Hi!Since October 6th, it is possible to book trains in France for the Christmas period (source: https://www.oui.sncf/aide/l-ouverture-des-ventes). Yet, it seems that I can’t book seat reservations for after December 11th on the Interrail site.Anybody knows when reservations will be open? Thank you!

Hello, a friend of mine can not open the Bar code from yesterday. She did not travel yesterday… it was a mistake …. Can we still recreate this Bar code or is it gone? The train personal need any Bar code (Deutsche Bahn).ThanksRebi

Hello, I am trying to reserve my train from Stuttgart to Paris and it is a direct journey train without any stops. This train requires reservation as mention in both Eurail website and TGV Duplex website. However, when I am trying to reserve my ticket it says that the price is not available. Hi,I’ve seen topics explaining that there are no train connection from Stockholm to Oslo (due to the pandemic, maybe ?). However, when I go on the website sj.se, I can find some (see the pic attached).I don’t wanna have to pay for that, obvisously, since my Interrail Pass is supposed to be able to get me there. Did anyone find a solution ? I want to buy the Global Pass cause I plan to make a Tour around Europe but I’m staying in Germany-Cologne for 14 days. And i Wanted to know if I can use this pass to travel inside cologne and cities near it.

Do any passes cover Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Romania?

What trains or trips are covered with the pass? I mean, other than the main cross country trips between destinations, I presume nothing else is covered to get to those main stations?

Hello, my Name is Andre and I ordered an Interrail Ticket (4 Traveldays in 1 Month). I started the trip the 28. of September. But in the App it says that the 27. is my first travelday although I didn‘t book a train that day and I didn‘t choose that day as a travel day. At least not by purpose. Now I have only one travel day left but need to travel another day and I don’t know what to do. Can you please help me? I am unable to find any trains to, from or within Estonia and Latvia. I have the same problem in the app.

Good morning,Me and my girlfriend are going to Italy but we will always stay in Milan for 4 days.I would like to know if with these interrail passes we can make round trips to Venice in one day, the next day round trips from Milan to Florence and the next day go from Milan to Verona and back.

helloi’m trying to make a reservation for an eurostart train from paris nord to london st. pancras.trying to do this through the app or online at the interrail site doesn’t work. i receive the message:“No price results were found for this connection. Hello the community, to make the journey Villach - Venice with my interrail, a reservation of siege was required. So I paid 2 € on the interrail booking site and when I was at the counter asking a question and the person made me paid 10 € extra for the reservation. She told me it was necessary but the reservation of 2 € siege on the interrail site is not supposed to be enough with the Interrail Pass? So finally, I have my Interrail pass + a seat reservation ticket + an other extra ticket of 10€, it's normal?

I purchased a 2 month Global Pass on Dec 03 2019 for travel to begin in May 2020.It was purchased via an agent (ACPrail) based in Canada)And of course, the trip was postponed due to the pandemicIt has been rescheduled for Oct 18 - Nov 30 My basic understanding after reviewing the pandemic extensions granted on the Eurorail site that my pass will still be valid - but I’m not totally sure and concerned I might be overlooking some potential issues because I purchased the ticket via an agent for Eurorail and not directly Any insight from the community would be greatly appreciated  best regards-bruce

Just to be sure.  Is there a ferry from Italy to Malta,  which is included in the global pass ? The grimaldi ferries are not running the lane anymore.  And as I can see, is the virtu ferries,  which is probably the only one, not included! Right?

Hi! I want to make a seat reservation but interrail says: '’you can't book this connection through our self-service system. Please find an alternative way to book. '’It's the train that leaves at 3.10 PM from budapest keleti and arrives at 5.00 AM in Craiova.Anybody knows where to book this train? I would like to use my interrail pass for this train as well.Thanks a lot!Martine

I got a pass number for my Global Eurail pass bought from an external vendor. but while adding traveller details the the message shows that the pass cover number is incorrect. Can you please help with this?

Non ho capito come funziona. quando compro il biglietto poi da quale stazione parto? scelgo il treno che porta a quella destinazione?..se ho capito bene ad esempio parto da Milano e scelgo come prima destinazione un qualsiasi treno che mi porti a Zurigo, poi da Zurigo scelgo un qualsiasi treno che mi porti ad Amsterdam, stessa cosa da lì scelgo uno che mi porta a Copenhagen ecc... con l'interrail pass posso farlo giusto? And all gratis beacause i have global pass?

Hi everyone!Hope you can clarify me in some questions i have since this is my first time doin an interrail:1st: How does the time zone thing works with the train time table? For example, I want to go from one city to another but they are in different timezones. So, I’m assuming the departure time form my trainis  on the time zone from that city I’m departuring from, but the arriving time is on the time zone of my destination city, correct?2nd: How can I find travels with night trains? I wanted to hop on a night train from  Amsterdam to Berlin since it’s a 7hour journey, but I can’t find any night trains that do that journey, so I’ll have to do that during the day, loosing a lot of  valuable time :/ Thank you so much,Gisela 

when attempting to enter travelers in order to make seat reservations I receive error “you information does not match please check confirmation email for correct information” The information I am entering is correct. I do have the passes entered and activated on the app however to make seat reservations I am required to enter travelers with information...I can’t get this.HELP! I am traveling on Tuesday and really need reservations for my train for the morning I arrive. 

How do I report a bug with the mobile app?Showing the pass at a ticket check seems to try & make a connection. If the phone is connected to on-train WiFi but the signal is (temporarily) poor then the app just stalls / hangs. This is a very uncomfortable experience when the train manager/guard/<whatever> is standing next to you.The same applies if the phone is connected to 3G/4G and the signal is poor.I had to turn off WiFi and/or turn off mobile data and then it’s fine. The app was fine once it knew there was no connection at all - it was just upset by a bad connection.I worked this out but then I work with IT. Someone less aware of IT or who doesn’t know how to turn off WiFi and/or mobile data could have an uncomfortable experience.
