Hi everyone! My friends and I bought a One Country interrail pass a few weeks ago. Since we want to travel from Switzerland to Florence, we had to make seat reservations (Trenitalia). I bought these also via the Interrail website.But later we realized that we bought the wrong pass. So we cancelled it and bought a new one (Global Pass). When I checked the tickets from Trenitalia today, I saw that the number of our old pass is still noted there.I assume this will cause problems at ticket inspection? Is it possible to change this and rewrite it to our new number? Kind regards,

Hi, we will go by train in Europe in this summer. My husband and I are vaccinated but our 12 years old child isn’t it. Currently it is necessary to do a test for her if we will go another place/country. I know every country has other rules but can anybody tell me usually where can we do a test (PCR) for children? On train station (in mobile Covid-test station)is it possible; for example in the capital of a country? And what does it cost as tourists? Thanks if you can help us.

I just added my pass and my wife’s pass into the app. We will be taking exactly the same trips/journeys together yet I had to create two trips (one for each pass). We won’t be travelling until May of 2022 so journeys are not available in the timetable until October for 2022. Is there any way to avoid creating duplicate journeys and just associate a single trip with journeys to both passes?

Can Interrail please stop doing app updates that delete and get rid of all United Kingdom railway stations.You shouldn’t do the update if it forgets about such a big part of the timetable.

Hii am travelling with my two kids this summer and noticed some of the journeys/ trains only have 7 minutes gap. So is it clear on the tickets, app or ?? which platform you need to go to catch the next train?  kind regards Christina    

Hii, I plan to go to turkey in July. I will leave from Zürich and go to Istanbul. But I don’t know how to get tickets because I will change trains 4 or five times. First from Zürich to Wien, then from Wien to Budapest, then from Budapest to Bucharest. Then from Bucharest to Istanbul. So my question is, do I need to buy the tickets individually. Or can I buy the Inter-rail Global Pass for  5 days and then use it for all the trains, since each country is part of the Pass. And if I buy the Pass how do I activate it and do I need to reserve seats as well.And I’m going directly meaning I will not stop or stay at the other stations. 

Want to know in Europe city card is useful for local transportation if I am carrying Eurail global pass.....

Hi Everyone, I am planning a trip with my girlfriend and we wanted to travel from eastern europe to Greece or Turkey. But when we use the Interrail app we dont see any options. Doe someone has a solution for us? Or is someone planning a trip in the same direction?

Hi to alli have heard mobile pass is not suitable for ussing it in places such as Eastern Europe, small towns or northern cities such as Lulea (Sweden) or Kemi and Rovaniemi (Finland). what do you think about this ??? Thanks

Can a resident of USA purchase a mobile Eurail pass when he is in Europe?

I have only taken an overnight train from Budapest to Belgrade and for me...well we didn’t opt for a sleeper cabin and I barely got any sleep...nothing like travelling through the night with one eye open, especially at a border checkpoint (when you have never encountered) that process before.  Curious what travellers thoughts are.
