It's my sixth day out of seven. I have the Interrail Pass for 30 days. Everything was alright till yesterday. Yesterday evening the train guards let me and my friend go but there was no ticket on their devices after they scanned our QR codes. They even told us that the ticket is "way too expired". The situation has repeated today. We are in Nordrhein-Westfalen in Germany. I can speak German only a little so we had to use the translator. It's stressful. I am worried and I don't know who I should contact and what I should do. Tomorrow we are going home, to Poland.

I am travelling through six countries starting in two weeks time. Some of my journeys require seat reservations which I have been unable to make, either through Eurail or OBB (train operator). I started trying to reserve them a month ago and haven’t had any response from OBB Customer Support. Does this mean I won’t be able to travel these routes? What other options do I have? Some of these are the second leg of a longer journey so I don’t want to be stranded somewhere! Thanks 

I have global pass but I could not make a seat reservation for the train from Bruxellesto Vienna, however seat reservation is not required for this train. How can I be certain to have a seat on the train without a reservation?

Hello, A couple of times now I have booked tickets for trains or journeys that simply did not exist. The first time was going from Brussels to Luxembourg City. I used a Travel Day to book a ticket for a direct, fast train the night before. Traveling by rail was meant to be less complicated and faster than bus. When I arrived at the train station in the morning, I discovered that the train did not exist and instead was sent via 4 trains and a bus on a journey that was almost 3 times as long as what I booked. Had I known, I would have saved my Travel Day for a different date and booked a direct bus instead. Today, the same thing has occurred traveling between Munich and Zurich. This morning I went to the train station and used up my last Travel Day to book a direct, fast train. This was confirmed by station workers. After departing on the train, however, I was informed that the train is no longer direct, that my journey requires 2 connections, and thus is now longer than advertised. This

Yesterday i bought an interrail ticket for me and 3 other people. I am still waiting for a confirmation email or some sort but it does not seem to be comming. I’ve tried all ways of contacting but the phone number i could find didn’t work, the help bots couldn’t do any good and there is still no reply to my mail.

Hello ! I bought 2 mobile pass but I am not able to add them on the app. It says « your details don’t match ». I tried to reload and reload the app or to add the passes on another mobile phone but it still don’t work. I am supposed to travel, within a few days everything is planned but the customer still don’t answer so I can’t book my first travel. Is someone able to help me ? Thank you very much !! Mélanie.

My son and his friend purchased the 6 day per month and under his friends app it says she has used all six days but only has 5 days of travel booked.  The 6th day which they haven’t booked is not on the app.   My son is doing the exact same trip and his app is correct with 5 days of travel and one free day.   They have updated the app and restarted the phone.  No change! Please advise as they are on a train right now. and thank you for your help.

Hi! I’ve been searching for the best train connections on multiple sites (interrail site, railplanner app and DB) but now I wanted to check if these trains are included in the interrail pass. One of my trains (Triëste - Ljubljana) showed up on the interrail website as “Details unavailable”. It’s a RE train so I think it’s without reservations but it crosses the border (so I’m not sure anymore). I don’t want to book this train, just want to know if I can take it (without reservations). This also showed up for the S-bahn from Brennero Brenner to Innsbruck, but the interrail site (https://www.interrail.eu/en/plan-your-trip/trains-europe/trains-country/trains-austria) told me that it’s included. I checked the page for Slovenia (https://www.interrail.eu/en/plan-your-trip/trains-europe/trains-country/trains-slovenia) but the Trieste-Ljubljana route isn’t listed under the international routes. Does someone know if this train is included in the pass or not? Thanks!

Hello, i’ve had a problem just after the payment of my reservation.What normaly happen after this ? A instant mail wich confirms with the billet ? something else ? I’ve buy my global pass on 31/07 , and i planned to go on Sunday 07 .. it’s my second problem for reservation .. can some one help ?  

J’aimerai faire ma réservation de siège, suite à l’achat de mon Pass Global. Mais à chaque essai, le message d’erreur suivant apparait : “Vous ne pouvez pas effectuer cette réservation.Le train que vous avez trouvé dans les horaires a changé récemment. Veuillez sélectionner une autre correspondance” Je souhaite effectuer le trajet suivant : MONTPELLIER SAINT-ROCH (France) - COPENHAGEN (Denmark) le Samedi 07 Juillet, départ 09h19. L’erreur se produit peut importe l’horaire choisie, ainsi que la date. Comment faire pour effectuer ma réservation de siège ?  

