Hi! I’m trying to book a seat in a train from Amsterdam to Paris. Almost every one of the options on the website says: “No price results were found for this connection. Please try searching again or find an alternative way to book.” I also tried to book directly from the Thalys website but when I try to search for trains it says there’s a technical error. What should I do?

Hi Guys!I hope someone can help me because I have a doubt and I can’t contact the assistance in short terms.I bought an Interrail Pass. I would like to activate my pass with my first trip that will be on the 2nd of October so that I can take advantage of the two-month duration starting from that day.I looked at the different options on your app and I found a suitable trip (NO reservation mentioned) and I saved it on my app. How does it work now?I go on the app on the 1st > I activate my pass > I add to my pass the journey I have already saved > I get on the train on the 2nd. I would like to buy a 4-5 day France pass. 1 day I would like to travel from Chamonix-Strasbourg through Bern. How will that work with the pass, will I have to pay out of pocket for the entire Swiss part? Is there an easy way to go about booking that?

I bought a plan of 10 trips in a period of 2 months, the first two trips were no problem, but now I have not been able to validate more, I have 7 trips available and still 53 days remaining, but it does not allow me to validate them. On Wednesday I must travel because I have everything already booked can you collaborate quickly please? 

Dear friends, I needed to travel several times between Italy and Switzerland, I bought an interrail pass but i had a "no inbound..." message for my second travel. Did I select a wrong pass??? Eurail has the same problem? I mean I can come one time to switzerland, because it considers switzerland as my home country as I am not a residence there.Can I change to eurail???Thanks for your help

I am attempting to make seat reservations on my eurail.eu account but I can not seem to add myself to a trip as a traveller, it states that my details are incorrect/do not match. I purchased my mobile ticket from national rail UK/eurail and have managed to download the mobile app and activate my ticket, but you can not make reservations for the eurostar using the app.I do not have facebook or twitter, so I can not contact customer services. I wondered if anyone could advise/help me with this problem?Thanks!David

Hey guys, I’m currently out travelling with my mobile pass, bought at interrail.eu. But I cannot find this pass on my account for some reason, which means that I can’t book seat reservations through my account.Does anyone have a clue about where I can find my pass? I’ve got the pass reference number. Thank you!!

I want to travel on the 24th October from Barcelona to Paris on the 10.05am TVG OUIHow do I get the paper reservation copy required as I have tried online but the estinaled delivery date is  in November….I will be home by then.Can I book my reservation at the Barcelona Rail Station assuming this is classified as an international Station and able to do so when I arrive in Barcelona on the 18th October.Many thanks.

So, the Problem is:My girlfriend an me booked two global passes from her account. if she wants to add us to a trip it wont work for my ticket. the platform says there is already an activated trip on my pass. It says i activated it in august but i didnt activate anything (the details that we will travel from first of october till end of november are right but i didnt activate it in august, aktivated the ticket 4 days ago). we already deleted everything we could, like we began a journey in the app  when we activated the pass four days ago(i couldnt reserve, there was a error message ) than on pc (it worked for me from my interrail account but was not synced with the app and i couldnt add her. It said that the detail name and number arent right). And neither off us can delete this trip, not in the app or login in via browser, not with her account or mine. Thanks a lot for your helpGreets David  

I am trying to make seat reservations for my trip in Italy.  I have already gotten a ticket on the rail planner app.  I click on the check out, and it wants me to put in Billing information in the site.   I cannot get past the Country section because it doesn’t have United States as a listed County. BTW it would be simpler if you could do this all within one app.  Very confusing. 

Dear friends, Is there any limitation on inbound/outbound to home country in eurail global pass???Can we change interail to eurail???

Hey zusammen, unser erster Reisetag (03.09) war leider auch Streik Tag der GDL und somit ist der Zug von Berlin nach Warschau nicht gefahren (sind FlixBus gefahren...).  Da 2 von unserer Gruppe aber diese Strecke nicht aus dem Pass genommen haben, können sie nicht die letzte Strecke (die wir eigentlich mit dem Bus fahren wollten...) nicht mehr nutzen.  Der Service funktioniert nicht, Mail beantwortet seit ner Woche niemand, DB Oebb usw können nicht helfen.  Können wir uns übermorgen einfach in den ICE München Berlin setzen?? Oder könnte das richtig Ärger geben, auch wenn man denen das erklärt und belegen kann….  danke!!

I'm going to take the second-class seat of the Eurail Pass.Can I make a reservation for a train that I have to take for a long time by upgrading it to the first class?

Hola, si tengo un pase global que supuestamente te permite reservar en los trenes disponibles, por qué el planificador de viajes me dice que si quiero ir de Valencia a París me cuesta 50 euros? Suelen cobrarte aparte por los viajes o hay alguna manera de canjear eso con el pase?Gracias!!

I’m having some minor trouble booking tickets. my pass is easy but my mother is from South Africa with a SA passport (waiting on her British passport and not sure if it will come in time).  What pass can I book for her? Because when I tried to book a general Eurorail global pass it asked for country of residence but only had EU countries despite the pass being meant to be for non-EU citizens. Am I reading something wrong or doing something wrong?

If I buy a one country pass, is a ticket to this country counts?

I will be taking some trains that do not require a reservation. I have a mobile pass and have added the trips I will be taking to my pass. I can see the QR code on the app, is there any thing else I have to do like print a physical ticket? Or do I just board the train with just my eurail pass with the trip active? Because I don’t have a PNR code since the trips are only on my eurail app. Thanks. 

Let's say I bought a 5 days pass for 1 month.After I choose my first day to activate the pass,Can I choose whenever I want to use for the 4 days that left??In other words, can I change dates for the other days during the month? Or I have to choose which 5 days exactlt upfront to activate my pass??

Hello :)I will make a little trip to slovenia and so I would purchase a OCP for Slovenia. For this pass I have a qustion:Can I use my OCP also for trains to Villach HBF (Austria)? 

I want to pay in CAD or EUR but the website is only in USD when I go to make a reservation on my phone. Can anyone help me with changing the currency from USD? There is the option on desktop version but I do not have a computer accessible as I am travelling, and the desktop view does not display on my phone.

When I am trying to book a reservation for a train Rome to Florence tomorrow, I get this error on the “Book Reservations” page. The search for a trip part of the website won’t load and instead shows this error message. “Something went wrong. Refreshing”
