Hi there,Why there are two types..InterRail and EurRail? I am EU citizen and my wife is a non-EU citizen. We want to travel together but it feels like that we have to buy separate ticket and take separate train.Can you please explain whats the difference and why its not confusing??? Looking forward and many thanks.Regards,Kafil

Hi everyone,When making reservations, is it sufficient to have your reservations downloaded on your phone? Or are there any countries/trains which require printed reservations?

Hi!On the rail planner we can take the train from Stockholm to Narvik…But it's really possibile for the tourist enter in Norway from Sweden? 

I was wondering how the month pass works? Is it a certain numbers of days or it is from 1st of the month till the end? So I wanted to get 2 month pass and start traveling on 9th of the first month. My question is, is a pass valid from 9th of the first month untill end of the 2nd month or it is like 62 days total? Couldn’t find the answer in term and condition nor in FAQ. 

I bought two mobile passes a few days ago, with the starting travel date on 14/8. I also purchased the Plus upgrade, so 100% refund should be possible. Hi everyone, We have the first class Eurail pass and we just started our journey (1st time Eurail pass users). Me and my wife had booked a trip from Milan to Visp for today (just before noon), which needed seat reservation. When I went to the station this morning, they said only one seat can be reserved (which I did) and the train is full.  Do you know how the process works for the second seat reservation? They said come back at 9 and see if a seat is available but I don’t know if it is something that happens regularly or not.  Thanks for your help!  Mehrdad

Besides wider seat, wifi, etc. as advertised on the website, are there other benefits in reservation, luggage space in 1st class cabins, change of trip, etc. We are planning a trip between Germany, Czehia, Hungary, Austria, possibly Switzerland, I don’t see much direct night train available to warrant a 1st class purchase. Any insight to the differences is appreciated.

Hey guys, We need your help. My best friend and I are planning a Trip to Brest, France. We are starting in Berlin (main station) and thought about taking the train down to Mannheim (main station). The route would continue with a TGV connecting Mannheim and Paris (Gare L’Est). The route from Paris to Brest is also clear, now our question is: If we buy an Interrail Pass for France only, does ist cover the trip from Mannheim (main station) to Paris Gare de L’Est? hi,I bought a flexipass 10 days during 2 months. I lost 2 days of traveling (the app is swipping the day) : so when I look back, day 2 and 6 are empty of journey : ‘It’s writing ‘NO JOURNEYS ADDED’ but impossible to use it. I send messages by mail and messager to INTERRAIL, but no solution receveid because of they are too busy. And my pass is ending the 31 of august.Thanks a lot.

Hey everyone, I’m planing a journey through italy by the end of the month and my highlight was supposed to be a trip from Naples to Palermo and back to Rome. My plan was to take a night train to Messina (INI36067) and continue from there with a regional.Now the price in the booking tool of interrail is 97€(!), because I can only take the c4 comfort wagon. In the normal route planner tool it says if I take a normal seat it’s only 3€. I obviously just need a seat, how do I get that? In the FAQs on the interrail website is written I’m supposed to book it on the italian website, but there I can only see the option to buy a ticket for 85€.Does anyone have experiences with trenitalia.com and can help me out? Any help is much apreciated. Kind regards, Mo

Hi ! We have the Global Pass, and we are now in Igoumenitsa, we would like to reach Berlin through eastern Europe (Skopje, Belgrade, vienne, Berlin). Itseems there are no trains available... Can someone help us ?

Hey guys! I would like to buy a ticket for the night train from Budapest to Bucarest on next Wednesday online. But a paper ticket is mandatory and when I put my French address, it says it won't arrive in time. Should I put an address from Budapest (I arrive there this Saturday)? But I'm only sleeping in hostels there... I saw I could buy it in a train station also but is it going to be the same price? I'm not sure about that… I am in Vienna right now. Or should I wait to be in Budapest to buy it? Thanks in advance for your help!!! 

Hello everyone, We're (my sister and I) supposed to go home from France to Germany on the 12th, but in Germany, trains are currently cancelled on that day so we would have to find another way home. Is it possible to travel through or into other countries like the Netherlands to get home? Or is that not included in our One Country ticket? If we could go to, say, Enschede, it'd be much more convenient for us. Does anyone know or are there fellow Germans looking for the same problem/solution?

Hi!I will be taking a Train from Nice to Italy tomorrow and it does not requiere a reservation. But since France has those automatic controlls and no conductor, I am wondering if the QR Code in the App will be accepted and let me pass through? Because in the last trains I only scanned the paper reservation ticket and never used the Code from the App. Any experience? another question: is it mandatory to print the E-Ticket reservations for Trains in Italy?

Hi folks! I’m traveling from Alba to Zürich in September and have booked my seat reservations on the train, however I’m unable to book the same time for my travel day since the time does not exist on the rail planner app! Im supposed to take the route that starts 06:07 (earlybird I know), but the earliest journey the app shows me is 07:07. Also the rail planner app shows different trains than the reservations I’m offered. What would you guys do? Any advice?

Dear community,I have been experiencing a lot of issues using the mobile pass in Interrail's own app. I have been trying to get support from the customer service for more than two weeks now but only received one standard answer to update the app which didn't help me further since my app was and still is up to date. Please let me know if you have any idea how to fix the issue I'll describe below.In the beginning of my travels everything seemed to work fine. After a while different sections of the app (journey details, ticket with QR code,...) started disappearing again and again, I could first help myself by taking screenshots during the times when the app was working. However, for more one week I am not able to access My Pass and My Trip, I can not see my ticket or my journey at all. It looks like I never added a ticket but when trying to add my pass again, it says that "This pass is already on your device". It just seems to be locked or hidden for me in some way. I don't dare uninstal

Bonjour la communauté, j’ai une question à vous poser concernant le pass Europe, j’ai opté pour un pass 7 jours sauf que je rentre chez moi en avion, est ce que c’est possible d’utiliser les jours restants pour se déplacer dans le pays d’origine (France) pour information j’atterris à Nice et je dois rentrer chez moi à Paris.
