Hi everybody,Thank you for reading my message first and any help would be appreciated, nice day :)Here is our problem :Venice - Ljubjana 30/07 in the morning"Prices unavailable from Venice to Trieste for mandatory seat reservationsIs this because seat reservations are not yet available or should we find an alternative?Bari - Rome 12/08"No train”Rome - Milan 14/08"No train”For our other destinations, we are too early, so we will wait to book (90 or 60 days before on average).But for the 3 routes above, is it also because we are booking too early? Because the site does not give any detailsOr should we worry and think about another route?Thanks for your help :) Louise

How should I make sure i can get a seat if I don’t need a reservation?

Good morning.I am looking to book a train from London to Paris (26th of May) and Paris - London (3rd of June).Both dates are showing message “no matching connection”. If I look at other days I can see times and trains (even if they are fully booked it still shows). Has anyone else experiencing same problem? Is that kind of error? Thank you in advance Kamila 

HiHelp please  xxI wanted to purchase a 2nd class 5 day pass for my family. But I’d still like the option of upgrading to first class on some trains if I want to.is this possible? I would hate to purchase a 2nd class pass only to be ‘frozen out’ of access to a first class option if I choose to……….

Sto organizzando un viaggio in Nord Europa (Danimarca, Norvegia e Svezia) ma non riesco a prenotare i posti a sedere del treno, alcuni non me li fa fisicamente aggiungere al carrello. C’è qualcosa che mi sfugge? 

We are booking reservations from Brussels to Paris.  Usually the reservations cost $10-15 each.  When I try to make the reservations it cost $32.50 each.  Also I tried b-europe.com and it is $27 each.  Does anyone know why it is such a price difference and cost more than normal?Also, I saw the regular price cost is is only around $43.  So the savings isn’t much with the Rail pass.   Any thoughts would br greatly appreciated. 

I purchased my pass om Apr 12, 2023 and want to activate it in order to make Seat Reservations in advanced. My first train ride will be on July 25, 2023. Can I activate it now…?

Good morningI bought a ticket Vienna-Budapest on May 6th but I did not receive the paper ticket. I only have the payment confirmation sent by Interrail. How can I get the ticket please?

We are family of 6 (2 adults + 4 children). When I was trying to do seat reservation for 6 people, it was not allowing therefore I did 2 separate reservations for 3 each.Issue now is that the seats assigned are in 2 different carts (voiture). How can I change it.Paris - Bassel (SNCF)Zurich - Milano (Trenitalia)

When booking a train pass on the website and paying for it, how can you transfer the ticket onto the rail app on your phone so all tickets are on the app ? Have just purchased a ticket and hasn’t come through onto the app just the email ticket.thanks 

We want to book a train from napoli to catania, but when we try this the interrail website says we first have to go from Napoli to Florence and then to Catania. This only takes a lot of time while there is also a direct train from Napoli to Catania on the website of Trenitalia. Does someone know what is wrong? And if we even need a seat reservation for this train?

Hi,I wish to make a reservation for the train Wien (24/06/23, 7.42pm) ➩ Bucarest (25/06/23, 3.05pm). I have a 2nd class pass. I wish to make a reservation for a single bed (I saw on the website of the train company that it was possible). Yet this option does not appear. Is it because it is an option not available for eurail ? Is it because it is available for 1st class pass ? If so, how can I change my pass from 2nd class to 1st class ? I did not made any reservation yet so I guess it could be possible ?Thank you very much,Amélie

Hi - can you book a Trenord train in Italy using the Eurail global pass?

Hi,I am wondering if a connecting train after a sleeper train still counts for a single travel day. I wanted to take a direct sleeper from Amsterdam to Zurich, but there were none available on my travel date, so I’m taking a sleeper from Amsterdam to Basel and then a train from Basel to Zurich. Does that count as one travel day?Thanks,Katie

Hi guys. I'm currently planning my trip in August and I'm looking for the right train between Berlin and Prague. I found that the two cities are connected by EuroCity trains, but no reservation is required on the app, even though I read that seat reservations on EuroCity are compulsory. Is that alright or is it a bug of the RailPlanner app? 

HelloI booked my seat reservations online via website. I have now downloaded my Eurail planner and added my pass. Can I get my seat reservations onto my mobile pass? Cheers Kath

I am trying to make a seat only reservation via the DB website for the 6th of June, I keep getting the seat reservations is impossible.When using the eurail planner it says I can only purchase a physical ticket which they also state won’t come in time.I need this ticket for my proof of onward travel out of Germany because I’m flying one way from Australia so buying the ticket in Germany isn’t an option.

I bought a 7 day Global pass with Eurail. I bought several required seat reservations for my trip. Do these required seat reservation take a day off of my 7 day Global Pass?  TIA

i bought 1st class eurail tickets. I have to pay for the 1st class seats too? why did I pay FOR 1ST CLASS IF I DON’T GET THE 1ST CLASS SEATS WITH IT?

I am starting my Eurail pass tomorrow. However, I am unable to view my journey and tickets.
