CAN ANYONE HELP A GIRL OUT?! So I purchased an interail pass today during the sale, but didnt realise that you had to be a resident to buy it.. I thought I could just put where I would be residing in the UK as ill be there for 3 months. The Eurail website has been down all day, so I assumed I could just purchase the pass through interail. It says no exchange or refunds, but does anyone know if I can change this interrail pass to a eurail pass as I am an australian citizen. I have italian citizenship as well, but I dont think it would help as you have to be residing in the country. If anyone has had this issue or knows what I should do please let me know !!
Hi,I’m finishing my student exchange in July in France. I indicated in the pass that I have Polish residence (as stated on my ID) and planning to start using the pass at the end/after my exchange in France. I’m not sure whether I should’ve put France because I will no longer stay officially in France (I have no proof of my residency, just papers from the University) and also it would be an abuse to use the interrail in Poland (where I will live after my exchange). I’m just afraid that due to frequent passing through France where I have friends I may be eventually fined.Should it be a problem? Moreover, could I stay longer in another country (I’m planning to stay one month in Portugal) and use the interrail global pass in another country for a longer period?Arkadiusz
I am trying to book EuroCity 311 on 6th July from Arth Goldau → Venice and I’m surprised to see such a huge price difference for the exactly same train between bahn and OBB (see screenshots in comments)The price difference is EUR 55 on bahn vs EUR 109 on OBB. Why is there such a huge price difference for the same ticket? Am I missing something here?
Hello, I have just noticed that the date of birth is incorrect on my interrail pass which I just bought 2 days ago and I am about to start travelling in one week. I've already tried to contact with the customer service via chatbot however there is no reply yet…Who should I contact to correct this?
Hello.My name is Jorge from Portugal, planning my first Global pass Interrail, mainly in Swiss, Austria and Germany.My planned trip is almost entirely made of “no mandatory reservations” journeys. Some of them are crucial, like if I don’t board that train I will miss the plane to Portugal.Is there anything I can do so I can be sure I will board those specific trains? Thanks
Apologies if this has been asked. Newbie here. I'm planning on traveling around parts of Europe for a few weeks. Route sorted. Do I have to book all of the trains individually and work out travel distant and timings myself or is there such an app - seems a very painful process of trying to plan the trains on the route. Any help appreciated.
Hello all,my name is Ronald, from the Netherlands.Yesterday I bought a digital Interrail pass for 3 months, and I'm actually busy planning the 1st (outbound) train trip to the south of France, for which I need a seat reservation for a train from Paris Montparnasse to Pau, on the 10th of juni (18.11 - 22.26 hrs).However, while trying to obtain this reservation, the interrail system keeps on telling me that ‘prices are temporarily unavailable’.Alternative solutions proposed by Interrail:(1) booking a reservation via travel.b-europe. This does not work, as I am obliged to fill in a ‘pass cover number’ which apparently only paper passes seem to have; I have a digital pass.(2) buy a ticket at the concerning train station on moment of arrival ; In my opinion this is way to risky to try to get a ticket this late in timeSo my question is: is there another solution for a digital passholder to obtain this reservation?? I have until midnight to decide to buy a half price rail pass so not much time to plan or explore where i can go and any problems I might encounter. I will start from Calais (i live in London) I would like to start by going to Malaga maybe via somewhere in France for an overnight stop. Are there many trains where I have to make a booking and will I have to pay for the booking.
Hi, I bought the five day Interrail Global Pass for 1 month (I reside in Germany). I already used two days of my pass to travel from Düsseldorf to Paris. All worked well. For my 3rd journey, I would like to travel from Düsseldorf to Amsterdam. I therefore open the app, add a journey in my pass under the number 3, and then choose my preferred time and route. All works perfectly fine, but then I do not see this little button on the top right with the QR code symbol to basically “activate that journey” and get the ticket with the QR code. I did see it when I booked my journey from Düsseldorf to Paris, so I am assuming I also need it for my Amsterdam journey as well. For my 4th and 5th journey, I want to book a trip from Düsseldorf to Innsbruck, and the same issue occurs, i.e., I do not see that little QR button. Help needed please, thanks!

Hi there,I wanted to book a ticket for all 5 of us. We are travelling sometimes together and sometimes we split up und join later .Not all of us have a mobile device, but due to the server outage yesterday we were only able to purchase a ticket on allaboard.eu . What they forgot to mention was, that they only distribute mobile tickets.How can we use this with the mobile ticket?Not all of our children does have there own devices and as far as I know we are not able to tranfer the ticket from one device to another.I would love to get the paperbased Global pass, but how?Thank you for your help!Horst
If i get a pass for 1st of july till end of august, Do I then HAVE to use the first of july? Or can I start later? Of course I dont expect it to be extended, but I am not sure on what day I can leave so i want to book more days then necassary so that i can leave between 1st and 8th...
