Hi All,  I need suggestion on how many travel days pass should I book. Below is my itenary:  Travel Day 1: Reaching Basel from Rome by Air and taking same day  train from Basel to Interlaken as I have stay booked in Interlaken. Within Interlaken , we also plan to travel to Junfrau mountain via the local train.  Travel Day 2: Take train From Interlaken to Innsbruke  Travel Day 3: Take train from Innsbruke to Prague Travel day 4: Prague to Berlin.  I was booking 4 days Interrail but I am getting suggestions of booking 5 days. Which does not make sense to me that is the reason I thought of checking from the experts. Please help.

Hello, My partner and I bought a Mobile 7-day Global Pass, but we feel we got the wrong pass… We figured out that we only need 3 days of train travel, hence we should have gotten the Mobile 4-day Global Pass. We already paid and reserved our seats for our trains with the 7-day pass, but we have not yet activated the pass as we are starting our trip at the end of March 2024. A couple questions:Can we exchange our pass from a Mobile 7-day Global Pass to a Mobile 4-day Global Pass? Although we already booked our trains with the Mobile 7-day Global Pass, if we exchange our pass to a Mobile 4-day Global Pass, will we have to rebook our trains? (we fear that if we have to re-reserve our trains, we will lose the reservations we had already made since it seems the leg of our trip from London to Paris has limited reservations available as we are traveling on Easter Monday). Thank you so much in advance! We are thinking about purchasing a Eurail Pass for our holiday later this year. When I look at Rome2Rio, the price for a mid morning fast train from Paris to Bordeaux (for example), is approx $100 AUD pp. By comparison, the price on the Rail Planner app is from Euro 12 pp. Please assist me to better understand how to access pricing on Rail Planner. Thank you. 

HiNew here and looking at a European round trip which appears to cost just over 400 euros, including London. But, if I look at travel on mainland GB it appears to cost over 600 euros.On trains travelling from e.g. Penzance to London, can you board anywhere along it’s journey?Asking because many places are listed.Please forgive my ignorance, just learning and planning.Thanks

Hello, this will be our first time to Europe and have a couple questions.  We are traveling in Aug/Sept 2024 so we have time to plan.Our trip is 3 parts.  First part, arrive in London and travel to Edinburgh by train - travel around Scotland for 4 days and then train back to London.Part 2, fly from London to Budapest for 3 or 4 days.Part 3, travel from Budapest by train, probably going Salzburg, Munich, Zurich, and ending in Basel.  Spending a night in each city.Does a 4-7 day Eurail pass make sense (which would cover the London to Edinburgh legs, as well as Budapest to Basel), or would it be easier to just buy tickets as we go?  Days of travel will be known and our schedule will be flexible as far as train times are concerned.If we do go with a pass, is a paper pass easier to work with?  I’ve been reading reviews about issues with the app, wifi, etc. I can’t find much information on what you do with the paper pass when you are ready to board a train.Thank you!

Hi there - I apologize in advance for not being able to figure this out. Been trying and researching for about 2 weeks!  Coming to Europe in June 2024 for my twin daughters high school graduation. Already purchased our Eurail Global Pass, and have booked a few trains. Stuck trying to book Paris to Lucerne on Monday, June 3. I see that there are some high speed trains between these cities with 4 hr 45 min routes, however I cannot figure out how to book one of these with my Eurail Global Pass?!?  All I can find is longer, 6-7 hour train trips.  How can I book the shorter train trip using my pass?  THANK YOU!  

Hi ! I am currently on a trip around Sweden and Norway and everything is fine (despite the strike in France on the Day of departure...). Our outbound Journey was Poitiers/Paris/Dusseldorf. Must the inbound journey be the other way round ? Or can I choose to take the direct Strasbourg to Poitiers to Côme back  home ? Thanks in advance!Franck

A la gare, l’employée n’avait aucune envie de faire un quelconque effort en anglais et m’a renvoyée sur une machine. I’m glad that it’s finally possible to book seat reservations for Spanish AVE trains online.Is there any way of picking your own seat?  Or do you have to accept the seat that is automatically allocated to you?

On February 20th I will travel from Stockholm to Haparanda on the way to Rovaniemi. We are concerned that the Boden connection is only 11 minutes. Every day for the last 2 weeks the train from Stockholm has arrived late in Boden. Also today /13 minutes/ My question is, does the train to Haparanda wait for the arrival of the train from Stockholm and possibly until how many minutes late is the connection to Haparanda provided? 

I want to change my promotional ticket. Should I buy a new ticket and request a refund? How exactly should I proceed? How long does it take for the refund to be made when I request a refund?

I am planning a trip in June. I have a global flexipass. I know that some train info is missing right now (mid February).The two legs I would like to plan are:London - Paris - San Sebastian all in one day on Weds June 5th.Bordeaux - Paris - London all in one day on Fri June 14th.I’d like to reserve the Eurostar tickets now. What has me confused is that I’ll be assuming I can make the rest of those journeys without knowing for sure (because the other schedules aren’t out yet).Can anyone tell me if those trips are common/easy/achievable? Or am I being ambitious? I want to avoid making Eurostar reservations now and then finding out closer to the time that I can’t make the rest of each of those trips work in one day.If anyone has experience / advice to share I would appreciate it. Hello,If I hold a Eurail First Class Global Pass and make a Business Premier reservation on the Eurostar, will I be entitled to utilize the Business Premier dedicated priority lanes at St. Pancras Station? Thank you in advance. 

I’m still confused about the two of us travelling together with passes on one or two devices. I’ll be purchasing the passes for the two of us, but when travelling (especially at stations where you scan the QR code to get through automatic gates) how can that be achieved if the passes are on a single device? Can I have my travel partner log into my pass on his device to access the same information, or should I take a screen shot of the QR code for his ticket and send to him to present?

Ik ga vanuit london naar harwich ,boot vertrekt om 23 uur om 8 uur in hoek van holland naar Rotterdam centraal en dan naar huis .Wordt aangegeven dat zijn 2 in reis dagen,dat klopt toch niet.Wie weet een oplossing.

I have to reschedule this journey or at least the first part. Can you guys help out. I can't really figure out which rails are on strike beyond the highspeed so I 'm not sure what is a good solution. Thanks.
