How can Globalpass info be entered in Trenitalia's website?I’d like to use my Globalpass to book travel from Florence to Rome on Apr 2 2023 but Eurail’s website says “Sorry we don’t have train times for these dates yet” so I went to Trenitalia's website and it returns all the trains for that date but doesn’t seem to provide a way to enter my Globalpass info.I’ve done the following research:I read https://community.eurail.com/train-connections-reservations-47/extra-pass-needed-for-travelling-through-italy-2358 which says I should be able to use Trenitalia's website. According to https://community.eurail.com/train-connections-reservations-47/how-to-get-reservations-105, I should be able to use oebb.at but it doesn’t have any trains for my date. https://community.eurail.com/eurail-interrail-passes-41/on-which-routes-in-italy-can-i-use-the-eurail-7338 says there’s a “country specific page on this site”, presumably referring to this Community site, but I can’t find the page.Thanks for any p

Hello,Does anyway know if you can use the interrail pass for this train? I know you have to book this train at the Sofia booking office rather then online but anyway to show them them the pass when I am there? Or will it be a case I have to pay full price. Thank you

Hello, I add a journey on my pass for a direct train from Stockholm to Oslo, it shows up just fine in the app, but when I go to the website for the seat reservation the train doesn't show up and doesn't exist.Is this a bug in the system? How can I reserve my seats if the website doesn't find the train that is in the app?

Hi, I booked 2 tickets for the train from Katowice to Ostrava svinov for the 15th october at 9:12 (IC103) but they never arrived in my mail box because of "wrong adress". I've booked several other tickets and they all arrived in due time. So what i'm asking here is, is there a way to print it and if not, can i hop on the train without the ticket paper and only my interrail pass ? As it's not possible to do online reservations of Spanish trains, once you have made a reservation by phone or at a station, how do you physically add it onto the mobile app, and show it to the ticket inspector on the train? Thanks.

 Hi everyone,I'm having a bit of trouble with booking my trips for my first interrailing experience. I want to take the Eurostar from Rotterdam to London, but apparently all tickets are sold out (even though on the Eurostar website tickets are still available).I did manage to 'save’ this journey on the app and I have a QR-code which says: All set! Show yout ticket during inspection. Can I travel on this ticket without having a seat reservation?

Hi,I’m trying to book reservations for some trains later in the weekend, and I cannot continue because the site only lists EU countries as countries of issue for documents, even though I have my country of residence and currency set to Canada. How do I change this, or can I just lie?

HelloIf I book an OBB Nightjet with a 2nd hand pass can you still have access to washing facilities or do you need a 1st class pass for this?  I intend to spend most nights on the train and would need to wash myself and it would be nice to have breakfast as well.Many thanksSue

Good day everyone, I would like  to ask on how to make seat reservations for the trip Barcelona-Sants to Paris Gare de Lyon using my Eurail Global Pass ( for the trip 20 Dec 2022 ).I can't find on SCNF website on how to input my Eurail Global Pass  PCN ( Pass Cover Number ) in order to pay only the reservation seats and not the whole amount for a single journey. I am travelling summer 2023 with my husband and 2 children, for 2 weeks around europe. We arrive in Paris from London on the eurostar, plan to stay for 2 nights and then head to the Black Forest. Can anyone recommend a hotel that is fair budget (but nice) that is easy to get to from the eurostar gare nord. Thanks

HelloI’ve bought my pass and added it to the Rail Planner App.  I meant to activate it for December 23 but have accidentally activated it for January.  I have no trips on it yet?  Can I deactivate it and then reactivate it - the site suggests you can.  If so how do I do that, on the app.  All the instructions seem to deal with activation - but don’t tell you how to deactivate both on the app and website.Many thanksSue

I can put a seat reservation into my shopping cart, but every time I go to check out and accept terms and conditions I get:Please try to find an alternative connection. The unavailable leg will be removed from your cart.So I can’t purchase.If I cancel the reservation, I can still rebook it (i.e. it isn’t unavailable) but it always fails at checkout

The train I want to travel on says in respect of reservations -Prices unavailableNo price results were found. Pass holder reservations may be sold out for this connection, but there are other ways to check for available seats—more info below our timetable.Reservations are not compulsory however.Can I travel on this train or not? If there are no pass holder reservations, does this mean that no further pass holders can travel or just that they are not guaranteed a seat.

HelloI’m new to this but would like to spend Christmas travelling a little of Europe using mainly the OBB night jet to sleep in and then explore the city I arrive in next day.  Is this viable over Christmas?  Would it be advisable to stay in a hotel the nights 24/12 and 25/12?Is everything closed Christmas Day and the following day including transport in Austria, Germany, Croatia?If I buy the Global ticket is it really cheaper? Is  Eurostar covered by a Global ticket?  I guess it’s better to book once I’ve put the journey together but if the train is late and I miss the connection (mainly Brussels to say Munich) what happens then?If I’ve understood the site correctly you can book hotels via this ticket?  Is that right?  Does the mobile pass have the same facilities as the Global pass?Sorry to ask so many questions but I wanted answers from experienced people so I can confirm my understanding is correct from what I’ve researched online so far. 

I keep receiving notifications on my phone to go to My Pass online to keep my pass valid.  Anyone else receiving these notifications?  We just used our first day of our global pass yesterday.  We have a month worth of trips planned now and I don't want any problems with the pass.  So far Eurail through email has not been helpful with other questions between the mobile app and online.  There are lots of glitches between these platforms.  Feedback appreciated.  Thanks!
