Issues with seat reservation between Amsterdam and Paris
Hi! I’m trying to book a seat in a train from Amsterdam to Paris. Almost every one of the options on the website says: “No price results were found for this connection. Please try searching again or find an alternative way to book.” I also tried to book directly from the Thalys website but when I try to search for trains it says there’s a technical error. What should I do?
Error when entering travelers - info not correct but it is
when attempting to enter travelers in order to make seat reservations I receive error “you information does not match please check confirmation email for correct information” The information I am entering is correct. I do have the passes entered and activated on the app however to make seat reservations I am required to enter travelers with information...I can’t get this.HELP! I am traveling on Tuesday and really need reservations for my train for the morning I arrive.
Hallo ZusammenEine Freundin und ich werden ab Samstag 10 Tage mit Interrail durch Italien reisen. Wir haben ein 2. Klasse E-Ticket. Nun habe ich über das Interrail-Portal die Sitzplätze reserviert. Auf den Bestätigungen steht jedoch bei beiden ein 1. Klasse Sitzplatz. Wisst ihr, wie das sein kann? Ich konnte bei der Reservation nur die 2. Klasse anwählen. Bekommen wir da nun Probleme, wenn wir trotzdem reisen?Achja und wir starten aus der Schweiz.Liebe Grüsse Jennifer

I want to travel on the 24th October from Barcelona to Paris on the 10.05am TVG OUIHow do I get the paper reservation copy required as I have tried online but the estinaled delivery date is in November….I will be home by then.Can I book my reservation at the Barcelona Rail Station assuming this is classified as an international Station and able to do so when I arrive in Barcelona on the 18th October.Many thanks.
Interail self-service check out process
I am trying to make seat reservations for my trip in Italy. I have already gotten a ticket on the rail planner app. I click on the check out, and it wants me to put in Billing information in the site. I cannot get past the Country section because it doesn’t have United States as a listed County. BTW it would be simpler if you could do this all within one app. Very confusing.

Hola, si tengo un pase global que supuestamente te permite reservar en los trenes disponibles, por qué el planificador de viajes me dice que si quiero ir de Valencia a París me cuesta 50 euros? Suelen cobrarte aparte por los viajes o hay alguna manera de canjear eso con el pase?Gracias!!
Train that doesnt require reservation
I will be taking some trains that do not require a reservation. I have a mobile pass and have added the trips I will be taking to my pass. I can see the QR code on the app, is there any thing else I have to do like print a physical ticket? Or do I just board the train with just my eurail pass with the trip active? Because I don’t have a PNR code since the trips are only on my eurail app. Thanks.
Can not add Mobile Pass/traveller to eurail.eu account
I am attempting to make seat reservations on my eurail.eu account but I can not seem to add myself to a trip as a traveller, it states that my details are incorrect/do not match. I purchased my mobile ticket from national rail UK/eurail and have managed to download the mobile app and activate my ticket, but you can not make reservations for the eurostar using the app.I do not have facebook or twitter, so I can not contact customer services. I wondered if anyone could advise/help me with this problem?Thanks!David
Travel connections in Croatia not shown on the in the Rail planner. How to show a ticket?
Dear allI would like to take the train from Zagreb to Zadar tomorrow in Croatia. I read on the Eurail webpage that there are some train connections, like this one, that do not show up in the Eurrail planner. But since yestarday I was triying to make reservations and, wel yesterday the web was wrong, but today the web says that it does not recognices my dads passes, only my moms. I dont know why? Hello everybody,We would like to travel from Brussels to Sofia (Bulgaria), the trip is 1 day 20 hours and 20 minutes. And during the trip we are crossing Austria, Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria (before Sofia). My question is : how is it count in travel days ? Does it count as 1 as we go from point A to point B (even with changes) ? does it count as 2 as we have more than 24 hours of travel ? or does it count as 5 as we have 4 changes to arrive ? Traveling from Gothenburg(Sweden) to Prague but need a bit of help
Hello there!I’m planning on going to Prague in the beginning of November and I would like some help with getting my trip sorted out. I’ve found the trains i’m going to travel with but some of them say ‘’Additional reservation needed’’ and I don’t know how that works, I don’t really get the support page where they explain it.So the travel plan looks like this right now: Gothenburg C - Malmö C with what I think is the öresundståg, the train name is RE 1105.Then from Malmö C - Berlin Hbf with Snalltaget I believe.From Berlin Hbf - Prague-holesovice with a train called EC 173.It tells me that I need Seat reservation at the train between Malmö and Berlin but how do I do that?Then going back from Prague it’s the same part that I need reservation on again.https://i.imgur.com/SQqVI8P.jpeg Thanks in advance! :)Lucas
