Hi everybody, I planned my trip and added them to my Global Pass so I already have tickets, but some of my train needs reservation. When I tried to book the first one from Milan to Frankfurt with the Rail Tool I saw available seats but it was impossible to add one to the chart, and it says that "the train has already been added tfor all travelers. Remove it first before making a new selection" (see picture). If I try to book another random train everything works. Did I do something wrong, maybe? Thank you!!
Hello There!It is my second Interrail-trip but first one with the mobile pass. Here is m question: Is it possible to activate the pass with a trip, that I didn´t actually do? Backround is my upcoming 28th Birthday. I am actually starting the main trip that day with my outbounding tour. To get the “cheaper” u27 ticket, i need to activate the ticket before my actual birthday, while still being 27y/o.So i thought to just activate the pass for a random trip, just typing in a short tour from place A to B in Poland or something.Is that possible or does the Pass need to be scanned or something to be “really” activated?Looking forward for your answers and ideas :)
Hi Community,due to the pandemic, trains between Norway and Sweden are not operating, at least not on the days I need. Instead, the VY company offers busses between Oslo and Goteborg respectively Karlstad. Is the Interrail pass valid for these busses? The answer is relevant for me, since this decides how much travel days I need. I am grateful for every answer!
Hello together,we got a few general questions regarding the reservation-booking. We used the reservation booking tool from interrail but it shows us following message for bookings in denmark:“No results were found for this connection. Please try again or find an alternative booking method.”. If I click on the alternative booking method, there’s either a callcenter provided or it says I have to book it at the trainstation. Is any trainstation meant or the trainstation in denmark where we want to take the train from? Is the callcenter also working for every country or only for switzerland, because there’s written that its especially for switzerland. Is it also working if we just book/buy the reservations short time before the departure or do we have the risk that there’s no space left? Hello all, Well, with some friends we book a trip from paris to Berlin to Prague to Budapest. We have to book seat reservation from Paris to Karlshuhe HBF. But when we look at the price on the rail planner it’s only 13€. And then when we want to book our seat it’s 35€. We don’t understand the difference between this 2 prices. Then, we have seen we must call the SNCF client service to book our seat without extra fee or extra price. Is it right ? Or can we just get on the train without reservation and take a seat in the train. We are a little bit lostThanks for your help Bastien
I have been trying to make a reservation for the TGV which departs from Paris (Gare du Lyon) to Perpignan. However via the interrail selfservice there is no possibility of making a reservation. I have been trying to make a seat reservation for 2 travellers so it might be because of that. Nevertheless, as I am leaving soon and do not want to risk to make a seat reservation on the station I was hoping that someone could help me.
Hey,as I am using a mobile Pass, I have to add every journey to my ticket in the Rail Planner App. My problem is that I‘ve got a seat reservation for a train that isn‘t listed in the Rail Planner app. Is it okay to add a similar journey? There is one only 5 minutes later that I had saved, but the TGV agent on the telephone could not book that one for me and gave me the alternative one. Or is there any chance to add this journey manually? Thanks in advance!

Hello,My passport is expired but was extended until 2022. Even so I can collect my new passport which I would prefer. By doing that though my information will not match the info I gave to interrail. Can I change the information? I'm leaving in 3 days and interrail haven't responded and I can't call them. I haven't activated my mobile pass yet.
Hello,I am taking the train tomorrow from Pescara to Germany and I still need to reserve a seat from Pescara to Milano or from Pescara to Bologna (the latter would be the second option as reservations from Bologna to Milano are bookable). I tried it over the page of interrail and on the one of the italian train company but it is not possibe to select the reservation and it says I should try another website, I do not know which one though. The directions on the interrail page are not helpful at all regarding this … Can someone please help me? I would be really thankful <3Sophie
Hi, my friend and I were planning on traveling from Rome to Thessaloniki this summer. I already saw that with a Global Pass the ferry between Italy and Greece is free. However we were planning on buying 2 One Country Passes instead of 1 Global Pass because it is cheaper that way. Will the ferry between Italy and Greece still be free if we buy 2 One Country Passes (for Greece and Italy)?
Good evening! This is my current issue: 5 friends of mine and I have booked our Interrail passes within 3 different orders. Now we're having difficulties at booking for our train seats. We've already duplicated the trip in order to join and book altogether but when it comes to the actual booking action (selecting the trains for 6 people ect) it claims to be unavailable. When I book for me and other 3 friends (we've bought our Interrail passes within the same order) it is possible to do that. How can we solve it?
Hello,So quick question I was wondering if trains in Croatia are on time.In one of my trips I have 30 minutes of changing time which is more then enough normally.But I don't know if I'll make that and if trains in Croatia are generally on time.Thanks for the help in advance :)
Hi,I bought the one country pass for Italy and have 2 questions - If I made a reservation from Eurail.com, when I get on the train do I just show my pass from the Eurail planner app and the print out ticket of my reservation and am I good to go? Also the reservation ticket I bought had the following text - “Global Pass: Only for pass holders valid for the whole international requested route. Show your credentials on board” I have the One country pass, not the global pass. Should I be worried about the following text on my ticket or should I be fine? Thanks

Hi, I’m trying to book a ticket for tomorrow but the interrail website does not offer the ‘add to cart’ button for my specific train. I checked with trenitalia whether there are still any available seats and there are. I need to book my reservation asap. Anyone any ideas why this is happening?
Bonjour,je souhaiterais acquérir un pass global 7jours, néanmoins j’ai quelques interrogations.mon pays de résidence est la France. J’ai vu qu’on avait le droit à un aller/retour du pays de résidence vers l’étranger et de l’étranger vers le pays de résidence. Est-ce que cet aller/retour est décompté du pass ou pas (soit 2 jours en moins sur le pass 7 jours) ? merci pour vos retours !
