Hola, tengo un Global Pass comprado a fines de 2019 y activado en forma electronica para usar en septiembre de 2020 como teniamos planeado orcurrio la pandemia y nos cancelaron los vuelos varias veces ahora vamos a poder viajar desde Argentina en abril de 2022, pero le mande mail a Eurail hace 15 dias y no me contesta. Tampoco tengo una respuesta en el sitio oficial para saber si mi pase tiene validez en 2022. Alguien tiene una respuesta? Gracias. Mi nombre es Liliana Maselli de Argentina. 

Hi there :)I’m thinking about buying a Global Pass 4 Days in 1 Month to do a trip to Spain (Barcelona) and Scottland (Glasgow). Regarding to interrail, I’d have to pay over 100 € extra for seat reservations for this trip. Are the prices on this page realistic? A reservation on a TGV for example costs 31 € for example. Is this true?Thanks so much for your help!Best, Lisa

Ahoy! I am trying to book my first travel day and have selected the following route for Monday 25 of October, 2021: Edinburgh to London Kings Cross London St. Pancras Intl to Brussels-Midi Brussels-Midi to Wels, Austria.When I click on “My Pass” I am able to see my ticket for all three trains. But all three require seat reservations and I have been unable to make them on the website or the app. I saw that UK reservations need to be made at the train station - is this correct? Am I guaranteed a seat on the train if I have the QR code or do I run the risk of losing a place on the train if I can’t get to the station soon enough (example: I have a 51 minute turn around from Kings Cross to St. Pancras - is that enough time to reserve a seat?For two of my trains, the app reads “Seat reservations required - from N/A” - does that mean the train is sold out? Is the Global Pass valid in Great Britain or not? I want to go back from Poland to Germany but are planning to stop for a few hours in Berlin. I couldn't find a way to do this with the travel planner. I'm afraid that after adding the first train the inbound trip would be used cannot be used anymore for the long leg in Germany. Any idea or experience? Or should I just add the whole day as one leg manually?

Hello, so a Friend and I want to visit Sarajevo. However, we can't find the country or the city in the app. Has anyone here had any experience with Bosnia-herzegovina? 

Is it possible to change the number of travel days after buying the pass? (And to get a refund). I still have over a week before activating the pass, Im not sure if this would affect it…Has anyone tried to do it? 

My phone is completely broken due to water damage. I have a replacement phone now, but I cannot reach anyone from Eurrail to change my pass to another device. I have already sent an email but it takes very long for them to respond. I need to travel soon and need my pass… anyone that can help? 

Hi Been a while since i planned a trip, trying to find the 1801 train from prague to zurich which arrives at 0820 the next day. When i look on the CD website, i only seem to get this one Is there engineering works or something that i’m not aware of as to why this isn’t coming up on the website but shown in the rail planner

First time Interrail user!1. I want to travel to the UK from Germany (where I live), and my intention is to travel to Brussels, then to London (via the Eurostar) on the same day - or does the Eurostar count as one travel day on its own?2. And also, can I take any route from Berlin to Brussels? IE, could I go from Berlin to Dortmund, stay there for a few hours, then go from Dortmund to Cologne, Cologne to Brussels, or must I take the most direct route?3. And finally (sorry for all the questions!), I was thinking of going to Brussels one way, and to Amsterdam or Paris on the way back from London via the Eurostar - any suggestions for best route?I’m trying to plan the quickest/cheapest but most fun way to go back to the UK, and deciding on whether to book the Interrail or individual tickets!Thanks in advance!!

Hello everyone. I have some questions about the interrail pass. I would like to take it to travel in Europe and precisely Lyon/Liège. How does it work? I just have to pay the 185 euros for the 4-day pass per month and I can take any train? I saw that we had to book, that increases the final price, no? Thank you for your future answers 

Hi all,I have a question regarding the policies of interrail about the duration of a day of the pass. Since a day of the pass is valid from 00:00 to 23:59 of that day, if i take a train before that the day pass ends but i am arriving after midnight, is this starting another day pass or not?I am going with a concrete example: I Take a train at 23:50 and i arrive at 6:30, is this ticket starting the new day pass?Hope you understoodThanks in advanceAndrea

Lors de la réservation, nous avons voulu réserver nos trajets depuis notre gare proche de notre domicile en France mais cela nous indique que notre passe ne fonctionne pas dans notre pays… Comment faire?Merci de votre aide!

Hi, I’ve seen on the website eurail.com that Estonia and its railways Elron should be covered in the Global Pass. My plans hae changed a bit and I’m currently in Estonia but I’m unable to find any of the Estonian towns in the official Eurail timerables and thus can’t “purchase” any ticket. What can I do? My Pass will be valid from tomorrow. Has anything changed and Estonia isn’t part of Eurail anymore? Thanks

Hello I have a NC100 with mostly the same possibilities as BC100. So at least by rumors I have heard, that I can drive to from Germany to Basel Badischer Bahnhof. In Basel Badischer Bahnhof I am geographically in Switzerland. Can I drive from Basel Badischer Bahnhof further in Switzerland with the One Country Ticket for Switzerland? If not: Are there any workarounds?

HelloI can see two different Basel Badischer Bahnhof (one for Switzerland and one for Germany) in the Interrail-App. Why there are no trains driving from Basel Badischer Bahnhof (Switzerland) but trains drive form Basel Badischer Bahnhof (Germany)? Can I drive with One Country Ticket Switzerland from Basel Badischer Bahnhof (Germany) to Destination in Switzerland?

I am trying to fill out the trip planner but cannot find one of our destinations Fussen Germany. Why isn’t this a listed destination?

We’re trying to travel from newcastle  uk to figures vilafante spain, and need to make seat reservations. We have successfully done so for eurostar, but the french connection requires sending paper tickets and there is insufficient time. We can’t have our tickets sent to a hotel in France as we’re doing the trip in one day and not staying at a hotel.Does anyone know how we can make a seat reservation and pick up from a ticket machine or station?I know we could risk it and try and make a seat reservation when we arrive at the station in France, but I want to book it in advance, and pick up the paper ticket for the reservation when we arrive.Also, we’ve tried calling SNCF and they weren’t helpful or clear about how to proceed.

A friend and I are currently travelling through Sweden. To reserve seats in Swedish trains (which is required) interrailers must digitally reserve seats through the Interrail app. When attempting to add my paper pass to the mobile app, everything works fine until I have to fill in the Paper Pass' Pass Code. This consistrntly produces an error due to an incorrect / invalid pass code. The error: "Your Pass Code Doesn't Seem right" keeps appearing, altough I am certain that the Pass Code is correct on paper (starting with 'I', 8 digit numbers. After browsing the forums I noticed many people with a similar issue, and it tends to be a technical hiccup on Interrail's side. This is correct right?Both in person at trainstations or SJ's (Swedish Rail) website don't sell seat reservations separately. Due to this I have been stuck in Gothenburg, and it is starting to get costly :( Please help me out ASAP (providing me with a new code?), I would be more than willing to call / email concerning this

I am a travel agent and working with a 3rd party travel vendor from whom my clients booked pre-pandemic. Now that we are rebooking their trip, the 3rd party is telling me that the clients have a pass purchased through them, but they can no longer make reservations for the client. Is it possible for me to book their reservations on their behalf? I see in the tutorials that once you have added a pass to your account, you cannot change it to another device. I am very worried because I added the pass to my phone in an attempt to book their reservations. The only part of the pass that will show up is for their minor daughter. As I was trying to trouble shoot, I found the information that the pass cannot be added to another device. The 3rd party travel vendor is no help. This is my first experience with booking rail in this manner. Please help.
