Antes de comprar mi pase deseo saber si mi itinerario cuenta con trenes nocturnos para las distancias mas largas como Venecia - Praga.Mi viaje es : Roma - Venecia - Praga - Amsterdam - Paris 

Hi,  I’m travelling Amsterdam to Middleburg on an ‘IC’ train.  Interail planner says not in network but I thought all domestic Netherlandish trains were?….any help would be much appreciated!

bonjour, Avec mon amie nous souhaitons rejoindre Prague en République Tchèque, nous avons alors acheté un pass Interrail de 3 jours pour 1 mois le 15 octobre 2022.Lorsque nous voulons réserver nos billets des trains ainsi que des places assises sur l’application cela nous dis que notre pass n’est pas valable dans certains pays et que nous devons modifier notre voyage afin qu’il se trouve dans les pays couverts par mon pass ou d’acheter un billet séparé donc je ne comprends pas trop..où puis-je voir les pays couverts par mon pass ?  merci d’avance

Hi going to Geneva in the morning from Copenhagen and have to switch trains 5 times. How do I figure out what trains to take in which direction and from what platform? I have switches on 8 min, so would be nice to know in advance! 

I can't find train times between Athens and Thessalonica, though on the map it shows there is a train.

It is our first time to use Eurail pass. After put schedule into the “Planner” in the app, there is no “Search” button under the “Filters”. So it is impossible to see the timetable and choose the departure time. What should I do with this situation? Thank you

I’m trying to figure out which Eurail pass to buy by figuring out how many travel days I’ll actually be using.So my question is, on days we’re in a city (say Copenhagen) and want to explore, is it best to use the Eurail pass to get around (and count that as a ‘travel day’) or to get around via bus, walking, bike, etc?Or would it really depend on the city? We plan to visit Scandinavia and the Baltic before heading south through Poland, Czechia and Germany.

Hi, im looking at doing 7 days in Italy next year, visiting 5 different places, how often can I board the trains?  so I want to go from Florence to Pisa (for max 2 hours) then head towards Bologna for the night?  is that possible? Can I board multiple trains per day in different locations? I was looking at getting the 5 days in one month. 

I can’t do a reservation when I introduce mi cover number it says Your Pass cover number doesn't look right 

Hey! [EN]I am about to finish my 10-day interrail trip and it has been a pleasure so far. Only thing that was annoying was the I/O day rule so far. I will go on a trip to Switzerland next year with my Scouts group, and I’m thinking about buying the Interrail One Country for this trip. But I have two questions: • Is the Bernina Express included in the pass? • In the SBB (swiss trains) site I can buy a ticket from Milan to Campione d’Italia (an italian enclave in Switzerland). In Trenitalia, however, I cannot. My question is: the trip from Milan to Campione d’Italia is included in the pass? Since it goes through tão countries (Switzerland and Italy). Thanks in advance! 

Hi all,My wife and I are traveling through Europe in March 2023. Given the list of destinations below we are considering getting a Eurail Pass.Amsterdam→Berlin→Warsaw→Krakow→Venice→Zurich→Lucerne We have used the Rail Planner app to confirm there are available trains within all locations that accept the Eurail Pass. We are using November just to check availability as March is too far away, but there are no trains showing within Poland that accept the Eurail Pass.Can anyone confirm if I have made an error or is there something else happening?

Looking at booking Nightjet Ams -- Vienna in Feb. 3 travellers.A private couchette seems to be 199e without the pass and the same price using the pass. Am I mistaken or does the Nightjet offer make the use of one day of the travel pass obsolete?

Hey there, I really want to go interrailing solo this winter, but I'm pretty worried that not many people will go interrailing during this time. My plan is to start from Helsinki the first of December and travel from there back to Germany. Does someone of you have experience of interrailing in winter in Scandinavia, are there people to met in hostels? I'm really looking forward for your answers :)

Hello! Me and my boyfriend were thinking about interrailing into north of europe in the winter. I live in the north of France, so I was thinking about doing Lille-Hamburg; Hamburg-Copenhagen; Copenhagen-Oslo; Oslo- Stockholm; Stockholm- Kiruna. Kiruna-Rovaniemi ( I know I would have to take some buses but I’m not sure on which one). Rovaniemi- Helsinki; Helsinki-Tallin (with the ferry); Tallin- Riga (taking some buses); Riga- Vilnius (buses); Vilnius- Warsaw (I’m not sure how); Warsaw- Berlin and then going home. Is that okay to do in the winter? Like december-january. Is it a trip that we can do? Thank you.

HiI have searched other chats and they seem to indicate that I should be able to book Paris -Munich and Munich to Budapest using deutsche Bahn should work :) https://www.bahn.com/en/view/index.shtml This shows me the timetable but this states “Reservation Impossible”Can anybody help?ThanksMalcolm

Bonjour from Evian! Could I please get some help? I want to go to Hotel Radiana today in in La Léchère and having a hard time finding the proper itinerary. I know Eurail planner app isn’t ideal for planning but it has MUCH better itineraries (bringing me to petit. Coeur La Lechere L Bains… which might be a bus stop) than I’m finding on Google Maps, SNCF or Rome2rio directly. Unfortunately, Omio isn’t giving me any options either. I wanted to check in because this area is more rural and I’m afraid to get stranded so that’s why i’m here! I’m okay getting a mix of buses as well but still can’t find the proper bus site… I tried SNCF Bus but couldn’t find the itinerary for today. Please help! Thank you in advance! EDITED TO ADD:Oh! May 10th 2022 I bought an interrail global pass for 1 month. The price at the time was 250 euros thanks to a promo at the time. Due to circumstances it is difficult for me the leave before 10th of april. I was wondering if it's possible the move this date further in the future or exchange my pass for a new one starting further in the future.

Are there rules on how to use your one outbound travel day? Going from Berlin to the Netherlands, can I make unlimited use of SBahn and DB trains in Berlin before heading west on the ICE?

hi everyone, i booked a seat reservation on a Frecciarossa (Trenitalia) through the ÖBB website. for a change of plans i won’t be taking that train anymore, does anyone know whether i can get a refund or change the date/time of the ticket somehow? thanks :)

I have a journey on Monday 17th October from Napoli Central to Brussels Central the final leg from Paris Nord to Brussels central was not available as a single journey on Interail first I successfully put the following reservations into the ingrail seat reservation basket and. then purchased from SNFC the 21.42 Paris Nord. - Brussels Central air 23.08 06.30 Napoli - Milano Centrale arrive 10.5811.20 Milano Centrale - Basel Sbb arrive 15.3216.34 Basel Sbb - Paris GDL arrive 19.40  I have tried too check out with 3 different credit cards and tried PayPal all result in the following  “something went wrong please refresh the page”I have done this numerous times with no success
