Fast question, my train was late, i take a reservation from Copenhagen to Alvesta, I think I'll miss that train, i need to take another reservation?

Hi everyone :) I would like to book a train from Paris to Frankfurt.I saw the train I want on Oui.sncf and DB website, it’s an ICE train. I can’t find any option for the Interrail pass on the passenger settings. Does someone know how to do it? Thanks for you help! :)

Hi, we are really stuck and don’t know how to go to Montenegro from the Meteores. The train who who go to belgrade from thessaloniki is close this year and Sofia - Nis - Belgrade too. The ferry to bari to bar is expensive and we don’t have much money. Maybe bus who cross Albania but we don’t find anything on internet.Thanks for your help if you have some tips 

hello,are there currently any trains operating through the baltic states.Because the countries are on the route map but the route planer can't find the cities or any trains for next months.

Can you have both your IPhone and your IPad loaded with the Eurail planner app with the same log on? Will both have your train schedule and passes loaded?

Hello,I live in France and I've bought a one country pass for 3 days in Italy. I've also activated my pass on Rail Planner and it gives me 3 QR codes for 3 trip that I planned. Is that my final tickets or I have to book for reservation?I saw that trains that I'll take needs reservations, but I still don't know how to do the reservations. Is there anyway I can do it online or I must book reservation at the train station or call centre? Or can I do it somewhere in France?Thank you for your time,Have a nice trip,Mei

Bought 2 global interrail passes in Feb 21 and now because of COVID and extra cost of tests etc, we cannot travel.  We are sure it  said they were exchangeable when we booked them but the website says promotional passes are not.  Passes due to start 24 July so urgently need answer.

I have just bought my first global pass for 15 days in 2 months 🥳 it says “0/2 outbound/inbound” does that mean I have to extra days? So I have 15 days to travel plus an inbound and outbound day? 

Hi, can I travel in both directions (eg. Berlin → Frankfurt and Frankfurt → Berlin) on one travel day or can I go only in one direction?Do I have to have trip completely planned in order to add it to my mobile pass in the app or can I add journeys after activating my pass?Thanks in advance!

Hi, i'm starting my interrail on july 28th doing paris - berlin with a stopover in franckfurt but by entering them in my mobile pass it counts as 3 days of travel ..(Paris 19:06 -> Franckfurt 22:59 then Franckfurt 00:54 -> Berlin 7:18)do you know how to fix this? Thank you in advance

Hello,I just made a big mistake as i was trying to cancel a journey: i cancelled the travel day i wanted and booked a new travel day... but for today. It's the evening, i'm not going to travel today and i can't delate this travel day i just booked because the day has already started.I don't have any other travel days and i would like to travel tomorrow. Hi all, I am planning a journey from the Netherlands to Poland starting from August 4th. I had to wait until I had permission from my work which I received yesterday. According to the Interrail website, the shipping of the pass is 3 - 8 days when choosing premium shipping, so i thought it would be fine. However, when I wanted to buy the global (5 days in a month) pass, i found out that it was only possible to select the standard shipping. The first travel day possible would be August 6th. I know that it is also possible to buy the digital pass but I prefer the paper ticket….  As I have like 2 weeks left, i hope that someone knows how to buy a interrail pas that arrives on time. Regards from The Netherlands, Alex

I have boarded three trains so far travelling in France, all SNCF (TER) trains said not to require reservations in the Rail Planner app. Only 1, from Paris to Dijon, has accepted the pass. The other two, when the conductors scanned it, showed me that the ticket returned NULL when scanned, and I had to pay 60 and 90 euros to stay on the train! In every case, the planned "Journey" was added to my pass before they scanned the QR code.What's happening here? I paid 200 euros for this pass now I have to go around Europe paying out each of the rail companies when the pass comes through null!? What is being done wrong!? Do I have to stop at the ticket booth and show THEM the code, then they give me the ticket? Am I missing a step here? I've never used an eu rail pass before, and it's my first time travelling in Europe. Please help!

I”m using my 3 months pass since July 4th and Friday before to move from Munich to Berlin, my mobile pass was delete a message ask to recreate my mobile pass but my mobile pass account was not able to create. Now after two days, a new message says “ the reservations are not connected to a mobile pass”. the IT department create a new apps with a schedule agenda and create some confusion a new internship error ?? 

My son is in Italy and has had his phone stolen. It seems as if the pass and it’s functionality is linked to the original ( stolen) phone and is not accessible with another phone. Is this correct and if so how can he book future train journeys? 

Not currently allowing me to purchase paper passes.  What is the best way to purchase the 6 mobile tickets so each person will be able to access from their own phone?  We may not take every ride together, but I am paying for all of them and want to use my own credit card for the the award pointsThanks,Bill

Hi, I just started my journey, I am currently on a train. Just when my ticket was about to be checked, I opened the app and my pass was not there. I re-added it successfully but as I did that, my old trip was somehow disconnected from my pass and a new one was connected. On the new pass, I cannot add an outbound journey for some reason. The journey above is empty as you can see. The date on both is July 19. I need to set this as my outbound journey because otherwise, I will have a travel day less. Also when I add more journeys to this day, some of the previous ones get deleted. Please help me with this as soon as possible, i'm on a train in the middle of nowhere by myself and I cannot reach anyone from interrail. Help within 2 business days is really not fast enough

Hi,I added my interrail pass on my mobile Phone but it broke yesterday.I buy a New phone and i Will want to add my pass on this one. I know i have to contact customer service, but i dont find any number. I send a mail. There is an automatical answer wich say that they will answer me in 4 days.I am a little stressfull because i start my trip on saturday. Do you know other way to contact the customer service, or do you know any way to change my pass from my old to my New phone ? Tank you Damien ( sorry for my english wich not really good)

Hey everyone,I am going from Zurich to Luxemburg and The suggested rail is the one on the image. I can not find informations about FerBus, where can I get my reservation from? 

8 family members are using 5 Global Pass days to travel. Is it best to use one Rail Planner app on one phone and set all travel passes on the one phone? Or should each person download Rail Planner app and set up their individual trips?

If I have a pass with 5 travel days, do the first train ride out of my home country and the last train ride back to my home country count? Would I have to use 2 of the 5 travel days for them?  I’d be so thankful for any help, somehow I can’t find this info on the official website anymore :)

I have a global pass with no activation date but it say it must be activated before 04 Dec 2020. Some passes were extended another year due to COVID19. I dont know if my pass is one of them 

Hi, my family is planning a trip in summer 2022. Since Eurail pass has 11 months after purchase to activate, can I buy a 10 days 2 months pass now (July 18 2021) and activate before June 18 2022 and use the pass till Aug 17, 2022?Thanks for your help.
