagreb to Split. So far so good. Nevertheless a reservation is required on this train and only the paper format seems available. The problem is that the train is leaving this August 13 and therefore the paper ticket will not arrive before the departure of the train at my home (Nancy/France), for this reason the reservation is not successful.  Do you know maybe how can i get an electronic ticket for this particular journey ? Or maybe is it possible to book a seat directly on the same day in the station of Zagreb ? I hope i have been as clear as possible. Thank you in advance for your answers. Regards Jules 

Hi everyone!I am Italian, and I have an Interrail German Rail Pass. I have successfully added a trip from Bologna to Munich (Eurocity train) to my pass. When I proceed to book the seat reservation, the system says: "Your Pass or the Pass of a travel companion is not valid for this connection.". I tried to change the train, but the problem persists for every train in that railway section (for trains in Germany it works). What is the problem? Here it says clearly that the connection is included in the pass: https://www.interrail.eu/en/interrail-passes/german-rail-pass When I add the trip to the Pass it says that the train is included but that conditions apply for One Country German Rail Pass owners. I am not able to find these conditions anywhere. Do you guys know what the problem is? 

Hi Everyone, In 10 days, my first Interrail is going to start. Unfortunately, I have a problem and I don't know how to solve it. I will travel together with a friend and we bought our interral passes seperately from each other. Now we want te make a reservation from Bologna to Ancona, but the self-service tool shows a notification “error getting price”, what are we doing wrong ?Did we not connect the passes right?Greetings, Paul! 

HiI live in Switzerland, but I own a BahnCard from Deutsche Bahn. Can I buy a Interrail Mobile-Pass from DB? If so, what does that mean for my travels in Germany and Switzerland?thanks for advice! 🚂

My phone with the eurail pass on it broke. The app on my extra phone says I can't add the pass on two devices, how can I delete the pass without having to use the broken phone? The customer support send me to the Facebook and the Facebook message AI send me to this group. 

I have only received an invoice with my reservation (Paris to Avignon), not an e-ticket. My train is tomorrow morning and I need to use a public library to print my ticket! I am very concerned.

Hallo liebe Leute, Ich habe ein Problem, bzw. eine Frage. Ich habe mit den 22 Tage Pass gekauft und dachte, dass ich mir die 22 Tage innerhalb des Monats so packen kann, wie es mir passt. Nun habe ich an Tag 2 (gestern) meiner Reise bemerkt, dass mir ein Tag abgezogen wurde, obwohl ich nicht gereist bin. Nun bin ich am überlegen mir einen 7 Tage Flexipass danach zu kaufen, damit ich doch den ganzen Monat reisen kann. Kann ich also den Inbound, den ich bei meinem jetzigen Pass noch habe, auch im Ausland nutzen? Sprich zum Beispiel von Slowenien nach Kroatien (ich komme aus Deutschland) oder muss ich dafür wirklich nach Deutschland zurück, meinen neuen Pass abbrechen und dann weiterfahren?

Hi! I'm travelling from Budapest to Prague and I've found a Regiojet train that meets my terms of travel but I'm wondering if I can even use the Regiojet train because I don't know if it's one of the train operators usable for Interrail travellers.Any information will be welcome. Thanks

HelloI am planning a European trip from April-June 2022 and during the first two months I will make day trips via train from the cities in which I will be staying to other cities in the same country. For example, while in Madrid, I plan to visit Seville, Valencia, and Toledo, i.e., morning departure and evening return. Based on the number of trips I am planning, the 15 day 2 month pass seems a good choice. My understanding of how the pass works is that you can make an unlimited number of train trips on each of the 15 days.I have not used the Eurail pass before and I saw the following on the website:Eurail.com does not sell one-way or return train tickets from city to city, known as point-to-point tickets. Our awesome train passes are designed for taking multiple journeys on a longer lasting trip. Can someone please confirm whether this means that I cannot use the pass for the types of day trips that I am planning? Hey interrailers!(Bericht in het Nederlands, maar antwoord gerust in het Engels) Aanstaande zaterdag willen we graag met de nachttrein van Boedapest naar Boekarest. Nu zijn er twee opties: om 7 uur en om 11 uur 's avonds. Weet iemand wat het verschil is tussen deze twee treinen? (naast dat ze verschillende aankomsttijden hebben natuurlijk).En dan nog de vraag of er ergens online kan worden gereserveerd, anders doen we dat aanstaande zaterdag gewoon op het station natuurlijk. Bedankt alvast!

I am going to be traveling through Italy this September, and I purchased a Eurail Pass since I would be taking highspeed trains wherever possible. Problem is, on the Eurail website, there are no options for highspeed trains after Sept 19th. However, when I check the Trenitalia website for dates after Sept 19th, there are dozens of highspeed trains. And I can't get a phone number for customer service for the Italian side of things. Has anybody had any experiences like this?

This will be my fifth year I'm going to travel by train, but I have a question.On 1 of your travel days you're allowed to use the pass to travel out of your country, and on another day you're allowed to travel back in. Does it always have to be the first and last day of your trip, though? Or are you allowed to use any day in your travel period?Thanks in advance!

Hi :)I want to go island hopping in Greece with your Greek islands pass for about a month, and I can buy either four travel days in a month or six travel days in a month, but I want more than six travel days. My plan is to buy two passes with four travel days and then have eight travel days in total, but I want them over the course of about a month and not two months. So for example:I start my trip and activate my first pass on the 1st of September. Then I travel on the 5th, the 9th and the 14th in the same month. Then I activate my second pass (the first will still be active until the 1st in the next month) and I travel on the 17th, the 21st, the 27th of September and the 2nd of October.Do you know if its possible?

Hey it's me again... Now trying to book my seat for my train from Prague to Wien. I have 2 options: train ticket without reservation (but possible) or reservation without ticket..? What is the difference? (except for the big price change) Also, why can't I find the Interrail discout in the discounts section...?Thanks in advance for your answers!
