Hello!I’m planning to do a trip around Europe with in the next month. Not sure if I will need 5 or 10 travels days. Can I easily exchange my pass, pay a fee and extend it with a Plus Upgrade?All the best!

I have also heard that many trains (for example from Thessaloniki to Skopje) do not run at all due to Corona.Thank you for your help!Emma

Hi there! Maybe someone can help me out!I want to travel to Barcelona on August 8th. Therefore I need a reservation for the train from Paris - Barcelona. Unfortunately that’s not an e-ticket, but a paper ticket… Since it takes at least 6 business days to send it out I’m a bit stuck…My question is:1. What is your experience with this? I was hoping to just get an email which I could print out…2. Is it possible to make a reservation on the 8th at Paris-station for this train?Hope to hear from you!Save and fun travels to you all!

Hi! My friend and I want to take a nighttrain, but all the trains we see in the Interrail App that go at night that are without a transfer/change say "+ 1 day" (see the screenshot for an example). Why is this? Because we thought it would only cost us just 1 travel day since there is no transfer... 

Hey there, in the train from munich to bologna the woman told me that with the interrail global pass you have to pay 10€ extra fee (additional to the seat reservation) for each highspeed train you take. Is this true ? How can i book that? Thank you so much, V

So i have a question and i didn’t find an answer in the FAQs. For every day i’m driving with the train, it’s one travel day.How does it work with the start and the home coming? When i start from home to the first destination and from the last destination to my home place, do i have to count in two travel days for these trips`?Thank you for your answers. Greets Julia. 

Hello everyone,I have a problem with my interrail pass.Saturday I left for home from Italy to the Netherlands. I had already used 3 days out of 4 of my pass. So I had 1 day left, I had also checked this in advance!Just before I started traveling by train on Saturday, I wanted to put the train journey in the app. Then suddenly it said that I had already consumed the 4th day, there was a train trip to Verona? I've never used this.I couldn't do anything with the pass anymore, because he indicated that all days had already been used.My only option was to buy a new interrail ticket for 170.I did this, a little later I started the interrail app again, and then my old interrail pass was in it again, WITHOUT the train journey to verona and my 4th day of travel was available again.Now I threw away 170 euros just because there was an error in the app.Can I get my money back for this?Tnx!

I try to reserve my seat, but the it remind me "No price results were found for this connection. Please try searching again or find an alternative way to book." If I am traveling with a 22 day (consecutive)  E pass that has already been activated--I want to board a train from Amsterdam to Prague that does not require a reservation:  What do I have to do?  Can I just board the train?  Do I need to enter trip data before boarding?Same question if seat reservation is required. What do I need to have on my phone at boarding?Pass is 1st Class if that matters.Thanks for the help, really excited to travel again, but this is the first trip with a pass, and it’s also multiple people.  Guessing when we arrive it will make more sense, but sitting in Phoenix, Arizona, it’s pretty confusing.

I've tried different directions and on different days (from Innsbruck tot Milano, Innsbruck to Berlin, Zurich to Paris), but none of them gives me the possibilty to make a reservation.Can anyone tell me what to do? Thanks!

Hi! My friend and i just tried to book tickets for our trains back to holland, for one train we could, but for the other one it said that the tickets were unavailable. When i went to the site of the company itself (eurostar) i could still book tickets there, but i couldnt get any interrail discount and they are suuper expensive. Is there any way i can still buy tickets without breaking the bank? Thanks in advance. 

Hi,In France it is hard to book if you are not at the train station. I tried to book a ticket from Paris to Budapest and when calling the Austrian rail company they were able to book a reservation from aschaffenburg to budapest for me. I had to book Paris-Aschaffenburg at the station.  Well i went to the station and to my surprise the reservation would cost me 96 euros! I thought this must be a mistake so i looked online and online for the same train i pay less not using my interrail pass then i pay when i use it. It is the same train!   The train in question is the 8 august 19:06 train from Paris to aschaffenburg wich arrives at 01:22.  The price difference is €20 and i got the other price from trainline. This surely must be a mistake right? What did i do wrong?

Hey! I have a question:) I was supposed to get home today, I booked my ticket from Genova back to the Netherlands. However my last train got cancelled so I’m stuck in Frankfurt atm. Meaning that I have to continue my trip tomorrow.I have an extra travelday over, one that I didn’t use. However the problem is that I can’t use this one because the app thinks that I’m already back in the Netherlands, meaning that I used my “inbounded” ticket/journey. Soooo what should I do tomorrow morning?