Another question about reservations:I'm trying to reserve seats for the TGV Lyon - Bruxelles, yet everytime I try to reserve seats via the TGV website (https://en.oui.sncf/en/pass/interrail-seat-reservation), I'm being redirected to their homepage.Anyone able to help?

Hello,My pass started the journey on the 9th of July, whereas I actually started my trip and only took my first ticket on the 24th of July. So it says my pass will end on the 9th of august insteed of the 24th. How can this be corrected ? 

Hello,I am travelling 24th of july 7 am, worried i cannot show my pass to the ticket controller. I am logged in on my pass, when i click on show my ticket the app asks for a password. And my loggin password of my pass does not work.

Hello all, 3 friends and I ordered a mobile Interrail pass each. Many journeys we would like to do require seat reservation. However, the online seat booking system doesn't work (I’ve searched for many journeys in the reservation system, none of them is available for seat reservation, according to the system), it seems to be a known issue in the community. Is it possible to make seat reservations for 4 adults for the following journey?Lyon Perrache → Berlin, August 07, departing at 9:58 AM and arriving at 20:22 (there is a correspondance from Lyon Perrache → Frankfurt(Main) Hbf, it is the journey which need seat reservation) We had no sustained answer from the sncf and the interrail service, the two send us back to the other company... we're 3 days before we leave, it's a little panic.. thank you very much for helping us.

Hello everyone,has anyone ever had the problem that your phone broke before your journey where you had already added your mobile pass and now you can’t add it on the new phone? (“This pass is already activated on another device”).Is there a possibility to add it on the new phone and deactivate it on the old one?  

Mobile pass will not load into my phone. I get an error message: “Your details don’t match.” But the details I entered (from the “confirmation email”) DO match. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem?

Hello. I am currently trying to book reservations in France and Italy. Sadly the website always says “not available”, even though I have tried every date and time that is possible. I have also tried booking over the ItaliaRail website, but they have no function where you can say that you own an Interrail Pass. I can only book tickets not reservations over the Italian website despite the Interrail website saying, that booking only reservations over the ItaliaRail website should be possible. Can anyone help me solving this problem? Why does it always say “not available”? (I have looked on other websites the train is available and not fully booked)

I am returning  my interail tickets and was wondering what is needed to return the tickets, is it just the order number, sent and return address and a stamp. 

If I purchase this pass, is it valid within 30 days of the first travel day or valid within the calendar month of the first travel day only?  Please help.

Good morning, I would like to ask your support with a problem I had on Monday. I don't know who should I contact, as I haven't received any answer from Eurail. I needed to travel from Venezia Mestre (where I live) to Stuttgart on Monday (via Munich), and this would have been my frist trip of my interrail pass (5 days within a month). I booked the train from Venezia Mestre to Munich at 13.47 on Monday 2 August, however once I went to the station, the train was not displayed. I talked to the train company and they told me that that train has been anticipated by one hour and unfortunately they didn't notify most of the passengers who didn't book via the OBB website, but via other platforms (like me). So the next train would have arrives at 2.30 in the night (waisting also in this case two travel days). Has anyone tried to book a night jet train via OBB? I am a bit confused how do I put in my interrail global pass when it comes to reserving a seat. Apparently I should be able to online via the option "Interrail/Eurail - Globalpass" under discount but I can't seem to see that… if anyone has any guidance or suggestion on this that would be amazing! I am intending to travel from Innsbruck to Amsterdam. For some reason the OBB number online doesn't work when I call either. Thanks in advance ! :) 

hello, were actually in a train who is going to budapest from prague, we’ve got our ticket on our phone but the company (régiojet) told us it wasnt valid. and that interrail wasnt available with their trainsbut with have thé ticket on our phone and it was never write anywhere that we had to do anything.they forced us to leave the train because they would call the police. We dont have anywhere to sleep and there are no trains later . what can we do ? help us 

I added a journey to our mobile pass from Paris to Bayeau and return in September (14/16). The system says I need a seat reservation.  However, it will not allow be to make a seat reservation.How do I make a seat reservation?  I would like to do it before I travel rather than waiting until Wearrive in Paris.(I made seat reservations before but there seems to be a problem now.) jim
