Hello guys 1st of October I'm traveling to Slovakia from London to Brussel then Vienna and Slovakia.  I just have a hard time to find if I need a PCR test to entry Belgium. I found out I don't need it for Austria or France .. So can anybody help me?  Thanks a lot Marek          

Hello erveryoneI am interested in using the one-country pass for France. I am from Germany and I found a connection from Mannheim to Paris with a TGV. This belongs to the french train company and is included in the one-country pass for France but I am starting in Germany. Now I am wondering which regulations count? Can I use the one-country pass because I am travelling with a TGV or is it not possible to use it because I am starting in Germany?I would be grateful to get more information about it.Thank you.  

To be able to register my interrail pass on eurail.com I need to have an ISSUER number but can’t find what that would be on my mobile-pass. How do I know what code to use?

Is it possible to restart my journey after i interrupted it and flew home for a collage interview? I wanted to go from munich to italy and then fly back to munich for my college interview to save time. After that I wanted to keep on traveling using my interrail pass, starting in munich again with the next destination france. HiI live in France and in order to get out of the country to the border I got a “parcours de rapprochement” I didn’t have to pay any reservation fees on either the outbound or inbound tickets on fast trains requiring reservations, however today I enquired about tickets out the country and the SNCF team insisted that I needed to pay reservation fees on my initial oubound journey of 20€ (from Montpellier to Paris) then 10€ (from Paris to Stuttgart) could anyone confirm if I am. Correct and what their experiences were ( specifically in France) thanks 

Our Interrail trip is coming to an end and so far everything has worked out well. Now we are planning to head back from Marseille to Germany (country of residence) on Thursday (2 September). Starting that day is a major train strike in Germany which means that we’ll probably be able to come into Germany from france (til Frankfurt) but can’t reach our final destination (Leipzig).  what options do we have now? We can’t wait it out in Frankfurt as we have nowhere to stay and the inbound travel day of our global pass will have been used due to the marseille - Frankfurt connection. 

Hi,  I am planning on travelling to Firenze (Italy) from Mainz (Germany) this Saturday. However there is going to be a major train strike in Germany so I won’t be able to take the route I was planning to. I think the best solution for me would be going from Mainz to Munich on Friday, stay the night, and try to travel from Munich via Austria to Firenze the next morning. Is there any possibility to only use one travel day for this, or do I have to buy an extra ticket from Mainz to Munich? Also, this will be my outbound journey… Best regards, Johanna 

I don’t know if it’s because I’m using an iPhone 7 with iOS 13.3.1 but I’d like to buy a new pass but I can’t access the store. My current pass has expired and I’d like to purchase a new 10 days in 2 months pass (I’m 31 years old so not the youth or senior citizens pass) but the links on the eurail website always take me to the same page. Even when I try and access the store via the Facebook shopping link it takes me to the same page. For reference the page I’m referring to just states at the top that there is a sale going on and has all of the general marketing info (conditions flexibility etc) but no specific links for specific passes. I’d like to travel tomorrow so I’d like to purchase this pass ASAP. Btw this problem has been ongoing for the past month or so every time I’ve tried to do this

Hello, Does anyone know if seat reservations can also be made at the Berlin HBF station? I tried all possible websites and interrail booking system but I cannot make a seat reservation from Berlin HBF to Poznan Glowny for tomorrow. Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you.

But then I found out that my mobile phone isn’t compatible with the app, so what can I do now? The accomodations are already booked. In January of this year I bought a Global pass 2nd class Youth (with discount). The validity of this pass has been extended with an additional year to 31 August of 2022. However, in February next year I turn 28.Is my pass still valid after my birthday, seeing this pass is for 27 years old or younger? Does the order date count as indication or your actual age on the date of travel. If so, is there a possibility to change the pass to the adult version if I can’t travel before then?

Dear Community, I’m about to leave on my trip to Italy and just wanted to ask (and/or confirm) a few things to ensure my understanding of this process is correct.  I have read some of the other posts related to mine, but just wanted to double check.[1] On the Rail Planner app, I tried to look at train times for 9 September (Thursday) at 9 pm, but when the results show up, it gives me 8 September (Wednesday)….??  Why is that?  Does this have to do with the time difference between Italy and California (where I currently am)? [2] Is it only possible to book reservations via Eurail.com website or the Rail Planner app?  Is it possible to book reservations in person at the train stations?  (e.g. when I fly into Fiumicino Aeroporto I won’t necessarily know how long immigration and customs will take, so it would be hard to anticipate which train I’ll be able to board).  Would train station personnel accept the Eurail Pass on my Rail Planner app? [3] Does the TrenItalia app communicate at all w

Hello,I will travel with my boyfriend starting Friday 3rd of September. We bought each a interrail pass and activated it on our mobile phones. We tried booking our first trip from Paris to Ancona. This travels needs seat reservations and we wanted to be able to book side-by-side seats but couldn’t find our way through the Rail Planner application to do this. Any help would be very much appreciated.Also I am wondering how the app and our web interrail account refer to one another because I can seem to find the trip I added in the app on my web account. In a word I would need help understanding how both app and website work and how we can travel easily together. Thank you,Loane

I understand that you must add a local train on a day that your using one of your global pass days but how does it get taken off your ticket? Is there a scanner at most stations that you use? Example I’m using my first day of my global pass to go from Berlin to Munich. First I want to use a local S line to get to Berlin HBF. I’ve added travel from Potsdamer Platz to Berlin HBF. It now shows on my first day ticket. It no longer shows the trip from Berlin to Munich.Thanks

We arrived in Europe today.  Our first trip is supposed to be tomorrow, august 29.  The mobile app will NOT let us get a ticket by adding a journey! We add the journey but the app will NOT let us get the ticket with the QR code.  We spent 45 minutes at SBB help desk in Zurich train station and the guy could not figure it out either.  Ther is no phone number to call Eurail.  What do we do???  Eurail email says they won’t respond for 7 days.

Hello,unfortunately I had to cancel my first interrail pass and bought another pass for the same planned trip.So the trains I want to travel with are the same. Can I take the reservation I bought for my first pass for my second pass or do I have to cancel it and book the reservation with my new pass again?

Hello, i want to go from Belgium to Montenegro. I made my route, but on the site i can't Find trains who go to Montenegro, Macedonia of Serbia?Does anyone know if there just aren't trains there, or how i can plan my route?

Hi !my friend and I want to travel in Greece with the interrail Greek island boat pass. However we may not receive it before we leave. Do we need it or can we just book our boats before (which must be done even in possession of the physical pass) and just travel with our boats tickets ?thanks !

I am trying to book from Rome to Florence and one of the segments says “Your Pass or the Pass of a travel companion is not valid for this connection.” I have no idea how to proceed. I have a Eurail Pass for 30 days.
