Hello,A few months ago, I bought the Interrail pass on the internet to be able to travel from France (Nantes) to Slovenia (Ljubljana). I have since done a lot of research on the best available ride and found one for August 2, 2021.Here is the summary of the journey:Nantes - Paris MontparnasseParis East - MunichMunich - LjubljanaI realized that all his trains had to reserve a seat, which was not a problem for me. But when I wanted to book these seats I realized that the Munich - Ljubljana route was impossible to book.(Here is the train reference: Euro Night, EN 50463, from Munich to Ljubljana journey from 11:20 PM to 05:57 AM)Even by trying directly on ÖBB (which is in charge of this train) it is still impossible to reserve a seat, even though they specify that with the Interrail pass it is possible to reserve a seat on this type of train. Bonjour Je rencontre une difficulté lors de la complétude du formulaire “ Ajouter les informations du voyageur”il m’est demande de mettre le NUMÉRO DE POCHETTE DU PASS seulement quand je rentre celui qui est indiqué en haut à droit de la pochette. cela ne marche pas  il est indiqué ‘Numéro de pochette du pass non valide”J’ai deux pass , un pass pour moi et un pass pour mon fils de 13 ans.Pouvez-vous m’aidez je dois procéder à la reservation de mes trajets?En vous remerciant de l’attention que vous porterez à ma demande.Cordialement.Zohra 

I want to travel from Groningen to Nice but I wasn’t sure whether I needed an international pass or if a One Country Pass for France is enough. I don’t need one for the Netherlands since I can already travel cheaply through it, but I might need one for Belgium for the Thalys.

My boyfriend has a very long surname, which does not fit in the boxes to order the global pass. And the website says you need to fill in all details according to the passport. Interrail does not respond to FB messenger so we don’t know what to do. Anyone ideas or advice?

Hi there!I want to make a seat reservation for the TGV (Marseille to Paris) for me and three friends. Three of us have a mobile pass, one a paper pass. Is it possible to make such a reservation even though one of us has got a paper pass and the other three have their mobile passes on their own phones? How do I have to do that? Thanks for your reply!Laura

Hello.  We are planning a trip for early next year and we are planning on traveling on the Eurostar.  I know we need a paid reservations for Eurostar and I saw else where in the community that you don’t need to use a travel day when using a ferry.  Is it the same for Eurostar?  Thank you!

Hi there, I want to travel with a friend from Austria to Italy. I’m using the Mobile Pass while my friend is using a Paper Pass.For me it’s possible to purchase a reservation for the IC connections on the website (but only for me!)For my friend it’s not possible. At the railroad counter he was told that it’s currently not possible to purchase a reservation for these trains. This are the trains we want to use: IC 731 , IC 730 and IC 732As i live in germany, i’ll try to ask on my local train station for a solution; but what can we do if they cant help us again?  Thanks in advance!

Hello!My name is Victoire, I purchased some month ago a mobile pass for this month. I didn’t activate it right away but I tried today and did not have a positive outcome… In fact, I followed the whole registration process and it worked out as described until I reached the 3rd and last step, in which one has to activate the pass by entering one´s ID or passport number. I tried many times my ID number (which is not expired), but the Interrail App keeps rejecting it, asking me to try again.I am in a hurry because my departure is in a few days… I have read that it happened to some people, do you know what can I do to solve this problem before my departure ?I am very thankful for every piece of advice!Regards,Victoire

Hi, I’m not able to reserve my seat for the night train from Paris Austerlitz to Port-bou. The system tells me that I will not receive the paper tickets in time. Is there an other way to make a reservation? or let me get sent e-tickets through email.  Thanks

Hello, I would like to take a train from Salzburg to  villach  and villach to venice but there is only 6minuts of transfer between the two trains, so I’m scared to miss the train from villach to Venise, because we don’t know at all the train station of villach and 6minuts of transfer seems very short.  

Hi, We want to go to Montenegro from Greece. So we have to take the train from Thessaloniki to Belgrade. The probleme is we don’t get any information for this train. We don’t know if is working or not. We have another solution : Thessaloniki to Sofia and Sofia to Belgrade but we don’t find information too. Our trip is to make Thessaloniki to Podgorica or Bar (Montenegro) around 20 july. Do you have any solution or information for this trip, because we are stuck.  Thanks for your response.
