Can't add a travel day to the pass

Hi all, we are travelling now and suddenly cannot add a travel day to the interracial pass. Is something goes wrong, and try again (see screen shot). So we have to catch a train in half an hour, and what now?? We already removed the specific journey and placed it back in the app. Nothing changed. Help!

can‘t add a journey to my pass

!urgent! Hey, I can‘t add a journey to my pass in my mobile ticket. Every time I try I get a notification „something went wrong“. Generally, my pass is all set, I didn’t use any of my travel days yet… The viability period of my pass starts tomorrow. Is this the problem? I thought I could add and activate a journey to my pass beforehand… I am really devastated…

My mobile pass dont activate a day trip, i cant travel

Dear, my eurail mobile pass is not working, moreover since April 23 I have sent emails to App support and have not had a response. I can’t activate a Day trip, so i cant have a ticket. Therefore, today, April 26, I had to buy a train ticket from Vienna to Prague, document is attached. At the OBB office they told me that this ticket will be reimbursed by them. Ihope to have an answer soon and have the necessary support to solve the problem of my pass.

Trying to book seat reservations

I’m trying to book reservations for a trip to Angouleme and La Rochelle in June. Before buying my internal passes, it looked as though this would save money as the reservations would cost only 10E each, but now the website says there are none available, and when I go on B-Europe website the costs are higher, and then when I try and book I need a number from a paper pass, which I don’t have. I’m booking from the UK so not possible to go into a French station, and as we have fairly limited time to travel, I don’t want to risk waiting until the day to book. Are there any other ways to book seat reservations? Also is it likely that there will be any cheaper reservations available if I wait, or do they get booked a long time in advance? Thanks in advance.

connect pass to trip

Hi! We are two friends who are traveling together and we have our passes on different devices. My friend made a trip and was able to connect her pass to it, but I am not. She sent me the link for the trip but I am not able to see the trip we have planned? The trip is connected to the pass but its empty, I can’t see the journey we have planned only that my pass I connected to a trip. How do I fix this?

Activation of two passes at the same time

Hello, I want to travel three months and come back to my home country (Germany) during the first one. That’s why I bought one pass with 4 travel days within one month and another one with 15 travel days within 2 months. Two of the 4 days from the first pass I want to use to get off my home country and to come back. Means there is one left. As I can’t use this one to start from my homecountry again, I want to know, if I can use for the second time to leave my homecountry the second pass I bought (14 travel days within two months) to get to France and if it is possible to afterwards (but within the 30 days) use the first pass again in France (not homecountry) so the 4th travel day wouldn’t be wastetd. This means for a couple of days two passes would be activated for the same time and person. Is this possible? Thanks for your answer.

Must our Eurail Passes be activated to purchase Eurostar tickets?

We will be a party of four from Canada who will have Global Eurail passes, and plan to travel on a Eurostar from London to Brussels in August. Three of us will begin using our passes in mid-July and the fourth will arrive in London from Canada a few days before we will travel to Belgium. We know that time of year is busy and the number of seats available for 2nd class Eurail pass holders is limited. Must our Eurail passes be activated before we can reserve tickets on the Eurostar? Thank you for your help.

Can I print out the mobile pass (Global Pass)

Hi all Is it possible to print out the mobile pass (i.e. to print out the QR code)? I understand that the old paper tickets are no longer an option but, for example, the British mobile passes can actually be printed out and then you just show the ticket inspector the QR code on the piece of paper. It will be for an elderly person of 85 (his last travel trip :-( ) who is not tech savvy at all and he is extremely panicked at the idea of having it all on mobile. I’d really appreciate any insight. What does 10 days within 2 months mean exactly?

Hello everyone, I bought a 10 days within 2 months pass and I want to make sure I understand correctly how to count the 2 months, because I read something that didn’t sound right to me. Let’s say I start my trip on the 20th of August. So since 2 months equal 8 weeks, the last possible travel day would be the 14th of October, right? Thanks in advance for clarifying! :)

Trouble booking seat reservations

My fiancé and I are heading to Switzerland in the middle of July. We’ve read that you can book trains using the Eurail pass that go along the same route as the Glacier Express from Zermatt to St. Moritz, but we can’t seem to find anything. Everything takes us up through Zurich. If we try to book through the Glacier Express website, the price is the same regardless of whether we put in that we have the Eurail pass. It doesn’t seem to be giving us any discount. Any advice?

Railplanner shows the past train ticket instead of the current train.  

Yesterday Mobile pass was not generating the ticket for the newly added train. We are family and are on travelling and yesterday was the second travel day so we need urgent support. I contacted https://eurail.zendesk.com/hc/en-001/requests/new and no answered yet. I checked this morning and the ticket is now generated correctly, strange, but I am still very concerned that will happen again. Is there anyone here to help? Yesterday which was the second day of the travel days, I added another train to the pass. The train is also shown as added to ticket in my trip list. But old ticket from the very first travel day is shown instead in the pass when I trying to show ticket to conductor and it was always like that the whole day. Restart railplanner app does not help. Internet connection was fine. Yesterday we could not show the the valid ticket in the pass. Only the first day ticket which was in the past was shown. Of course the travel day counted correctly as 2. How can I make sure this wi

passport ID changed

Hi guys, I won an interrail ticked from die EU! When I won it I signed up with my passport ID of course. However I had to get a new passport due to the fact that it lost its validity. Well, I still have my old passport with this old passport ID (but of course its not valid any longer). Do you guys think that everything will be fine if I just bring my old passport as well just to be sure that I can prove that the interrail pass is actually mine? Traveling NL-UK, global pass or UK pass?

Hi all! We’ll be traveling next week to the UK from the Netherlands, by Ferry. The itinerary will be first from our home in NL to IJmuiden, take the ferry to Newcastle, and in the UK, travel to Inverness, Edinburgh, and then back to Newcastle to take the ferry back to IJmuiden and then lastly, take the train home. Thus, there are 5 travel days, of which 2 are in our home country. If I understood correctly, this means we can suffice with a 4 day Global Interrail Pass, is this correct? (unfortunately, a 3 day pass does not exist). Alternatively, could we also suffice with a UK pass? Or do these not allow for deduction of outbound/inbound travels? Many thanks already for your reply! Customer Support - how long to wait for answer

I have contacted customer support on march 30th to get a pass cover numbers so I can make some reservations. How long does it usually take to get an answer? I got a mail after two days saying that they have very much work to do.

Can't activate my last journey

I have four days of travel, three went well, the last one doesn't work: “Your Pass isnt’t valid in some of these countries” But the same trip in the other direction worked out well. What can I do? I already have a reservation. Thanks for the help, the first trip starts tomorrow. No response from customer service for three days.

Where is order page with prices and options?

I’m finding this website very frustrating. I want to find the page to order my passes but all I can get is endless pages asking for my dates and itinerary. I don’t have my exact dates and have only a general itinerary. We don’t like to travel with a set itinerary and that is why we used to like Eurail since we could just decide at the last minute where and when to go. Anyway, I would like to find a page which lists all of the options and prices without entering my itinerary. Any help?
