I have been trying to make a required reservation on a train, but I keep getting this message: Prices unavailableNo price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out. Please try searching for another connection or check 'More information' and try other ways to book this seat reservation. If no pass holder seats are available anymore you need to buy a separate full fare ticket to board.It says "If no pass holder seats are available ...". Does this mean that there are only a certain number of seats allotted to Eurail Pass holders, even though there may still be seats available on the train?
Hey everyone,I‘d like to book a seat on the TGV from Narbonne to Lyon (I have a 1 month global pass). A friend of mine has booked a regular ticket without an Interrail ticket for that train and told me her seat number. Does anybody know if I can select a certain seat so we can sit together? I’ve already tried but all I could select was if I want to have a window or aisle seat. Thanks for your help! :)

some week ago i booked a seat reservetion for a train that required it, and it had to be sent to my adress.a few days ago I recieved an email that said that my order had been shipped, but today i got an email saying that there was a problem with the shipping and my payment of shipment has been refunded. looking at the tracker of the order it says that it is not even in my country yet.what can i do? and how can i get my tickets on time?thank you.
Hello,I received an email today stating that Thalys was cancelling my train from Brussels to Amsterdam and that I needed to exchange it or request a refund. Of course this is the third leg of a journey that will be starting in Barnsley, UK and I have no housing in Brussels and need to make an exchange to a later Thalys train (or get a refund and take whatever train I can get) — or take a different way to Amsterdam from London so I can still arrive in Amsterdam on the same day as originally planned.I tried calling the help line for Thalys, but the agent told me I have to make the exchange through Eurail, but I can’t find where I can do that on the website, and the help pages aren’t of any use.How do I make this exchange? A bit panicked, especially after living through the UK rail strikes! This journey has been a major disaster. The Global Pass needs more mobile ability if we’re supposed to book ahead when we’re not in a train station. But then can only rectify issues inside a train stat
Hey, I have a 1 month pass. I thougt it's still valid after 30 days if I don't use the whole pass and I can go for example a few days later again? Because I'm going tomorrow and activated it and it says it's just valid till 22 of july..Thanks for your help!
Hi. I bought a 2 month global pass and messaged supporton the 13th June, asking how I can apply for acomplimentary caregiver pass, as I am planning onactivating the pass in late July or early August. Iunderstand that the support are overwhelmed withrequests at the minute but I am seeing customers sayingthey have waited 3 weeks or a month for a reply. I'm quiteworried that by the time support reply telling me whatevidence I need to send, as well as the time they'll take toreview evidence and get back to me, that it'll be too latefor me to go. Am I justified in this or should I be expect toreceive help soon? Also, do I need to include the carer’s name in the email, so that they can issue the complimentary pass with the carer’s details already input, or will I be given a blank pass so that I can input the details? This is important as I receive care from a team of carers, so the carer that travels with me will be decided by what date I set off and their availability - meaning they need ad
I have an Interrail pass for me and my two kids.I will first travel alone from Bergen to Riga, later to Sandefjord to pick up my children.Is there a way to book seats only for one person for the first leg of the journey, and then add the others to the trip later on?
Unfortunately my phone does not recharge anymore, in the middle of an interrail trip. I need my pass unblocked so I can switch device, it is kind of urgent as I plan to take another train trip tomorrow around 3pm, so I am in a hurry to get it fixed. I’m planning to travel with my sister and we both purchased a 22 day continuous pass. All together we’ve roughly 3 weeks to travel and I was wondering if that would be enough (I’m aware it depended on how many places we want to go) or would the 10 travel days over 2 months be better due to its flexibility? Any help would be appreciated
Trying to book through b-europe because it won’t let me through Eurail. Literally no train options come up even though they did a week ago? The train isn’t sold out because going through b-europe the normal way (not the pass fare way) shows they are still available. Very frustrated because my only other option is to book in person, two days before we are set to leave Amsterdam.
Is it possible to travel back to one's home country in the middle of an interrail month and then use the ticket for example a few days later to make another trip - international or national?

does anyone know where I can book the EN 463 (night jet) from Munich to Budapest? I can only find the connection Munich-Vienna. The train is displayed everywhere, but there are no booking options.If the train is not running at the moment, is there an alternative to get from Germany to Budapest by night train?Thank you

I have a global mobile pass and I have booked the first train from Utrecht (Netherlands) to Milan in the Rail Planner app. Do I make a seat reservation on the ÖBB website/app? And I'm travelling together with someone else. Can I book the seat reservation for them too? Do I just fill in our names, buy the reservation and show it together with our Interrail Ticket of do I need to link them somehow? I hope someone knows the answer :) Thankyou!
I now realise that Eurostar only give a certain number of reservations to Eurail users on their services. Anyone any idea how many per train, or does it depend on the route/date/time of service?
Hi,I’m planning to use my Global Interrail pass to go from Brussels (Bruxelles-Midi/Brussel-Zuid) to London (London St Pancras International) with Eurostar (12th of July). When I went to https://www.b-europe.com/EN to make a seat reservation it says, under the title “Travel Conditions”, that “Traveler must be in possession of a valid Interrail Global Pass or Eurail Global Pass, which covers at least the country of departure and arrival. The fare is valid for a traveler in possession of an Interrail Global Pass or Eurail Global Pass, if part of the Eurostar journey takes place in the traveler's country of residence. Only holders of a 1st class pass are allowed to travel in 1st class Standard Premier”. My English might be letting me down here, but does this mean that this reservation isn’t valid for me since I am from Sweden? If not, I could make the same reservation from interrail.eu for only 2 euros more, but is it certain that that one is valid for me? Thanks in advance,Herman

HI!We just found out that we need a paper copy of the greek island ferry pass, but it takes two months to get here, and we leave in one month… has anyone had any luck getting the pass shipped faster? Unfortunately we are on a tight schedule so we need to make the reservations in advance, and can only do so with our booking number on the passbest, Olivia and Pernille

Hi,I tried booking my seat reservation for my train to Brussels from London on Saturday, After booking it I received an email from eurail with subject ‘Something went wrong with your reservation’. My payment has gone through in which they described in this email saying they will rebook for me or offer a refund. I replied asking eurail to rebook for me but haven’t heard anything back. I tried to book it again myself via eurail website but it says that the prices are currently unavailable. Through eurostar I also tried to book a reservation for the same train but was unsuccessful also as I don’t have a paper pass and they won’t accept digital. Is anyone else having a similar issue? I don’t know what to do as my train is this weekend. Thank you! :)
Hey everybodyI have some problems booking a seat reservation on the TGV from Cannes to Toulon and then from Nimes to Barcelona, on Aug 2nd.In the first one, I tried via https://travel.b-europe.com/Eurail-GE/en/booking-tgv#TravelWish, but I do not have a pass cover number, so I cannot make the booking.in the second case, I cannot book in the interrail App. Is there another way?Thanks so much!
