I have not been able to reserve the full couchette for our family of 5 travelling 23rd July Austerlitz - Nice
I had hoped to book the complete space for a family of 5 to travel in comfort, it is the first time for the girls and travelling overnight with an additioanl stranger is going to be challenging for them. Unforatunaly the very helpful SNCF assistant could not inform me whether we were to be travelling with an additiaonl Male or Female.When I look at the Trainline app ( UK booking site) , their option for booking five people is as shown and doesn’t seem to want to group us together!! I am wondering if this if why there are no empty couchette, as I was informed that there was one person in each carriage??Any advice would be appreciated.
Hello!Me and my friends are travelling in July from Paris to Madrid and seat reservations aren’t available online. That’s why we tried to call Deutsche Bahn since I saw someone recommending it, but nobody answered. Does anyone has any more recommendations how to book this seat reservation, since I would like to have it before we come to Paris?

En exemple :Sur un trajet Oslo - Bergen est-il possible de descendre à Haugastol puis de reprendre le train à un autre horaire depuis Haugastol direction Bergen ? Le tout sans payer de supplément. En soi est-il possible de prendre un train à partir d’un arrêt qui n’est pas une grande ville mais qui fait partie du trajet interrail ? merci a vous 😁
I intend to buy (I still don't know which one) a pass to do the following route, I believe it's the Global (?)Koblenz (Germany) Copenhagen, Stockholm, Luossabacken (Sweden) Stockholm, Tallinn (Estland) Helsinki (Finnland) Koblenz (Germany)I would like to know if in Germany I can use any train and also in other countries ( ICE, IC, Trains rapid etc)Thank you very much for your time.Roberto
Hi,Just wondering if there are any experienced rail travellers on here who could advise please?We have reserved our eurostar connections, but most of the others we are doing say “You can buy a seat reservation if you like but it's not required”. Are we likely to be able to get on the trains? Do they get really full? Thank you!
I ordered my seat reservations to be delivered to the hostel I am staying in Prague (8 to 11 June) and have received confirmation from Interrail Customer Services that they are on their way with a link to PostNL and a track & trace number. When I check the delivery status it says “the item is being held, addressee being notified” but I haven’t received any messages and the hostel do not have the tickets. I do not know who to contact in Prague to check where the tickets are and if they’ll be redelivered. Please advise.thanks

Hello,We are two students who have the Global Pass and want to go to Norway from 6th to 14th of July. We have seen that we have to book a seat on 3 of the trains that we want to get. They are the followings:REG 80605REG 80065REG 80062The problem is that the web page only gives us the option of delivering the tickets to us by post mail and even doing it more than one month in advance, when we enter our address (in Spain) the web sais that they calculate that the tickets will not arrive on time.What can we do about it?
For Barcelona sants - Portbau trains on the 6th July 2022, there’s trains on the eurail planner website at 8:15, 9:16, and 10:00 that don’t appear on the railplanner app. Also for the trains that are on both the website and railplanner (8:16 and 10:16) the website has the reservation details as “unavailable” but the railplanner app lists them as fine to travel on. I’m just curious what is going on with this line, I’ve heard that RENFE doesn’t share their timetables very well, but taking the 9:16 would be preferable to the 10:16 and it would be good to know if the train even exists.
Hey guys,currently I am planing my trip. I want to travel from Bordeaux to Boulogne-sur-Mer. The Rail Planner App says that I have to switch the train station in Paris by transferring with the public transport.But I don’t know how long it would take to transfer and how many time I have left until the next train is coming.is there a possibility to find that out?Greetings

I booked train reservations for my family’s Frankfurt to Amsterdam leg of our trip. When looking to print the tickets, I realized they said silent compartment. We are traveling with children. Does anyone have any advice on how I can change these tickets? Thank you so much!
My pass has been sitting in my app for months , inactivated without problems. I opened the app today and it is not there and will not let me re add - keeps coming up with error message. I have no new device, and have booked all my reservations successfully using my details. Does anyone know how to solve this issue, have contacted Interrail in as many ways as possible ? Very urgent
Hello to anyone reading this. I have the following problem:I ordered my pass in the beginning of may whilst there ve been the discounts on the 3mont passes. Unfortunately the pass wasn‘t delivered until the 5th of june as it was supposed to be. My first day of travel was the 6th, there i Paied for my tickets since they are not that expensive but since i am traveling to london tomorrow and spain on sunday and there is still no informaiton oh when the pass will arrive i am not sure what to do. buy a new not discounted pass and hope to get my money back buy a 4 day pass and hope to get my money back buy a flight and hope to get the money back. i wrote customer support an e mail about 12 Days ago and havn‘t heard from them since then. I tried for the first time to book a journey from Hamburg to Vienna with NJ. But I see that there is a notification that says “Tickets not available”. Does that mean that there are no tickets available or have I misunderstood something or missed some information?
We are currently in Scotland. We are trying to book a trip to Germany, that stops over in London, but somehow we can't. We tried to test it if its just London. But we can't book anything. We paid for the one month pass for approximately €682ish or $1100+ NZD. We were wondering, if there are extra costs to actually book a train ride etc. What is the use of buying that expensive one month pass? Help please. If only we knew, we wouldn't have booked a eurail pass that expensive if it was going to be useless

Hi! I'm trying to book a reservation for a train between Hamburg and Paris June 16th at 05.54 but it seems to be some issue.At the interrail website it says "Prices unavailable" and when I go to DB website it says "Reservation impossible".Anyone who experienced the same and how did you managed to book the reservation?
